This will be a lawsuit against AutoZone. on 6/18/2025, I went to AutoZone and purchased power…read moresteering fluid and windshield wipers. While I was in the store, an employee offered to fill the reservoir with the power steering fluid. Install the wiper blades, and fill the power steering fluid. I gladly agreed, and we went to my car, which was parked right in front of the door. He then poured the fluid into the BRAKE FLUID RESERVOIR. Then installed the wiper blades. Because the formulation cannot be mixed, as it is corrosive, it destroys the seals and master cylinder. After he put the cap back on, he was visibly startled because he saw it was brake fluid. He went from being overly helpful to rude, and was so shaken that he had difficulty installing the wipers. He almost tripped over me to get back into the store while I thanked him, but he didn't respond when I said goodbye. Before this, I asked him for a referral to a mechanic because I needed to have my Infiniti serviced. He gave me a card. I was grateful and said I would go directly there. (I am not a mechanic, so I did not question this in the moment but watched him do it.) I drove directly to the mechanic that he recommended to get an estimate. That mechanic gave me a loner and called me the next day with the estimate of what my vehicle needed. He also said I topped off your power steering fluid because it was low! When I got home, I looked under the hood to check my fluids, and while doing this, I read the cap of each, and the power steering is in the front and the other side of the engine. This is documented, and I will provide the exhibits. I went to the store and talked to the manager. He said that I must have done it and they were not at fault. I asked him to look at the security cameras. He laughed and said they do not have cameras. They do. I asked for the regional manager's phone number, and they wrote it down on paper with his name, which is Kyle. I left. I went home and called the number, and it was answered by someone who laughed and denied everything. The store probably gave me the phone number to the guy who did it in the first place. He said they have no cameras. At the same time, he was joking and mocking me for bringing this up. So "I said, Well, you know I am recording this call". He said Well then, we cannot speak to you and hung up the phone. I called the corporate complaint phone number and spoke to Lou, who told me to keep my records, and he was going to escalate the ticket to corporate." He said they will return your call within 48 hours. They did not. In the meantime, I took my vehicle to a mechanic and had him flush the brake fluid to see if that could stop the progression of the damage. I had the system flushed and prayed that would be good enough to save the master cylinder and seals. My breaks were 'spongy', and sometimes I needed to press harder than other times. They were never consistent in stopping my car. I have never had one problem with my brakes! It continued to get worse each day, but I have no way to pay for a bill like that. Each time I called the complaint number for AutoZone I spoke to the same person. His name was Lou. No one ever got back to me. I drove home from work on 9/03/25 and stopped at In-N-Out Burger. While I waited, I advanced my car forward behind a truck and pressed the brake. The pedal went to the floor, and I ran right into the truck ahead of me. The car didn't even slow down. I immediately called the "corporate" number again. Talked to the same customer service agent, and he said I will escalate this ticket, and they will call you back within 48 hours. No one has. I need help with this as soon as possible. I no longer have a car, as I can't afford to fix it, and it's not worth selling in its current condition. I have been getting Uber to work and back, which is approximately $100.00 per day. I am now renting a car. I have no one to help me, and I am helpless. Please Help Me! I no longer have a car, as I can't afford to fix it, and it's not worth selling in its current condition LAURA I HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH DOCUMENTATION. I CAN PROVIDE THE EXHIBITS -LAURA

The worst part was I unfortunately looked at the pillow when the pillowcase slipped off and it was disgusting and I was just afraid to even look at the mattress. Some of the people were OK other were just rude. The breakfast was the worst breakfast at any hotel or breakfast that was offered in Guatemala. This hotel is right next to a Airbnb and the people partied all hours of the night. I know it's not the Hotel's fault but needless to say we didn't get much sleep. We can deal with most of that but on top of that our room for the nights that we stayed there was very expensive! Look elsewhere. I JUST CAN'T

She looked like she just wasn't in the mood for anyone today and kinda just scowled at me. Another man walked out from the back and looked at me and kept walking. No "we'll be right with you" or "good morning." Not so much as a smile. The woman needed to walk past me to help her customer and just glared at me like I was in her way so I moved over and said sorry and she just walked past me with that same scowl. Personally, I feel like if you hate your job that much, maybe find a different one. The customer service was AWFUL. I left and my family & I will not be back. Such a shame...

I dropped it off and within the hour I received a call letting me know was at 1% moisture. He explained that it doesn't need to be flushed at this time. I was shocked and surprised I received a call to tell me I didn't need the service. In my option, there are a lot of auto shops and dealerships who would just go ahead and do it to get more money. There are still good people and companies left!! Thank you so much for being honest. I would highly recommend D&M Automotive to anyone looking for all services related their automobile.

I am extremely hesitant to bring my car to a mechanic shop normally because my dad typically fixes my cars for me. I wanted to give him a break so that is what lead me here. A little over a year ago I brought my car in for a horrible noise it was making. They diagnosed it and over $1,000 later I got the call my car was fixed and ready. As I was driving away, the same very glaring and obvious noise happened even before I left the parking lot. I called and let them know it was still making the noise so they had me bring it back the next day. I went on a drive with one of the mechanics so I could make sure they knew what noise I was talking about. They kept my car, put some oil/lubricant on a few things, and said good to go. Again, my car made the noise as I drove out of the parking lot. I called again to tell them it was still making the noise and I was told, "I don't know what to tell you, your car is old and we could spend years looking for what is causing the noise." And that was it. No offer to try to figure it out and I've now spent the money I barely could afford as a single mom and my car is not fixed. And I don't have the additional funds at the time to take it elsewhere because I spent it with them. Here I am, over a year later and the car is still making the noise because I'm nervous about trying at another mechanic. My friend over the past year has had two very similar experiences where the initial issue was not fixed at first and she has had to go back. She had to pay for the non-fixes and again for the going back to actually get it fixed. I have no doubt the work they did on my car was done properly, however it was not the right work or the fix for my issue. The employee even said he thought what they replaced looked like it had already been replaced before (like it was not the original part). I feel like that should have raised a flag that maybe it wasn't the part that needed replacing. I would use caution when considering going here.
