He was very friendly and professional, and we had a nice chat while he worked on my vehicle. He even gave me some advice in case I needed to do that type of work on my own in the future. I have never gotten such nice surprises from Bezos, LOL. I stopped here to give my business to this place because recently they helped me with a diagnosis and I ended up having to buy the part elsewhere because I had to leave in a rush. I make an effort to support local and brick/mortar businesses, and this location will be in my list. For years, this AutoZone was my go-to for parts and supplies--both personal vehicles and my small…read morebusiness fleet. I spent roughly $1,100-$1,900 monthly at this location. In my last visit, I purchased roughly $600 in light bulbs. Three packages arrived tampered with--the bulbs had been swapped before being restocked. I returned those three packages to exchange them for the correct items, totaling roughly $25 in returns. Apparently this raised a red flag with the new Store Manager, Brandon, who accused me of being the person who swapped the bulbs. This is completely false. Instead of investigating or addressing this directly with me, Brandon banned me from the store--and I didn't even find out from him. I learned about the ban from two part-time employees. The District Manager has yet to follow up or explain what triggered the accusation or decision. Years of loyalty and thousands in business mean nothing when management doesn't communicate professionally or investigate before punishing a customer. I will not be returning.
