Helped me so much with my watches and finding the right batteries ! Great service and great selection of batteries

Just stopped in to drop off several rechargeable small Li-ION (4) and 1 NiMh batteries along with a rechargeable B&D screwdriver. The clerk accepted the screwdriver (because it could be "refurbished" and resold), but would not accept the others without me paying a minimum $2.00/pound recycle fee. Really? This brand used to be a consumer friendly place to go. No longer for me. I can get what I need on Amazon. Adios Batteries Plus. read more

I needed a strange size battery. They had it! Saved the day!!! I also found batteries that I use all the time at a great price. read more

Just got ripped off by these guys, 26.00 to replace the battery in my key fob. Can't wait for them to go out of business.

I purchased a lifetime watch battery replacement from Batteries Plus on Scottsdale Road and had the battery replaced several times at different locations. The last battery replacement was at the Indian School loaction. There was damage done to the case of the watch by the technician trying to open the back. I asked that the case be replaced but after several months of communication with the district manager phoenix area, nothing was done. I asked and received a refund of the purchase price for the lifetime watch battery replacement I purchased. read more

I have shopped at this store for many years and many batteries. My last visit was degraded by and employee that treats it customers as ignorant fools. With my background in electronics, cars and computers , I was alarmed at his attitude and demeaning behavior. I am ordering online in the future. read more

Batteries plus you saved me yet again. The heat wave this year killed my battery. I searched online and your stores batteries were considerably priced lower than other auto battery suppliers. I made my online purchases with an installation appointment and waited in store once I arrived. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way and they recycled the old battery for me. One and done, love it. This is my number place for batteries now thanks. read more

So fully overpriced. I wanted to check them out and ended up being oversold by wattage out of the hat, and paid 8$ each for two incorrect wattage bulbs. Found correct wattage and paid $4.50 each for two bulbs. Massively unaffordable retail outfit. Not going back. read more

This place is a joke we never used a battery that we purchased there we go to return it the worker said yes he would return it then took the battery in the back and came back to me & said no we wont give you a return this battery is damaged REALLY so here is the message if you have a return make sure you take a photo of it so they wont do what they did to us I strongly believe he went back there and damaged it himself so he didnt have to pay return BUYER & RETURN BEWARE read more

This place is great. I have been buying all of my vehicle batteries and small equipment batteries here for years. Truck battery died and it was under warranty. Called in they tested it and immediately replaced it. Fast friendly service! read more

John helped us replace our old battery for our Toyota. He was calm, friendly, and gave us options that worked for our budget. We always have great service and this is a spot we go to time and time again for our batteries. Highly recommend this neighborhood spot read more

Walked in with an ebike battery that was in need of replacing. Before I could ask a question, the guy with a shaved head and piercings kept shaking his head no. Assuming he meant they didn't have batteries for ebikes I kindly asked if he had any suggestions on where to get one. His answer was no no no I have no clue, while he kept shaking his head. Not a single suggestion and you work for a battery store? Very unhelpful place and I'll never go back. read more

Imagine you get up early and find that your key fob is so weak it will barely open your car door. Imagine you are out running errands and a quick Google search delivers the result that Batteries Plus is open at 8am - perfect since you were just driving by. Imagine that you pull in and park, walk inside and two friendly staff members greet you and ask how they can help. So you hand over your key fob and tell them you need a new battery. Lickety split, they install a new battery, hand you back your key fob. They ask for your phone number, and find you in the system. And as you insert your credit card, they say, "There is no charge because we see you bought the battery here and it's under warranty." Are you kidding, that must have been a year ago? Where am I? Is this America? Well, the service at Batteries Plus is like America 40 years ago. You can well imagine that I will be getting ALL my batteries and bulbs at Batteries Plus! Thank you so much for courtesy, professionalism and outstanding service. read more

My car alerted me that the battery in my key fob needed to be replaced. I yelped the nearest location without checking first whether they provided this service. I walked in a guy asks what he can help with .. I said I need a new battery for this .. he takes it to the back & three minutes later i was driving out of there Holy smokes that was fast service!! Thanks again!! It was $10 (ish) total read more

Had to have my swollen battery replaced in my Note 10. I called here after being lied-to and going to a more popular phone repair place on Camelback, near 16th St. That place didn't have the parts, and couldn't do it the same day as they had told me on the phone. Batteries Plus ordered the part, fixed my phone in about an hour and even gave me a discount. Guess where I will go first if I ever need a phone repair? read more

Brian away amazing, helped me complete a complex install and went above and beyond. Do I spell a raise? Thank you Brian!!

