This dealer is not honest. I went to test a vehicle I saw on Edmunds.com for $3995 however when I arrived, it was listed as $7995. I was told to ignore that, so I asked about having the car checked out by my local mechanic, I was told YES I could do that. Then I was given a story about mechanics saying things are wrong with a vehicle when they are not...suspicious about this pre-story, I didn't test drive the vehicle. Later I looked up the vehicle via the posted VIN number and found out that the car was $1500 on KBB, so I contacted the dealer to discuss the discrepancy. I was told that the VIN number doesn't include various features that drive up the price, they sent me a form stating the value of the vehicle is $7k approximately...the number I was supposed to forget about earlier. I then was told that they paid more for that vehicle than the KBB value, so no deal could be made. I was also told that they looked it up and it was the price they sent me, my information was somehow not correct or not including the special features. In one day they lied and attempted a "bait n switch". UNTRUE STATEMENTS: 1.) The VIN doesn't include all features for that exact vehicle 2.) My mechanic may exaggerate the issues with the vehicle 3.) Sold a Lemon DV Auto Center presented to be legitimate and worked to help me get into a vehicle. I was sold a Ford Fiesta 2015 that was presented as is but guaranteed that no lights were flashing/on and it passed emissions. Upon driving the car off of the lot, everything appeared to be fine. Day 2 I was already experiencing a transmission slip while going in reverse. That persisted and even got worse. Fast forward to week 2 and the air conditioning went out and the engine started overheating. The transmission light came on and stated that I needed to brake safely. At the same time, the transmission was overheating and I was promptly told I need to wait 5 minutes or until it cools off. I contacted DV Auto and they stated they couldn't look at it because they were backed up and would have to send it off to another shop. No follow was given from DV Auto regarding my situation in helping me get my car repaired or even looked at. In full honesty, I have asked them to return the car and to give me my down payment back because this hasn't been nor will be a reliable vehicle, which they also denied. I needed a reliable car to help me get from work to home and this car has been more of a hassle than it has been helpful. The car is barely starting now, it takes 5 minutes and multiple attempts to get it started. I was able to get it running so I could take it into a shop to get a diagnostic test done on it. The report came back with 8 different transmission code failures as well as needing a need TCM. Total bill without knowing total labor cost is already at $5200 for repairs. That bill is more that what I purchased the car for. DV Auto Center refuses to fix the repairs or to help cover the bill. I was informed my best option would be to have this lemon repossessed. Buyer beware!!! I'd suggest getting an independent mechanic to check out vehicle - OR at a minimum check all lights - fluid levels (including "cleanliness" of fluids) - tire tread depth - wiper blades - window motors - wipers (including washer fluid dispenser)! They can have a narrow interpretation of "driveability" term in their 15 day/ 500 mile limited warranty. If you encounter a problem - be firm with the salesman/owner!! read more

Save your time and money...they can't be trusted in my opinion...we bought a car a few months ago, and are still awaiting the permanent plates. We even went by the dealership to ask about this, and was told today there was an insurance disruption issues...well, the issue is not with us, as this was with the prior owner. We went to DMV to try to get this issue fixed the same day, and was told the title and registration WAS NEVER SUBMITTED! And we asked Chris nicely to get this fixed, and he tried to tell us it was a DMV issue...NO IT IS NOT...they NEVER submitted the title work, and now we have a 10K that can not be registered... My next steps are to file a dealer title complaint report along we any other legal measures we may pursue... read more

I bought a 2013 Hyundai in jan from mike less than two weeks later the engine started making noise I called mike and rob and was told to take it to the Manufacture dealership once I got it diagnosed there I was told that I was sold the car with the wrong engine in it and that the warranty that I bought from Dv auto wouldn't work because the car had different engine parts in it therefore the warranty was invalid I then called Mike and asked to speak to the owner which is Rob or so I'm told and they tried to take it to their mechanic and was told the same thing then they ended up canceling my warranty without even notifying me this place is crooked as hell and I believe they just take it vantage of women. So now I'm out $7000 because I had to replace the whole engine and when I contact Dv auto there's no response I was promised a different car I even asked for my money back and no response in two months. Worst car experience ever! I went into DV Auto and saw Dennis Stark. I was told I was approved so I drove car home. A few days later Dennis called and said I was NOT approved. I specifically asked if I should return car. He said no, he was going to try another loan company. A day or 2 later, he told me AGAIN, congratulations, I was approved, and could I come back in and sign new papers? I went back a 2cnd time and filled out paperwork. Then Dennis tells me he accidentally had me sign the wrong papers, they were for another car I had inquired about, so I went a 3rd time to fill out paperwork! However, Dennis called me a couple days later again and told me yet again I was denied the loan!! So I returned car. Now here is the worst part... I put $1000 cash down. I had the car a total of 22 days. I wanted my deposit back obviously, however DV Auto only gave me back $600!! I was charged $400!! I was told I was approved so I took the car, that's the only reason, it was not my intention to rent a car from them. I was never made aware of this charge beforehand either. They completely robbed me and took advantage of me and put me in a really bad spot. I will stay away from these small dealerships in the future and I hope this review helps others so this doesn't happen to them. read more

