I drove all the way from Prescott Valley to purchase a used car, and honestly, I was pretty nervous about the whole process. I had been in contact with the sales team for about two weeks before making the trip, and from the moment I arrived, they welcomed me like part of the family. Everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely amazing to work with. For me, getting approved for a car has been an absolute nightmare almost everywhere I've gone. Not here. They listened to what I wanted, showed me exactly what I was looking for, and within a few short hours, I was approved and on the road in my new car. Even the warranty I got here is better than the one I had with my freaking Tesla! I walked away feeling like I got a genuinely good deal from good people, which is not something I say lightly when it comes to buying a car. Even the bank is sending me a welcome letter! Normally, banks and I aren't exactly best friends, to say the least. I'm extremely happy with my experience and my new car. If you're nervous about getting approved or you've had bad experiences at other dealerships, I definitely recommend giving these guys a chance. **Very happy customer. Highly recommend! ** read more

I've never felt so unwanted at a car dealership. We arrived around 6:30 PM, and they closing at 7:00 PM. There were so many cars parked in front of each other that I couldn't imagine actually wanting a vehicle that was in the back. From the moment we arrived, the attitude seemed to be, "How can I not help you tonight?" I had already told the receptionist I was on my way. When we arrived, Enrique immediately started asking me questions about my credit score, which is excellent and which I showed him. He asked if I had any loans, I don't. Then he asked if I was planning to buy that night, and I told him yes. After that, he just stood there looking at his phone. I finally asked, Are we going to move the cars out of the way so I can test drive the vehicle? He eventually moved the cars, and then John Bailey walked up and started asking me the same questions all over again, including whether I was buying that night. I explained that I had driven 45 minutes to get there and that I wanted to test drive the vehicle. I also made it clear that if I liked it, I was prepared to buy it that night. His response was basically, "I drive from Peoria every day. We're closing the gate now. I don't have license plates. Come back in the morning." Needless to say, I will not be spending my money there. The customer service was extremely disappointing, especially considering I had driven 45 minutes to look at a vehicle and was ready to purchase if it met my expectations. If I could give zero stars, I would. One recommendation for the dealership: Please make sure the vehicles are ready for customers before they arrive. Batteries should be charged so customers aren't left waiting for someone to jump-start a vehicle just to see if it can be test-driven. Being prepared for customers' visits would make a huge difference in the experience. read more

This place has lost a bit of it's appeal. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and was not approached by anyone. Cars no longer have a price tag/info stickers on the front. I was on premises a total of 5 mins looking, but no one ever approached. The friendly, welcoming atmosphere I once experienced has now gone. I wish them the best, but I will probably no longer refer anyone to this dealership nor visit it myself. read more

I contacted them about purchasing an automobile and Bailey assured me that it was available. I asked to make a down payment to hold it and he never sent me a purchase order like he promised. I spoke with him Sunday, two days before I was making the transfer from the bank and he gave a positive indication. I also lined up someone to pick the vehicle up for me as I live out of state. Then a day before the tranfer, he texts me like a chicken that he sold it out from under me. Do not do business with Baba's Motorsports. Not trustworthy at all. And Bailey if you respond to this, you give car salesmen a bad name which ain't easy. read more

I went to go purchase a car for my son. I was met there by Bailey who helped walk me through the entire process. With an extensively large inventory, they made it very easy even on the hottest of arizona summer days. He made the process extremely easy and quick. No spending an entire day at a Car Dealership. No hassle. It didn't even feel like I was buying a car. It felt like I was dealing with a family member. Baba's is a blessing, thank you Bailey. read more

I reed few reviews before I went there but when I went to see the Mercedes c300 I liked to buy for my dad I was amazed of how friendly and helping the employees were and the were making sure I test drive the car as quick as possible. They were friendly and helpful and I ended up meeting the owner Amel. What a pleasant person to chat with. He helped me on the finance everything was quick and clear and I do recommend this place read more

As great as the employees were the car I purchased has mainly fallen apart. In less than a week the check engine light has come on. The latchback to open the back does not work.............the actual part that open it is broken. I guess this is what you get when you know absolutely nothing about caes. read more

Horrible place and lazy unprofessional people! Simple as that.... There was nowhere to park our vehicle & after I walked inside to find someone the guy told me "his brother" will be with me in 2 minutes but 30 minutes went by and no one ever came outside. Walked inside again to get someone and when we finally looked at the SUV there was NO GAS in it and it was rusted underneath the whole vehicle which they just slapped paint over and on top of that we couldn't even test drive it. Hahaha.... this place is a JOKE. Glad we left because we found another SUV elsewhere and was a much smoother process with decent human beings. read more

I want to say Thank You to Bailey and Baba for making the deal happen. You made it easy and a pleasant transaction

