The motor shook really bad and the service light came on as soon as the car had started. When we asked him if whatever issues with the car would be fixed before they sold it, Eddie's response: "It's a used car. Do you want a car that doesn't have any problems with it? " Well duh we know its a used car, but most dealerships that are selling used cars at kbb value are selling cars that are running, passing emissions and don't have service engine lights on. Well, it was one month Friday since I bought the 325 ci BMW from CAR Mix Motor. For my 1month I got a nice surprise... I get to spend $1200. Dollars on new breaks (as they locked up on me going down the road at 45 MPH), $1300. Dollars on rust repair so that it does not spread. Brining the GRAND TOTAL of car price to -$ 10,700! Way to go Hassan & Dan! This doesn't even include the $700.00 for tires! Car should have gone for not the $7500. Out the door price we first agreed on before the nice little 'bait and switch' game you played with me but $7000. To offset at least the brakes which Dan told me were new. Totally Crooked!!! I didnt research this Dealer, prior to working with them!! When I stopped by their office, it took the finance manager, Scott, over an hour to figure out his password for his computer!! After I submitted an electronic application, from home, Scott called me and suggested that he would have an approval for me, within a day or two! I have a 690 score, and have a good job, etc...3 weeks later, I'm still being told that my application was still in process...On week 4, I'm getting upset, so I asked Scott , if he was stupid or just incompetent!!! He told me that he was brothers with the Hells Angels, and that I was an easy target, since he knew where I lived!! Wow!! What a way to run a business!! read more

So i bought a 2007 Hyundai santa fe from here and am completely pissed i have had the car since early 2020 and its now January 30th 2021 maybe a month or 2 after getting the car ive had to replace the radiator because it had a crack in it the fuel pump because it no longer started as well as all the spark plugs and 2 cracked coil packs and both front cv axles and the front brakes totaling in a grand total of $3,500~ ive only put 10,000 miles on it changing the fluids regularly. Completely unexceptionable i would not recommend anyone to come to this pos of a place and hassin if your reading this u know exactly who i am. Ohh and guess what the tranny just blew up on me out of nowhere 2 days ago go ahead and add another 1,500-2,000 for that repair. When we asked to test drive it they told us the price had gone up! WHAT?!?!?! They said we should have bought it when we were there earlier in the week. I was very happy with my car and never had any issues other then normal wear and tear.. I did have to change the alternator after 3 months and replace the tires but I usually expect to replace most wear and tear items when I buy a used car. My 2 cents is... If you buy a used car plan on buying tires, battery, shocks, struts, bad hoses and a really good cut and buff / detail. I usually figure these costs before buying and negotiate accordingly. Don't. Just don't. Without going into every detail, I arranged to buy a car and finance through this dealership one night while looking around with a friend. Good deal on a restored salvage title. Warranty thrown in to be included with financing. Went back the next night with down payment and required paperwork. Minus the male friend, the price of the vehicle went up $2500, the warranty was not included in the down payment, which had to be dropped to pay for the warranty separately. The payments went up, and the loan lengthened by 6 mo. He even jacked the interest by 1%. I may not be all that experienced when it comes to car finance, but I know that when a restored salvage is all of a sudden being sold at above Kelley BB prices, it's time to walk. Oh, by the way, the original contract, that one that was valid, disappeared. The staff told me I'd lost it but it was actually with the owner, even though he said he wasn't holding it. My previous car had $8,000 worth of repairs (only worth about $3k) needing to be done and I don't have great credit but knew I needed a replacement car. I had no money saved for a down payment. I found this dealership through my employer (I work at a university) and Scott contacted me almost right away. I was already working with another dealership who wasn't able to do much with my totaled car, bad credit and absolutely no money down. Scott listened to my situation and said he would see what he could do, but I wasn't holding my breath. Needless to say, Scott followed up with me a few times letting me know he was doing his best to help me, and within a couple of days he'd found me a vehicle that I could afford with no money down. I went to look at the white Mercedes e500 the 2006 and when I got to the lot I seen the car was very low to the ground almost touching the ground I asked the dealer why and he said it's the automatic air suspension it raises and lowers itself when the car turns on and off. That's a lie! I called five different certified Mercedes Benz mechanic shops and brought one back with me to the lot they all said if the car is lowering itself after its parked that means the automatic air suspension is broken and leaking. You can call and google it for yourself. Then he straight up told me he will not fix it and get off his property lol do not give this little boy your money he's hurting for a buck he wouldn't even give me the car fax because he said he can't afford it! The car had such a bad oil leak that the oil rotted everything under the engine it cost thousands to fix. Car Mix was rude and did not help with anything BEWARE of this company they even have a bad rep on BBB. I bought a 2004 BMW from Car Mix. I had issues with the car immediately with the front wheels moving toward the bumper when braking. I contacted Car Mix and they argued with me about fixing the problem. They said they were going to pull out of the deal and keep my down payment of $4000.00 just because I wanted my new car fixed. They gave me the parts for the bushings but what is really troubling is that it has $2,600.00 worth of problems " just to name a few, Oil leaks, all rotted by oil -engine mounts, differential mounts, water pump, 2 belts, bushings this is just a few things" A certified mechanic said it was UNSAFE to drive and that I should drive it as less as possible or not at all until it gets fixed. They should of checked out this dangerous unstable car before selling!!! When I was buying this car I was told I was NOT allowed to take the car to a mechanic to get it checked out. My friend begged them to have us get it checked out but them knowing my desperation in needing a car they pressured me to just buy it. So I did. Horrible car. Worst repair job ever. Split driveline seal. Missing splash shields on both sides. Bad tires. Check engine light came on after short drive. Leaking transmission. Not just outer seal as I originally thought, transmission needs to be removed to fix. Bad CV axle on R side (noisy). Looks like it had been replaced but made noise under acceleration. LR door leaks water inside when it rains. I just found this out a few days ago after it started raining and soaked the seat. No battery hold down. Missing motor mount bolts. Several fasteners missing from inner fenders. Front frame was damaged and straightened out, the metal is torn and was not welded. It was covered up with sound deadining material and painted over. This is very sloppy and dishonest.Engine has a wrecking yard plate/sticker on it. Is this even the 25k mile engine that I paid for?How long before paint starts falling off? Car was purchased through Ebay and actual seller was out of town when we picked up. Convenient. Seller was Hussein's cousin, using his dealer license to sell his crap. They disputed the negative feedback I left on Ebay and had it removed. We flew down to pick up car and drove home, problems showed up on way home.
