Beware of this company March 2025 I bought a 2006 Ford f150 by October 2025 I voluntarily gave it back it needed a lot of stuff such as a catalytic converter the manifold the roof had a hole in it that could have been fixed and should have been fixed there was no Jack in it when I bought it the video that they sent you about safety and everything's been checked is not true the windshield made noises they did come and replace the windshield I purposely stopped making payments and then I voluntarily gave it back the guy that came and got it said it was the easiest pickup he's ever made and that I was so polite calling him and changing dates letting him know where the vehicle was etc I was so excited to get rid of it they are a nasty company I'm glad they had to eat my balance I do have an open complaint with the attorney general's office as well I was forced to give it a star rating they shouldn't have any ratings but I had to give it a one in order to post this read more

I am updating my review because this company has me paying $60 every two weeks for what they call insurance. However, the use the term insurance when it is not actual insurance. The cover only collusion and ADOPT will come after you to have insurance either way. Go through your own company. I'm not out $240 because I thought I was covered and they refuse to give me a refund when they are the ones that misinformed me and my husband. I won't be giving them my business ever again. On June 9, 2025, I made a purchase at Auto Action, putting down $1,200. They sold me a lemon, my transmission went out before 30 days. When I called, the guy mentioned transmission problems before I even told him what was wrong with the vehicle. Now they're trying to make me pay for the repairs. I would not recommend them! The "True Fix" guys are disrespectful and rude, one of them even told me they didn't care because it's not their car. I'm paying $700 a month for a 2018 Nissan Altima with over 102k miles on it , and they do not honor the warranty that is included with the purchase. Do not come here. They are a scam and a bunch of liars. Absolutely do NOT recommend this dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them and within 30 days, the transmission completely failed. That's not just bad luck, that's knowingly selling a lemon. When I contacted them, they showed little to no concern and tried to dodge accountability instead of making it right. We went down and purchased our second vehicle from Auto Action. The first one was amazing. This second one is a different story. Carlos from the 19th Ave and Broadway location now Avondale pretty much fed us a bunch of BS regarding the vehicle. I guess anything to get a sale. Half-assed fixing the few issues we had. Issues are back right as we drove off the lot. Take in to get fixed and nobody can tell us what happened or what they fixed. Carlos refuses to return a call. I recommend going elsewhere. Carlos is a joke. Avoid this clown at all costs. Make sure all issues are fixed and addressed prior to leaving. We did but the Mickey Mouse job done wasn't sufficient. Needless to say I will not be back for a third vehicle. I will take business elsewhere. read more

I called the dealer about a car that was advertised for $10,999 in Car Guru and Cars.com. First thing the salesperson asked me if I was Arizona resident, I said no I'm from California. Then he said I can't purchase the car since I'm a California resident. I asked why not, he said because they can't finance the car. Then I said no problem I will pay all cash. Then he said in that case he can't sell the car for the advertised price and he should raise the price to $12,999. I replied why and what's the difference? He said this is their policy that non local buyers should pay more. Right after he said that I realized there's something wrong with this dealership and I felt they are trying to rip me off. So I said thanks but no thanks. The bottom line is this dealership is not doing honest business and they are looking for an opportunity to rob people. So buyers be aware. Highly disappointed and extremely frustrated with this company...I purchased my car a little over a year ago with it breaking down the 1st night I had it...and here we are still trying to get it fixed (same issue as night 1 after having it towed)...my car has been in their mechanic shop (what a joke) numerous times with the last time being about a week ago...every time I leave it something new is wrong with it when I get it back .. i picked my car up last week only to get my car back still broken ( waiting on the same part that supposedly was fixed)and now with a huge dent on my bumper which wasn't there when I dropped the car off. Wow! I was looking at their inventory online, did the online chat to get some info. They said someone will contact me shortly with info requested. 3 days later, I chat again, they tell me the same thing so I call in. Nate answers the phone, informs me the exact opposite of what their website has stated for payments & pricing. Website shows HIGHEST interest rate @14.9%, he says EVERY first contract is @24-26%! This catches me off guard, I ask what the down payment for the $16k overpriced truck is, he says $2400 (opposite of what website stated). I ask if it is only beater cars that are included on the $500-$1000 since they are $11k or less. He says "I'm not continuing this conversation sorry" and hangs up. I call back, next guy answers, I inform him of the situation, he says "well, what's up bro?". I tell him that since everyone is rude there I will go elsewhere. He laughs & says "I'm the nicest guy out of all the dealerships so maybe if you would tell me your story we can get somewhere". I would have to say that these people are amazing. We were looking for a vehicle as our daughter was getting ready to have a baby and we needed a vehicle desperately to be able to get her to the hospital when her water breaks. But our credit was shot. For three weeks we went to dealership after dealership who made promises to us and after getting to their showroom were shot down because our credit wasn't good, or they required an unspeakable down payment after we were promised a zero down payment to get us to their showroom. NOONE helped us at all or were willing to work with us and all weren't anything but rude! Over the phone yes they were really nice to help us and promised to get us into the vehicle we wanted with zero down, telling us all we had to do was sign the dotted line and drive off that day in our car, then after running our credit, which they said they did before we got there, they shunned us like we had the plague. We had just about given up when after we were shot down by a dealership one day we were walking down the street and literally stumbled on Auto Auction (we had taken a cab to the dealership who promised we would drive off in a car...ha! so we were walking home!) David, the salesman came out, real young sweet kid, and he walked around with us, take in mind it was later in the evening, close to closing time, yet he took the time with us and took us inside and sat us down and was actually HONEST with us. A car salesman honest? NO