BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! This dealership along with…read moretheir sister dealership Arizona Elite Auto Sales are complete scam artist who sell LEMON vehicles. We purchased 3 high priced vehicles from them within weeks of each other and ALL the vehicles had MAJOR MAJOR mechanical issues in the first, 2nd and 3rd weeks and when we asked politely, not demanding, they refused to help with any assistance of the repairs. So this is why I'm writing a review. Car 1. First week, Check engine Light came on, A/C went out, started Overheating, O2 sensors bad, sunroof motor went out. Car 2. Most expensive ($24,000) we put 30% down. A/C went out, Motor Mounts bad, Transmission mounts bad, 4WD stopped working. Car 3. A/C blower motor went out (not too big of a deal) HOWEVER, on the 3 week of ownership it Needed a complete engine rebuild. Heads bad, valves, rocker arm, etc. Shop wanted $2,400 for full rebuild. (I have my receipt from certified shop where I paid 100's for diagnosis) They require 25%-30% down of the asking price. Our total in down payments, close to $15,000 for all 3 vehicles (Yes I have copy's of contracts and receipts to prove our almost $15,000 went down the drain) STAY AWAY FROM OROZCO AUTO SALES AND ARIZONA ELITE AUTO SALES They had no remorse and basically told us we were screwed. I'm sure the response to this review will be "we don't recognize your google name so we never sold you any vehicles". If any potential consumer wants proof of what I stated above I can provide. STAY AWAY FROM ARIZONA ELITE AUTO SALES AND OROZCO AUTO SALES!!!!!! You will throw away your HARD EARNED MONEY! And when the owner does decide to reply, DONT! You already told us to Screw off. Sincerely PISSED OFF CUSTOMERS! You owe us $15,000!

I've had my car for about 3-4 days now. I don't have any regrets so far. Pros: Good customer service Prices are fair They have a variety of options Cons: I have found a couple of things that are physically wrong with the car, that I doubt they will cover. Their warranty isn't really a warranty. I will post pictures and update reviews as progress with the car continues. Cons:

I typically hate writing 1 star reviews, but I feel it's important to share our experience so…read moreothers can be cautious. My husband has been searching for an older classic pickup for quite some time. He's very particular about what he wants, and when he came across one listed here, it seemed perfect. The price was reasonable and it checked all the boxes he had been looking for. Since we live out of state, we even started discussing flights and planning a trip to come see it in person. My husband originally called and spoke with Michael to ask a few questions about the truck. During that conversation, he felt some pressure to put a payment down right away. He decided not to do that at the time because he wanted to make sure his friend could travel with him to look at the vehicle in person. When he called again later, he started by mentioning that he had already spoken with Michael before. Michael asked if he was still planning to come down, and my husband said yes but asked if they could do a quick video call so he could hear the truck run and see it before putting down a deposit. At that point the response changed quickly. Michael said he had someone coming in within 30 minutes to put a payment on the truck. What stood out to us was that this wasn't mentioned earlier in the conversation until we asked about a video call. When my husband pointed out that they could lose another buyer if that sale fell through, the conversation became tense and Michael ended the call by saying he wasn't going to argue and hung up. After this interaction, we did some additional digging and noticed that several of the vehicle photos appear to come from Legendary Motors, LLC in Massachusetts. That raised some red flags for us. To be fair, the address being used does appear to belong to a legitimate business. However, the showroom and inventory photos being presented don't appear to match what is actually visible at that location. We're sharing this experience simply so others take the time to cross-reference listings and verify information before sending any money or making travel plans. The website looks legitimate at first glance, but it's always worth doing a little extra research when something seems unusually good.