I went in looking for a motorcycle most if not all of them have damage on top of that there were two bikes that I was really interested in but both of them had deposits down on them but then he said that one of the guys hasn't been back for a bit because he moves around alot (doesn't have a place to live) and the other guy put money down but had to leave out of state for a bit. So I am confused someone that has money to buy the bike cant due to other people that cant pay for them. So I went out front and there was a 2017 zx-10r looked good till you really look at it the whole left side is damaged big chunk of the fairing missing Scratches down the side crank case has damage so I ask the guy how much for it (well it's a new bike and sells for 15,000 but I think it's up for 9,995) yea maybe In great condition it also has 15,000 miles on it. I have a trade-in too 2009 fz6r with no damage 11,000 miles but he was stuck on that 9,995 would love to do business but not if you are selling broke scratched parts for that high of a price I can go and buy one with low miles no scratches for 9,995 read more

Let me start by saying that Rob is a liar. They sell lemons here!! The business ethics of this dealership are so terrible. I bought a car from them in January. One of the deals when I bought the car was that they would replace the broken sun visors. They bought two new visors and called when they got delivered. Turns out that they bought two different colors of visors. They didn't tell me until I was already at the dealership to get them put on. I got the non matching visors put on my car because I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. After their tech put on my "New" visor they were covered in oil finger prints. The guy didn't even wash his hands before working on the interior of my new car. Not only did they ruin the visors they just bought, I have to deal with them being covered in oil? Then a month later the visor falls off while I'm driving. I called Rob to see if they could get me the correct colored visor and to have it installed correctly, he said that I would have to pay for it and it's not covered any longer. Now since I bought my car in January, I have put over $2000 into this car because of all of the things that have been coming up. Including a bad battery and AC compressor leak, they hadn't even changed the oil for me. Seriously... nothing was done besides giving it a wash. Maybe it was my fault for not getting it looked at before buying. I was so happy with my car the first week I had bought it that my boyfriend also bought a car from them as well. Brief summary of his experience with this dealership. He had to return to get it looked at 3 times in the first couple of weeks because the check engine light kept coming on. They kept only doing enough for him to drive off of the lot without a check engine light on only to have it return the next day. I purchased a car through them and was given told car a clean and clear title. After making my payments on time for almost a year and a half i wanted to trade in my car for an SUV since we also found out my wife was pregnant. When trading in my car i was given a carfax that showed the car i purchased had been rear ended and labled "immobile" i contacted DV auto centers and the guy i talked to was a complete A hole. Said "we dont buy crashed cars" I told him according to carfax the car was in an accident. He said he would have someone call me back. I never got that call back. STAY FAR AWAY! This place sales junk disguised under the name used. I bought a vehicle from this place and didn't make it the first day without major mechanical issues occurring. These mechanical issues were to such a degree that they could have rendered me seriously injured (I'm sustained some injuries) or even worse hurt someone else. Due to the severity of of the issues the vehicle had, I returned the vehicle promptly (trailered by my certified mechanic) I then requested my down payment back. I received a phone call from Rob the sales man that sold me the vehicle, and was yelled at. Rob who is a representative of this business accused me of being a dishonest, of causing the damage to the vehicle myself, not knowing how to operate the vehicle and plenty more. This by their standards is considered excellent customer service. Ha Ha Ha After a few days of the run around and trying to actually talk to the owner Jason, the dealership sends me a check for half the down payment. I then once again contacted the dealership. I questioned why I only received half the down payment was rendered. I was informed that they were keeping the rest for damages that occurred to the vehicle while in my possession. (Damages that occurred because the dealership neglected to properly inspect and repair any issues before putting it up for sale. Not to mention mechanical issues that were discovered by my mechanic that the dealership never disclosed). I was floored but then again crooked people are everywhere. This vehicle spent more time on a trailer than it did on the road. Do yourself a favor DO NOT BUY anything from this place! read more

Vehicle was labeled as "Like New". Major damage to rear end with improper repairs completed. Vin number mismatch on body panels. Rear trunk lid and rear lights do not fit properly. Discovered they bought a total loss vehicle in October 2017 - repaired it improperly - then attempted to sell as "like new" in January 2018. read more
