Relatively seamless experience. Decided to trade my 2018 Silverado that I purchased from their Glendale location a few years back. I was specifically in the market for a GM 2500 truck. Danielle did an amazing job. It was between a 23 LTZ 2500 Duramax or a 24 Sierra HD Denali gasser. I was really in the market for the gasser but really liked the red ltz. At first I didn't want to drive the Denali as the wheels really bothered me and it was not pre-lifted. I did not love the ride on the LTZ, however. The trucks were nearly identical in price. I was still leaning towards the LTZ when Danielle insisted I drive the Denali. She didn't push me either way, just said I need to drive it before I make a final decision. She didn't want me to regret my choice. Drove the denali and loved it. Far less miles, new interior, smoother ride, and ultimately I can put a lift on it at a later time. They even allowed me to swap the wheels as part of the deal. Danielle and Ryan did a great job.

I stopped over to Lifted Trucks yesterday to purchase a vehicle I found online. The homey dealership welcomed me with open arms. Trevor my sales consultant provided the honest customer service that I require when making a large purchase. They have something to meet everyone's driving needs: trucks, sedans and sports cars. PLEASE ask for Trevor!

Bought a 2019 tundra crewmax a couple months back. Everything was great up until a few weeks after the purchase. Was originally told that I would be compensated for the out of state registration steps (weigh, vin verify & smog) considering I paid 900+ for registration etc while at the dealership. But after paying $250+ and sent receipts I was told I was not going to be compensated because "it would have had to be done anyways" another thing I will say is they do A GREAT JOB OF HIDING ALL THE SCRATCHES & FADED AREAS ON TRUCK. They detailed it so well I wasn't able to see any when I bought the truck but after a month of so I started to noticed TONS as well as an incredibly faded/spray painted front bumper with incredibly loose fog light fixtures as well as rubber lining on top of roof coming off. It is what it is at this point but I would say anyone who looks at a vehicle here BE AWARE, LOOK EVERYWHERE point stuff out if you see it. I definitely could have gotten at least $500 off if I noticed everything on the truck the day of.

They returned all my money and even found a car that was in brand new condition (no dents/headliner damage/electrical issues) ; it also came with brand new tires and fewer miles. I resigned the new deal the same day I would like to thank the salesman who led me to the BEST CAR ON THE LOT and didn't try to pawn the garbage off on me like other salesman try to do. I am sorry to the finance team for everything I said which I admit was inaccurate. The finance team is the best here they didn't fumble the numbers as I had previously suspected. I am sorry for the false accusation. Had the salesmen sold me the best car in the lot everything would've been fine. Thank you my friends in finance. Again I apologize. And yes I do remember you from our past life before we went into business together. Thank you. Much love. You all are appreciated I look forward to purchasing many more cars from you in the very near future. All test drives need to include touching the freeway. That's not finance fault. I just wasn't allowed to test the car as I would've liked, where I finally bought the car the salesman gave me the keys and told me be back in 30 minutes, as opposed to holding my hand and giving me turn by turn directions. Thus I was dissatisfied with the test drive. Finance were the only ones really watching out for me the vehicle was a lemon but that was my fault rushing the deal to get out of there. Can't blame a salesman for trying to sell something. Though I'm sure he wouldn't sell that car to his own son. So I basically expect to be treated like family with any big purchase. Next time treat the customer as you would your own family. That's to all the salespeople out there. Jesus loves and forgives us. Please accept my apology.

I didn't realize it at pickup, but once I did, I called the dealership. They checked and couldn't find the key, then refused to cover the replacement--basically dismissing it as cheap and easy to fix. I ended up paying $215 out of pocket ($75 key + $140 service) just to ensure I could access my own car if the fob fails. This was a clear oversight on their end, and the lack of accountability was disappointing. Receipts available. I'll update this review if they make it right.

He took the time to clearly explain everything, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure there were no surprises. What really stands out is Jordan's attention to detail and customer-first attitude. He is responsive, honest, and goes above and beyond to make sure my vehicle is taken care of properly and on time. It's rare to find a service advisor who makes the entire experience this smooth and stress-free. Because of Jordan, I will absolutely continue servicing my vehicle at Chapman Dodge and will confidently recommend him to anyone looking for top-tier service. Ask for Jordan--you won't be disappointed.

