Just wanted to know the outstanding service from the Lyft shop. I had to buy a pair of springs after another vendor installed a delete air shock kit. The springs in the kit were way too soft so I had the lift shop install a separate pair of springs that they recommended. Place will change quotes on you no matter what, was quoted $200 for an installation and then they changed the quote to $600, claiming that it takes more hours for labor when it only took one hour, they claimed 2-3 hours upon installation. Holy Moly! We have a Jeep Rubicon and we are out here visiting from Maine. We have only had the beast since August. Truly an uplifting experience! I did some research when I wanted to lift my Tacoma. I checked out several shops and got estimates. Fortunately, the best option was also the most reasonably priced. Bill took the time to first ask what my needs were in getting a lift. He made suggestions based on practical needs not on what I could afford. He also took the time to explain the mechanics of the lift in layman's terms to give me a good understanding of options. The work was phenomenal. They probably have at least 30 bays with an army of mechanics doing just suspension work. They probably do more work than anyone in AZ. The finished product was even better than I imagined. From the witness marks on bolts to the strut protectors you can tell they took the extra step to do things right. Their warranty on work absolutely kills any competitor as well. My F150 was lifted by The Lift Shop prior to its purchase by me in Oct 2019. I've thoroughly enjoyed the truck. Today I had to bring in my truck to a mechanic for an unrelated issue that had them under the truck. When I picked up the truck, the mechanic came over to tell me that my lift was the "best lift install he'd ever seen pass through their shop", including "marking the bolts".
