Just wanted to know the outstanding service from the Lyft shop. I had to buy a pair of springs after another vendor installed a delete air shock kit. The springs in the kit were way too soft so I had the lift shop install a separate pair of springs that they recommended. Place will change quotes on you no matter what, was quoted $200 for an installation and then they changed the quote to $600, claiming that it takes more hours for labor when it only took one hour, they claimed 2-3 hours upon installation. Don't waste your time here as there are better mechanics who know their pricing and wouldn't misquote nor would they attempt to cheat you out of an honest quote. read more

90% of the reason I wanted to lift my truck was for the aesthetics, but since the lift has been put on, I can't get over how well it drives... Holy Moly! We have a Jeep Rubicon and we are out here visiting from Maine. We have only had the beast since August. These guys are awesome. Ford dealers would not touch my truck because they haven't tested the 2021/2022's with lift kits and the new Bluecruise. Bill and Will at the Lift Shop talked me through options, asked what I wanted to do with the truck and made recommendations all the way down to the wheel offset. The parts came in 2 business days and the work only took part of a day and I picked it up yesterday. It rides better than brand new, looks nice (IMO) and all the electronics including Bluecruise work just as they did before. He also took the time to explain the mechanics of the lift in layman's terms to give me a good understanding of options. The work was phenomenal. Today I had to bring in my truck to a mechanic for an unrelated issue that had them under the truck. When I picked up the truck, the mechanic came over to tell me that my lift was the "best lift install he'd ever seen pass through their shop", including "marking the bolts".
