    Despite making a major mistake, Precision handled their error with the best customer service I've ever had in my life. I drove up from Tucson to pick up a transfer case for my Jeep from Precision. Called multiple times and confirmed the night before that the transfer case was the correct model. I arrived, paid in full, and went out only to find they had loaded up an incorrect model that wouldn't work at all with my vehicle. I was infuriated and the refund process took about 20 minutes. They did refer me to an auto parts vendor down the road, which luckily had the correct transfer case for me. When I got home, the manager/owner called me personally to apologize for the mishap and offered to pay for my gas since I drove almost 2 hours from Tucson for the part. Later than night, the employee I worked with previously also called personally to explain. Two weeks later, I got $40 in the mail along with a nice handwritten note to make up for the inconvenience. While I was angry in the moment, Precision took care of the issue and exceeded my expectations, especially considering I never bought any parts from them in the end and was a first-time customer. Thanks Precision!

    It's a great company. I would highly recommend shopping here for Salvaged parts. They also offer…read morebrand new parts, / it may take a couple tries but the savings can make up for it definitely. So far LKQ has been my lifesaver when fixing up family cars. I bought a radiator / condenser combo for a 2008 Infiniti G37 Coupe, and saved over $200 compared to the dealer price. It's used but still works perfectly. Also purchased a starter motor for Toyota Corolla, sun visor, rims / wheels, door handles for Lexus. They even offer replacement engines and transmissions, and body parts. There was a Challenger Hellcat engine by the front desk on my last visit. If you're walking in, speak with Oscar at the front knows his stuff. He's a great guy. Also JR & David are awesome. If you're Calling in to place an order, I would recommend having your card ready to order. Have Patience , once you get through to somebody be ready to order! With the parts shortage going on, LKQ is the best supplier hands down. There's no doubt in my mind they are #1 and I highly recommend them to my family and friends for years. My father , father in law, and uncle has also been shopping here for longer than I've been driving..

    I ordered a speedometer for a F-150 Series Pickup Truck with verified model specs. I unfortunately…read morereceived a package from them for a 2012 Cadillac. This obviously is the incorrect part I needed and ordered. I sent two emails on Saturday. One to customer service, and another to their returns department about this issue. No response because they were closed, but none even during their normal working business hours, so I decided to call. I connected to a woman whom seemed she could help me with returning or providing a replacement item. I provided her my order number & issue with what the problem is. She asked for the part number of what I ordered, I gave her the part number for what was on the order from LKQ, which is the part number I inputted and ordered on LKQ. On their website, you are unable to order a part without inputting the entire correct part number which I did. When I read her back the part number, she could not locate the correct item as a replacement even though it was read directly the same from my LKQ invoice, and it is the correct part number. So, with her struggling, I went above & beyond to help, tried to see if I could locate any other type of part number, and this is where it took a turn for the worse. Immediately, I was being gaslighted and accused of ordering the wrong part & needed to pay repercussions because of it. This was very confusing and made zero sense. I told her, I read you back the part number of what I ordered and needed off the invoice of what I needed, and you could not populate the correct item so I was trying to help you locate it with any information I could find for you. Also, let's note I received a CADILLAC SPEEDOMETER, not even a FORD one. Nothing on my order even closely referenced a Cadillac speedometer so obviously someone brain dead fulfilled my order or they're slick and know what they're doing. So because I tried to help & located another alternative part number for the SAME IDENTICAL ITEM I needed and ordered from LQK in an attempt to help her, everything is my fault. Absolutely not!! I received a Cadillac speedometer, not the Ford speedometer on my LQK order invoice which IS the correct one and which IS what I needed!! So now I am stuck with a 12 year old Cadillac speedometer which is useless to me unless I pay them to take it back. Absolutely not. I want ALL my money back or I want the item that I paid for, which is STATED ON OUR PURCHASE INVOICE CRYSTAL CLEAR. What a waste of time & energy I can't get back now. I never get into arguments, but this one called for it. I feel so disgustingly deceived & done wrong. I was hoping we could do more business but that is absolutely out the door now.

    Stopped by Oreily to get my battery tested because my car seemed like it was having issues starting…read moreup. Went here the first time and the guy who tested my batter said that it was fine and no issues at all. I noticed the issues continued so I went back about a week later and another guy who tested my battery said that the battery was fine but needed to be charged. He then went on to say that they can't take out the battery and charge it that I would personally have to take out the battery myself and that it would take an hour to charge. Wasn't able to do that. Later that day I called AAA and they did a battery test and turns out the health of my car battery was at basically 0%. I don't know what type of technology they are using here but it's clearly not reliable at all and could really end up screwing people over. Would not recommend taking your car here.

I came looking for something particular and they were more than helpful leading me to the item I needed. Prices are comparable to similar stores and is convenient to be able to run in, get what I need and be on my way without long lines and far away parking. They seem to have a great variety of brands, accessories, offering a lot of vehicle maintenance needs. The location isn't the greatest, as there are a lot of people hanging around on the corner of 24th St where Circle K is, though this location is about 2 tenths of a mile east of there on Southern and didn't see anyone loitering there. It has a competitor nearby, but I prefer to shop here.