I had a very disappointing experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership…read more My salesperson, Crash, was courteous and professional throughout most of the process. However, near the end of the transaction, another individual was brought in to close the deal. I clearly declined the SWAT system, but the closer told me that it was mandatory and that I had no choice but to purchase it if I wanted to complete the transaction. Having worked in automotive sales myself, I am very familiar with KARR alarm and GPS systems and understand exactly how they are installed and activated. These products are pre-installed on many dealership vehicles, but activation is entirely optional. After the sale, I spoke with Wyatt, the General Sales Manager, who explained that the SWAT product was "not optional" because the dealership was losing money on the vehicle. In other words, an optional product was presented as mandatory in order to preserve the dealership's profit margin. The online advertisement did not disclose that the advertised price was contingent upon purchasing the SWAT system. Had this requirement been clearly disclosed upfront, I would have been able to make an informed decision before proceeding. Crash was not the issue. My concern is with the deceptive sales tactics used by the closer and the dealership's justification for presenting an optional product as mandatory. Buyers should be aware of this practice.

From start to finish, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive--never pushy, so kind & just totally focused on making sure I was happy, and that I got exactly what I wanted. After weeks of researching new cars, I finally started visiting dealerships... but 6 days & 7 dealships later, I was literally about ready to give up. As a woman buying a new car alone, I was having a difficult time finding someone who I was confused stressful/confusing interactions at over half a dozen other dealerships, so when I walked into Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale to meet with Jim, it was truly a breath of fresh air!!! I cannot emphasize how thankful I am that I found him because he made me feel completely comfortable and respected every step of the way. He never talked to me like I was dumb, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt confident in every decision I was making. He took the time to answer all my questions (sometimes multiple times, lol), he walked me through every detail, and made the entire process feel so easy and stress-free. You can tell Jim GENUINELY cares about his customers and takes pride in providing top-tier service. If you're looking for someone who will go above and beyond to help you, I can't recommend Jim & Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale enough. I will be sending everyone I know their way & I will never buy a car from any other dealership.

They were super easy to work with and there seemed to be a lot of different selections. One thing to be very aware of is that most of the vehicles on their lots are "buybacks". This means that they are cheaper but they could be considered a lemon and it may be hard to sell or have some issues that come down the road. Of course, there could be nothing wrong with it as some states have very lenient return laws so that the buyback could be for the smallest thing. Just make sure you know what you're getting into as you look for your car here. Of course there's nothing wrong and nothing but. Just want to make sure proper information is provide for you yelpies!

I ended up looking at Hyundai Ioniq 5 N (yes the fast version) before stopping here for 2023 Genesis GV60 Performance. Let me just say, this is by far THE BEST experience. I was able to walk in (no appointment needed) and Christian M was able to help me right away. A quick ID scan and he came back just gave me the keys I'm like what?!? I'm not used to this level of customer service. He gave me quick directions for the test drive route and I was able to follow it step by step by myself. I say the only negative about this place is the lot, they have many vehicles and parking/spaces are limited. As for the vehicle, it was nice and I would jump on it if it wasn't a buyback (branded title) Now I already knew this vehicle is branded before stopping by. I wanted to see if I can find out more on the reason why it was a buyback other than charging issue. Sadly the paperwork didn't provide the additional info. Should you get a buyback? That really depends. The price is GREAT no doubt and if you plan on KEEPING the vehicle long term (as the resale value is a lot lower, do a quick check via CarMax or Carvana), don't mind dealing with potential electricial issues (but they should be cover under warranty) But knowing myself I usually don't keep vehicles longer than a few years. Also I would double check your insurance and make sure it doesn't cost extra. And at the time I haven't driven the Kia EV6 GT (the original vehicle I was looking at) so I ended up passing on this. Also wanted to point out they have the lowest Doc fee that I've ran into ($299) here vs other dealers wanted $699. No add-ons, title fee is $19. Very low sales pressure, extremely friendly staff, I would stop by again in the future when I'm looking for another vehicle.
