Moments later, the salesperson walked right past both of us and went straight to the phone, completely ignoring me. I was honestly taken aback but gave him the benefit of the doubt... for about 30 minutes. Still no help. No acknowledgment. Nothing. At that point, I had to raise my voice just to get assistance. The woman apologized, and the salesperson finally came over, clearly annoyed, as if I was inconveniencing him. That was enough for me. I called Donnie forgetting it was Monday so I left a message on his voicemail. To my surprise he called back in about 5 minutes! Told me to bring it in Tuesday morning and he should be able to get me going. Showed up about 9:15 Tuesday and he took it right in the shop, up on a stand and started tearing it apart right away! Had the bad bearings out in a jiffy and made sure there was no hub damage and that he had the right bearings for my bike...which he did. I went and grabbed a quick bite and he had it ready to go by the time I got back. No up charge for the emergency visit just a very reasonable repair cost. I can't say enough about how he treated me, I really appreciated him getting me in so I didn't miss my 2nd ride. Highly recommend for any and all of your repairs.