We bought a van from them 4 weeks ago but we keep having to take it back for the same issues over and over again. The check engine light keeps coming on due to a misfire. They keep it for several days and never communicate with us until we reach out to them. When we get it back they say it's all fixed just for the light to come back on after driving for 50 miles and we get the same codes again and again. It's like all they're doing is clearing the code Then they tell us to drive it for a few days to see if the light will turn itself off. THAT'S NOT HOW CHECK ENGINE LIGHTS WORK!!! They are just giving us the run-around. We completely regret buying from them. Once we get this van figured out we will NEVER go back to them and we will warn others to avoid them at all costs. Terrible company. read more

T WORST experience I've ever been thru..."DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME"..Bailey is a manipulative salesperson. He sold me a 2019 Cadillac Escalade shell that I paid 27K cash. I already spent over 5K with rear shocks, radio, hood and bumper paint and other little cosmetics I had to get done. I know many people in the same predicament that will go on here too when they get a chance. NEVER TRUST THEM.YOU WILL BE ON HERE ALSO WISHING YOU DIDNT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.*BEWARE* read more

I bought my truck and had to finance the rest because they charge over 1,000 for extras fees. I drove off the lot with a gas leak with my 9month old in the car. The gas leak returned a week later and they said I was out of my coverage time and they wont fix it again. If they were honest they would have fixed it again. When I went they had mechanics but when I needed my car fixed they all of a sudden don't have any mechanics. Baba is a family owed business and I respect that but the car sales men that he has are heartless. They truley don't care about you or your saftey read more

They give 1 price on the phone then raise it 30 minutes later when you show up. Horrible customer "service". Selling crap cars that blow up and lose power 1 minutes into the test drive. BEWARE. read more

I bought a car three weeks ago. Baba and Bailey said that would order the parts for my car and have it fixed within a week. It is a nice car, but hatch won't open in the back and when I took it through the car wash the inside of my car was flooded due to a bad seal on the sunroof. Baba and Bailey said that they were ordering the parts. They are not answering my texts or responding to my calls. The first time I bought a car from they kept their word. So, I am still waiting. they were supposed to fix the issue with the vehicle I had recently purchased from them but instead they cleared the codes and once the check engine light came back on they insisted they would look at it once they got the replacement for the backup camera that was supposed to be fix before I picked up the vehicle.I Called them over and over about it then they said that their warranty was up and that it is no longer their problem and to go through the gwc warranty that I had purchased. Just to find out that gwc warranty doesn't cover any of the repairs needed to be fix now I'm stuck paying 4000 on repairs out of pocket. read more

My husband was looking for a car just for work he bought a 2020 jetta took 2 weeks before he was able to get it only for it to break down twice from Scottsdale to Avondale. purchased a vehicle from this dealership approximately one week ago. After having my mechanic inspect it, I was informed that the motor mounts needed replacement, the vehicle had an oil leak, and the brakes also required replacement. I contacted the dealership, and they initially agreed to address the issues. When I visited the dealership, they attempted to provide the car I traded in as a loaner. That vehicle was not in safe driving condition, and I could not use it. As a result, I had to take back the recently purchased car despite the oil leak and motor mount problems. Attempts to reach the dealership by call and text went unanswered until we contacted them from an unknown number. We were then told to bring the car in and that a loaner would be available. However, upon arrival, the business was closed. The next day, we were informed that we had been given incorrect information and that no loaner vehicle was available. At this point, I have no clear timeline for when the repairs will be completed, and communication from the dealership has been consistently poor. They were very eager to make the sale, but had I not had my mechanic inspect the vehicle, I would not have known about the motor mount issues or the oil leak. I am now faced with an additional $1,200 in repair costs on top of my $1,500 down payment and the $1,000 trade-in value they provided, simply because I cannot be without a car for an indefinite period. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this dealership. read more

My daughter who is striving to make ends meet working overtime every week so she could get a car instead of having to find rides from A to B for work, went to this dealership and purchased what she thought to be a good solid vehicle and within a month had to be put in the shop only to find out that the turbo was out as well as the water pump. Oh let me not fail to mention that she also purchased the extended warranty for an extra 2500 that when called and looked at the car will not cover because they stated with all the oil around the turbo this is a pre-existing problem. THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! My daughter was breaking down yesterday feeling defeated, so I took it upon myself to call and speak with the dealership in hopes to get some cooperation and all I recieved was want do you think we should do about it, basically saying DEAL WITH IT! Now my daughter owes them over 6000 on a nonrunning car and estimated 3000 in repair to the turbo. But in the long run God will guide her in the right path and find a way. read more

Customer service sucks! They don't care about the customer, communication sucks and and when you get to the dealership... you had to wait , no sense of urgency, customer service is lacking and their cars has something wrong with them. If you do buy them... take them to a mechanic that you trust otherwise you'd be paying me more . I went to van Chevrolet instead in scottsdale , closed the deal through texting . My car was ready and I didn't have to wait for anything . read more