WAY!!! Well, it's true. David sat with us with his attention totally focused on how to get us into a car. It was the end of the day, in the evening and in our past experience we were shuffled out of previous dealerships because if they closed at 5pm or 7pm or whatever their day was done. Out the door! One dealership wouldn't let me even charge my phone to call a cab and so we walked home and I caught pnuemonia because it was raining out when he literally shoved us out the door!!!! What ever happened to commissions? But David and Dan, well Dan is anything but amazing. Talk about magic. We actually left there in a vehicle that is beyond what we ever thought we could ever get. These two are a superteam and I will tell anyone and everyone, if you have bad credit these people actually DO what they say. We were actually able to drive our daughter to the hospital when she went into labor i believe it was the next day. And to be able to pick them up, well, we feel so thankful that we can now be reliable grandparents. They have given us more than just a car. We want to thank both of these superheroes from the bottom of hearts. We have had no problems with the vehicle, the warranty that came with the car is beyond belief. They are available for us still, unlike salesmen that once you buy the car and they get their commission that's it, your no longer important. We had an issue with our driver's license and called their licensing and registration department and surprising they answered right away and the lady was beyond helpful offering to expedite our issue. These people are unbelievable! They are patient and beyond understanding, they are kind, and caring, asking about our new grandson. I have never had such a positive experience purchasing anything! In this horrible time with all the troubles we as a society are going through due to COVID and the mistrust associated with it, it is so calming and gives us so much hope that there are honest and caring, really caring individuals out there that stand by their word. Thank you David and Dan and the woman in the licensing department. You are angels and have changed not only our life but our outlook on life as well. The workers here are scumbags. Do not trust this dealership. I was told I was approved for a vehicle and that I had to come back and pick up the title the next day. I left a 300$ deposit and came back the next day, they said they couldn't sell me the car and made me fill out a bunch of paperwork in order to get my deposit back. It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my deposit. I've gone back multiple times only for them to tell me that the manager isn't there and there is no way for them to open the safe where they keep the deposit. Super Long review but yall need to know before you get scammed! I purchased Ford Escape in April. Friendly throughout the whole process. I test drove 4 vehicles. First one, the AC didnt work, second the interior was chipped and damaged, both the third and fourth vehicles had to be jumped started. Finally I decided to go with with the escape. Initially they told me my down payment ws $1200, and because of my credit it was to be 1400 the additional 200 i had to pay in two weeks. Within in my contract we are given 3 free oil changes during the 12,000 mile warranty along with a 299 deductible of mechanical work if the car ever needed it. on May 5th I took my car in for an oil change, drove all the way from buckeye to 19th Ave and Vanburen. Only to be turned down, he said " all vehicles are expected among arrival to the dealership and inspected and serviced before put on the lot. A lie because the interior was stained , and on May 10th my car indicated to me that it needed an oil change. I took another day off from work to get it looked at. Went back and I showed him the message and told him he had turned me down. The man proceeded to roll his eyes take my keys and ask the name my contract was under also asked him to check my tires because something felt off about it. He said he didn't have time and that I had to leave it there, I expressed to him that I had time with my 8 month old with me . He proceeded to tell me that my tires wouldn't be covered because it was past the 500 miles or month that I purchased the vehicle. Totally ignored my wishes to check the tires and handed me the keys. Weeks a later I decided to change the tires my self 800.00 later and turns out one of the four tires was the wrong size. Oil change done, went home the following week my car would not turn on, unless jumped or charged over night. took it in they checked my battery, the gentleman helping me ordered the battery and changed it out. before he changed it out I asked him to check the cables in case of shortage and he said yes but never did. The car began stalling out again and again. Went for another oil change maybe around July and told them about the cables, battery and tires was ignored again. So now my car sometimes has issues with the battery or turning on and now the right front tire or shock is making a noise. on top of that to be able to get the deductible I PAY 14.95 bi-weekly for service fees, and they are not doing their job correctly. I call the dealership Monday and Spoke with Carlos around 2pm, Carlos listened and told me he was going to call the Shop and call me back, and he DID NOT call me back. Waited all day Tuesday nothing, They do not care about the customers, I am paying for this vehicle that is not worth the price because of all of issues they are not maintain properly because why would you have to jump start a car in front of a customer so they can test drive it TWICE. I bought a vehicle and put a good amount of money down. I really needed a vehicle and I fell in love with the vehicle I picked out. After a week of owning the car my transmission went out on the car, I took it to the shop and they told me they could not provide a loaner vehicle so getting to work and getting my kids to school was very difficult and was a nightmare. Finally after 3 weeks my vehicle was done and I was told all the bad parts were replaced and my vehicle was like new. Well 2 months later I now have the same issue and no longer have my vehicle once again, I once again do not have a way to work or to get my kids to school. I am worried about losing my job and getting around and do not want the vehicle back because it has been unreliable. I would like the dealership to take responsibility and replace the vehicle for a different one at the same price or refund my down payment along with the payments I have made on the vehicle. I would like this situation resolved ASAP as I need to get to work and have taken off today and yesterday to get this resolved. They send me to dmv its back and forth for a month. Then there was items they agreed to fix on truck i take to them to fix they had it for 2 weeks i go pick it up nothing fixed im like oh well i ll just fix. Form the experience i decided to pay off car early so i got paid off in 15 months. Get this the car has been paid off for 5 years they still have a lein on my title refuse to remove stating that they need to get interlocking device i take to them and the guy says there isnt one.
