I wanted the biggest tire possible while keeping my rims, a set of running boards and possibly lighting. I'm 62 y/o so I'm not looking for the mean off-road look with all the bells and whistles. I just want to do light off-roading like trails and rock crawling. Jake helped me out and I had the best customer service possible. I got Toyo 34.5" tires. He anticipated that I'd have to trim the front wheel wells. Didn't need the trim, but I wouldn't have known if he decided to trim it. My truck came with 20" rims but the spare tire had an 18" rim. He had already received the five tires and we talked about possible solutions. Get the same tire for an 18" rim or buy a 20" rim. Even though he already had the spare tire for the 20" rim he still gave me a choice. I ended up buy-in a used 20" rim. This allows me to rotate all five tires and not have to worry about driving my truck with an odd looking tire if needed. When I got the rim, I called Jake and he said bring it in and we'll take care of it for you right now. I took it in and a half hour later I was happy! I selected a really nice running board (Go Rhino) and a couple days later I changed my mind after he already ordered it as I upgraded to the bed liner coating. No problem! This running board looks great as it's tucked in tight to the door so it doesn't stick out so much. On top of this great customer service, Jake gave me a military discount... Bingo!!! I didn't have to wait when I dropped off my truck for these services. My truck was ready as promised. I highly recommend Outlaw. Especially, after shopping around. I will definitely refer Outlaw to anyone looking to upgrade their truck. Thank you Jake and Outlaw for taking care of my truck!

So they called back saying they left an email with I check my email my junk everything and I didn't receive it they said the email they sent said they weren't willing to do my build because of the nitrious part So in other words this shop got but hurt that I didn't accept their word as law about nitrious being dangerous and they apparently don't even understand how nitrious works Yes if you do a massive dump shot it'll blow your motor But if you do it smart and only do a small 25 shot with a progressive controller regulating it as you give it more throttle the chances it's blow your motor up are the same as a big turbo kit also we are talking about a motor with a steel block and forged internals not some aluminum Honda civic block the amount of nitrious it would take to blow this motor up with be insane But apparently dyno comp are a bunch of uneducated wanna be tuners that do basic run of the mill tunes nothing truly custom I will for as long as I live never recommend this place to anyone and whenever I post my truck with nitrous and everything else I'll tag them and be like "these dumb*ss's wouldn't do nitrous because they thought it would blow up ... what a pathetic shop lmao

I have bought A LOT of vehicles from Jim and Sam. Some problems with a few but they always made…read morethings right until they decide to screw me on my last deal. They installed a wrap on a new defender I bought from them. It failed and they sent a crew from Tampa to check it out and it was just not reparable. Had to be replaced. I chased Sam and Jim for almost a year until finally they just stopped responding and claimed I owed THEM money for the crew coming out. While they were there, Jim had them help me with a problem I had on the road home in a NEW Cadillac sports ESV 600. Something hit the car and a sensor fell out loose a small inexpensive trim item came off they replaced for me. NEVER sent me a bill for that which I would have happily paid! I had the faulty wrap removed and they agreed to pay me $600 for that. They didn't. And they promised to find someone to install the wrap. They never did. I found a pro shop to do it and it was going to be $3500. Ghosted me ever since. Sam has been reliably unreliable and Jim just lost a good customer. Turned into a real ass. All over a wrap THEY promised to fix! Nothing I've done wrong. I've bought a Cadillac ( took them 4 months to get me the title), Range Rover L, Small Range Rover, Expedition platinum Max, a custom F250, another F250 special edition, a Rolls Royce Dawn ( that came all messed up. Not their fault) , a new top of the line Jeep, Two Dodge Pickups, a new king ranch Explorer. That's a 11 cars over three years. They have become bad faith dealers and Jim is so self important now you'd think he was famous and rich...none of which he is. Beware. I think these guys are in financial trouble in my opinion. BE CAREFUL. Sam, well he's just absent and lazy.
