Came in for a replacement battery, they broke the screen and asked me to pay $40 to replace it. They stated I had a small crack to begin with, it was a cheap version and it started overheating my iphone! Luckily, I had Asurion insurance for a screen replacement (but not a battery replacement though) and went to a Asurion supported store (ubreakifix) to fix my screen. They did try to accommodate me and were not rude about it, but it was just frustrating. read more

Took in perfectly working IP12max needed the power switch fixed / replaced. Left it all day come to pick up, switch fixed but phone is hot. Went to the car, phone now in emergency mode and is really hot battery draining crazy fast. Go back in he says it needs a battery doesn't have one in stock come back in a few days. I called the day I'm supposed to pick up same guy I originally dealt with answers phone says it is sorted out come pick up tell him I will be there 1/2 hour. I get there 1/2 hour he is not there the "repair" guys says he cant fix use it for a trade in for new phone. I ask for refund of original repair (30day warranty) as they ruined a working phone. He just keeps saying to trade it in. English is not a 1st language for the the two guys there. Avoid at all costs. read more

Went in on Sunday evening to get my husbands phone screened fixed. Everything was fine until we got home and it came time to charging it. It wasn't charging no problem we went back to see if the guy that fixed it can see if anything was wrong. When we went back we were nice about it we didn't want any refunds or blame him for doing the job bad, he said come back in 20 minutes . when we went back to get the phone he was being rude and telling us that he did his job right that we must of dropped the phone causing a wire to get lose. Which we didn't but even if we did he didn't put the phone back together right because my husband had dropped it causing the screen to crack in the first place it would of stopped working all together but it still worked better when it was cracked then when he got it fixed. I wouldn't have wrote this review if the guy wasn't rude about it and trying to blame us. read more

I was initially excited as they told me on the phone they could repair my phone as the face was cracked. I explained I just needed it to open up my phone and retrieve my info long enough to change out info to a new phone, They said they could do for $59. i was thrilled . When I got there they said oh sorry, it will be $160 because it is $100 more to actually rent the new cover. They then said its 160, but we will give you back the 100 to rent it if it comes back with no scratches etc. Must return in 1 month then they would refund the 100. Then they changed their mind and said no, you have 1 week to return, then they hnged again and said a couple of days, then they said an hour later, its really $230 because they were wrong on a model, then they said you can go to their other store if you don't want to wait till tomorrow when we order the one for $230. Then I said call the other store to make sure they have it, and they did and turns out if I had gone clear down there they wouldn't have had it. Then they said we can order for you tomorrow for the store I was at to return to, then they said but really you need one which is a better screen which was like $350 or close to that price, Then they didn't want a deposit or anything and I thought that's good but then was afraid they wouldn't order it then I would have no cover for the next day. Finally went to another place down the street to Batteries Plus at Bell and Cave creek and they fixed it right then and their for the $230.00 .... very happy with them at that store. This place here is just a bait and switch and kept changing their prices while they were talking to the owner on the phone. read more

do not come here to get your screen repaired unless you want them to give you some cheap screen for a replacement then proceed to charge you 150 for it then a month later when it's not working as it should, charge you 150 again for it. they claimed my screen started glitching due to a tiny scratch but my iphone is literally giving my notifications that it's not compatible. horrible. read more

This is the worst place I have ever been to. I paid 150$ to get my screen repaired. Not only did I receive a damaged screen that continuously got stuck and hindered me from doing literally anything on the phone, but I was also told by Rakib to come back in to get it fixed, and he was not even there on the day that he told me to come in. Sooo basically I drove all the way from Goodyear to here for no reason. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

Rakib did an amazing job!! If you need your phone repaired, cases, screen protectors, good used phones this is the place to go to. he recently opened this store 3 months ago and is still fairly new. I found him by going to the Walmart on bell rd to get a new phone from the electronic department but they did not have anymore unlocked devices. I then found out there is a store inside Walmart next to Charley's named the FIX Tech Repair, Rakib is so polite and professional he will most definitely help you with what you need and if he can't he will let you know. I went into the store with after an hour the manager was able to not only retrieve all of my pictures and contacts, but was able to accomplish something that I had tried for months to do had bought chords and extensions and adapters, and I was unable to get my data off of this broken phone and he did it in like an hour and I'm so happy don't buy Samsung flip or fold phones they break really easy.
