BP isnt going to give you Amazon prices on batteries. But after ordering batteries off Amazon and…read morehaving them with short lives or nearly DOA, I decided I'd go in and get batteries here. For key fobs, they will open and replace on the spot which is super nice, especially for folks who dont have tools or are not mechanically inclined. They also have guarantees on their batteries - which you most definitely are not going to get with your Amazon purchase. This is about all I've gone in for but always has been a good experience.

I came in about an hour before closing, and the team helped check my battery and confirmed it was low and not charging Yesterday, I ran into another issue as my battery wasn't charging and my door locks were cycling. I called the store and spoke with Austin, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. He looked up my information, confirmed my battery was still under warranty, and even though they were closing in 45 minutes, he went above and beyond. Since I live across town, Austin found a closer location near my home, called them directly, explained my situation, and arranged everything for a smooth warranty exchange. That level of service is thoughtful, especially when coordinating between stores. Really appreciate the care and effort - Austin made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend!

Warranty on failed AGM battery is of no value…read more I Purchased Duracell 12V 47 Ultra Platinum Battery on 7/23/25 "with a full warranty until 7/23/2029" for $291.86. I tried to returned failed battery with original receipt that would no longer take or hold a charge almost 14 months later on 9/22/26. I was turned away without replacement or refund. I visited the store around 10am on a Tuesday. The manager was not available. I called again at 11:30 hoping perhaps there was just some misunderstanding the manager could resolve. Nothing. Arizona weather can be tough on batteries. However this battery spent most of its service life in a car parked in a swamp cooled garage. A similar battery installed in my truck parked outside in the driveway is still going strong. Regardless Batteries Plus reneged on their warranty, sending me away with nothing, not even a prorated warranty. I've dealt with Autozones and Checkers and Walmarts and Costcos and AAA and more garages than I can remember and have never run into the kind of craptastic customer service I received from Batteries Plus this date. Buy from batteries Plus if you need never worry about a warranty on a failed battery. Personally, I will never set foot in a Batteries Plustore again. Batteries Plus sucks!

My son Nathan and I stopped by **Cellphone 911** on Saturday after I did what every confident Mac…read moreowner eventually does: attempt a self-repair and strip a screw in the process. DeShawn had promised he would take care of it, and once again, he came through. This was not our first rodeo. Over the years, DeShawn has repaired our MacBook at least half a dozen times. Screens, ports, batteries, weird issues that make you think the laptop is finished. Each time, he patiently digs in, explains what's going on, and finds a practical solution instead of pushing an expensive replacement. This visit turned into a full-on father son afternoon. Nathan watched closely, asked questions, helped where he could, and learned how delicate and precise these repairs really are. DeShawn never rushed us, never talked down to us, and treated the whole situation like a shared problem to solve, not a transaction to maximize. What really stands out is integrity. DeShawn could have upsold parts, quoted a big repair, or waved us off because it was a mess I created myself. Instead, he fixed the stripped screw, made sure everything was stable, double-checked the work, and charged me twenty dollars. That is not a typo. His shop is not flashy. It feels like a place where real work gets done. Phones and laptops everywhere, tools out, music playing, and a guy who clearly cares about keeping people's tech alive a little longer in a world that tells you to throw it away. If your device matters to you, and if you value honesty, skill, and someone who treats you like a human being instead of a quick sale, this is your place. I already know where I'm going the next time something breaks, because with DeShawn, I know I'm taken care of.
