Adam at Elite Tech repair was professional. I took my laptop in to get a touch screen replaced. Adam did the assessment, advised that he would have to order the part, and gave me a price on the part plus labor that was consistent with the Market here in Phoenix, AZ. Adam advised me on the current time frames for getting the part delivered so he could complete the repairs. Unfortunately, his vendor sent the wrong part, which would have to be imported from China. Adam kept me informed and updated at every step. After the repair, he advised a fix to the laptop case in order to prevent further damage to the new touchscreen. Adam was great to work with and very truthful in regards to repair and the ability to get the part ordered and shipped to his store. I received much better-personalized service from Adam than any Big Box store would help even though the laptop was originally purchased from a Big Box store. Honestly my whole experience with this place was great. My Xs Max had a thick line running down the middle of the display. The owner was super chill and very knowledgeable. The price was quite cheap compared to most places nowadays and it comes with a 1 year warranty. I couldn't be more thankful. Thank goodness I happened to drive by Elite Tech Repair today! I was feeling hopeless about my iPhone 10 that had been dropped one too many times. Not only was the entire screen smashed, the touch had completely stopped working, and the phone was not backed up and I couldn't enter my password to login. I got a few other quotes from phone repair shops & they would have charged me more than a new phone. Elite Tech fixed it in 10 minutes for a reasonable price & my phone is good as new!!