Worst customer service. Two weeks ago we replaced the key fob and the fob battery for our truck. It was in working condition for about a week when we noticed the key fob plastic started breaking. We went to the store yesterday to get it replaced and was told by Sam after he broke some of it off of the fob that there was nothing he could do to replace it and to come back in the morning and speak with Carlos. My husband went this morning to get it replaced and Carlos the general manager not only refused to replace it, slammed the keys including the fob down on the counter breaking it making it unable to use at all, cursed my husband out, and kicked him out of the store! When calling the corporate office to report the manager and incident we were told that they would contact the store and the manager Carlos would give us a call back....the same guy that broke our fob and cursed and yelled at my husband!!! What kind of business is this?!?! We deserve a replacement and an apology. At all costs stay away from this place! read more

I was told I needed a new battery by the dealership I wanted to buy one from a batteries plus store be cause I like there Warranty policies It turned out after they checked my battery I did not need a new battery but wire just tighten At this time I think the techs at Batteries Plus in Phoenix are not only knowledgeable but care read more

The guys who run this location rock. I need hard to find batteries for my business but they are pretty expensive ($275/battery) and they deteriorate pretty quickly so no one wants to carry very many of them. The guys at Batteries Plus have always seemed to come through for me in a pinch. And they have agreed to keep four of our batteries in stock at all times. The manager's name is Brandon, I think. He's a great guy. I highly recommend these guys. read more

Batteries Plus went the extra mile to get a hard to find laptop battery for me. Instead of all the hassle of a new battery - I just popped in this new one and I'm good to go! Thank you, pro team at Batteries Plus! read more

Do not go to this place. Was told my key replacement would take 20 minutes. Later that day they told me it would be ready Monday after 3. I call Monday at 3:30, they tell me it's not going to be there until Thursday. The manager there said they could have it to me on Tuesday at 11 though for my troubles. I go down to pick it up, and it's not done the way they said it would be done (not attached to my key fob as first described). It also wasn't programmed appropriately. I missed work because they had the only key to my car, and never once initiated contact to let me know timeframes had changed. I submitted a complaint to the BBB and they never responded. Literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. read more

This shop employees were helpful, efficient and there merchandise was extremely well priced.

I had to take my iPhone 6 Plus in to have the cracked screen repaired twice and the service I received from all the employees was outstanding. They were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends for phone repairs. Bill was especially helpful, proficient and repaired my screen quickly. Thank you Batteries Plus Bulbs read more

Very disappointed! I booked an appointment using their online scheduler, drove 15 minutes to get there, and was told that their tech had gone to lunch (at 3 PM??) and i had to wait an hour for a fix. Did someone forget to make a simple phone call to let the next customer know? This is called common courtesy which is sadly missing. Would not do business with these guys! read more

Had an issue with my laptop never holding a charge and constantly shutting off even plugged in. Took it in and spoke with brianna. It's nice to know that there is a place where you can usually get something that you need that is not carried by many other places. They even will replace your iPhone battery! Of course they sell more than just batteries we also have a great selection of lightbulbs. I also bought a 6 V trickle charger while I was there. read more

These guys are great. I have been there many times and they have never let me down. They always have what I need in stock and they have very competative prices. The best customer service and everything you may need. Thanks again. Saved me a ton of money by replacing the battery instead of the entire unit. So nice to do business here. read more

I want to love specialty businesses. I visit because I crave expertise and personalized service. It makes it even better when it's delivered with a smile. When I fail to receive either I'm forced to shop based on an alternative factor, price. I unfortunately found what I was after at a big box retailer for less. If I was treated better I would have done business at the store, regardless of price. I have done and will do business here in the future. I'm hoping for a better experience. read more

Absolutely awful service. I recently came to this location to repair my broken screen on my iPhone. Although they did replace my screen, in the process they cut the wires to my home button, so it no longer has any function. When I asked how such a huge mistake could have been made, the manager had no insight whatsoever. Of course I explained that I should not need to pay the normal fee of $120 for such a failed repair, yet the manager refused to refund me or offer any sort of discount. thankfully I was able to dispute the charge on my credit card. If all that wasn't enough, the screen they gave me is barely functionally, constantly spazzing out my phone and ghost touching everywhere. The phone currently is almost impossible to use, so instead of getting a relatively cheap glass replacement, I am needing to get a new iPhone. If you are looking for an affordable iPhone repair, please avoid this place for your own sake! read more

I am at batteries plus and they refuse to honor their warranty on a cell phone battery. I am getting no answer for why. Their cheap battery fried. Now the phone is useless. I have gone here for years. I will still go here for some stuff I guess but I can't trust them any longer. read more
