They said they had to order the battery and it would be in on the 26 and he would call me.  Nobody called me and I tried calling multiple times throughout the day and nobody answered the phone. I left multiple messages and nobody returned my call. On the 27th I drove down to the place and was told they can't find the battery and that he would text the guy I spoke with the first time to find out where it was. He said that since the next day was Thanksgiving to come in the day after to get the battery replaced.  I called on the 29th and was told the tracking for the battery shows delivered but they can't find it.  I told them if they couldn't find it by the 30th I would need my 50% deposit back and I would go someplace else.   Here we are on the 30th and I called and he said he found the battery and I let him know I would be right down. When I arrived he asked me to give him 20 minutes so I went shopping.  I picked up my phone and got home to find the back isn't even fitting back on right. There is a large gap on one side which you can see in the picture. Can't imagine my phone is water resistant anymore. I'm so disappointed and if you take your phone in after reading this all I can say is, you have been warned.