This is by far the best car buying experience I have EVER had!!! From the point of walking in and asking to test drive my car to getting the keys handed over to me - everything was smooth and stress free. Any questions or concerns I had were answered and taken care of promptly. To say I am grateful for choosing Baba's is an understatement. They have completely restored my faith in used car dealerships. I came in for the reasonable pricing and I stayed for the genuine honesty and the hospitality I received. These guys sell junk! I did a nationwide search for a specific car for my daughter. I landed on a 2006 VW Beetle with 57K miles at Baba's. I negotiated a 90-day warranty and had the car shipped to Washington State. The warranty was worthless, it didn't cover pre-existing conditions. Baba's knew this but told me different. I paid $7451 for the car and I have had $7000 in repairs done. They didn't stand by the junk they sold me. The pictures on the internet hid several issues including the headliner was trashed. Beware! You've been warned. Buy a car from someone who has integrity. These guys are your worst nightmare! read more

And of course ended up with no vehicle ....and they kept telling my bf to get me out of the office because I was putting too much pressure on the owner to get my vehicle ... Tried buying a car from them and it was nothing but problems since the beginning. The worst thing is their communication is horrible. If they would of kept us more updated we could have been more patient. Gave a 2,000$ down payment for a car we wanted, got accepted for financing, added insurance to the vehicle. Said we couldnt pick up vehicle for 3 days because they had to fix some issues. After the 3 days they said it was too late for us to come for vehicle and they were closing and said tomorrow (Thursday). Went in the next day and they had us wait 40 minutes to sign final paperwork them they said their system was down and we would have to come back another day. Friday came and they promised us Saturday morning they would have paperwork and vehicle ready and it will take 10 minutes max. To put this short it is now Monday and we have no vehicle, owner returned our down payment because we were calling too much to ask for updates about the vehicle. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. They had us waiting for 2 weeks after we gave the downpayment. read more

Went there to look at trucks for my son. The trucks were high price and high mileage compared to others on the market. We actually met Baba, the owner aka Amel Atala. He was rude and blew us off. Too bad for them, we bought a used truck with cash at the next place we went. read more

This place I wouldn't even recommend to my family, all these cars are either damaged or not taken care of properly. They scam you into a warranty for more $$ with cars that are salvage and they never get into detail about what's wrong with the car. The mechanics sometimes don't even know how to fix some of the cars problems thus why the cars are so cheap. I told them how much I pay for my new 2024 car THROUGH A dealership and they said they have never did a 4.00% APR rate in years. They are just in it for the money I would definitely just go to a dealership! read more

10/10 first class family run organization! Wow, this is the most pleasurable car buying experience we ve had! Thank You Babas!

We have been repeat customers of Toyota Bell Rd for about 10 years now. The main and probably the ONLY reason is because of Angela Pecze. Angela has been a breath of fresh air when it comes to buying/Leasing a new car. She goes above and beyond the call and has always been able to get us all we've asked for. I drove to Phoenix from Albuquerque to check out a Unicorn Car they had on the lot. I checked it out and LOVED it. The buying process was more like going over to my friend's house, hanging out and shooting the shit, and signing a few papers here and there. I needed my payments to be under $200 per month. BOOM, they came in at $199.99 :P When you buy a used car, it's always a mystery what mechanical issues you're buying with it. I think it's the same risk for dealers. So, they threw in a 90-day full coverage warranty for me for FREE just in case. Incredible. They scored me a loan with a credit union with a very good interest rate. The bad? They have WAY too many cars that interest me. Lots of understated, under the radar unique cars. Next time I need a car, I'll be making that 7 hour drive again to buy from them. Don't let the modest exterior fool you. These people ROCK read more

By far the WORST experience ever. We went in last week and saw a car we liked. Went into the office inquired about it and let the owner know we would be back Friday (today) cash in hand to purchase. Do not recommend to waste your time here. read more

I highly recommend Baba's Motorsports in Phoenix! They are a family business and the experience was like buying a car from a favorite uncle. I knew which SUV I wanted and the test drive was great. I did not quite have the cash to pay and told Mr. Atala, the owner, that I'm a public school teacher. He immediately took $1,000 off the price and got his finance company to agree to do a very small loan on an older vehicle. He then disappeared for about 15-20 minutes, reappeared, and told me he had put a brand new battery in the car, which I did not even ask for. He also said he ordered a new windshield and they would install the next day and deliver the car to me! I'm so grateful to have a reliable SUV that will safely get me to and from school each day. Mrs. Atala does all the financing and she is a super-hero! I wish these folks were my next door neighbors, truly! Yes, they work out of a small, cramped trailer and it's hot as Dante's Inferno in there. Yes, you may have to wait some time because they can only do 15 things at a time. But they are the kindest, sweetest people you will ever meet, and I will never buy a car from anyone else again! read more

Typical B dealership. Don't get fooled with all the Jesus t shirts and art work. If you buy from here , you better have a good mechanic.
