They said my warranty was expired and it wasn't worth them fixing because it would cost me the price of a new watch. I took it to Fix like a Pro to Bassam K. After inspection he said the battery had expanded and it was pushing the screen off. He said he could replace the battery and get the screen back on. Fix Like A Pro again saved me quite a bit of money when I was having more problems with my 3-year-old wireless headphones. Bassam diligently searched for the required replacement parts, but since the headphones are well out of warranty and Sony doesn't sell the required parts, the only option he found was a third-party seller with no guarantee the same issue wouldn't recur. I was about to give up and replace the headphones, but Bassam offered a creative repair solution that resolved the issue without having to replace any parts. The headphones are now working perfectly.
