But anyways, I decided to stay and give it a try after he was done replacing the screen. He had told me he has two different type of strains one is cheap and other is premium or whatever. I was down to spend extra money to get the premium, but he said he didn't have it in stock and will take him an hour. Anyone that has a busy schedule and that just needs their phone replaced would have done what I did and just take the cheaper one so I could go get my kids and do what I need to. After three days of having it the screen was already coming off so I decided to call and told him what was going on and immediately got blamed for dropping it or breaking it and couldn't even get a chance to talk because the owner is so rude. After trying to explain over the phone, what was going on with my phone and him being extremely rude and saying that he doesn't do any warranties or anything like that for the phone. And I tried to explain that the phone is not broken and that it just needs to be installed correctly. Then the owner decided to get extremely butt hurt because I criticize this work for being half done and then he got extremely rude anyways flashback to going to the store to get it replaced because I don't have another hundred dollars to pay just because someone doesn't know how to put a replacement phone. I go there and I still get blamed for doing something that I didn't do and owner is very upset that I criticized his half done work after further examination he said that the reason it was coming off is because he didn't install the glue right, even though he admitted to not having a clue right bro, still wants to be mad that I said that his work is half done so after being in his shop, literally screaming at each other because he has no manners and doesn't want to let anyone talk replace it and when I inspect the phone, a lot of glue residue and just a crappy job. 1 Star -- If I could give zero, I would…read more I went through a two-week nightmare and five separate trips to Phone Doctor 59 after purchasing an iPhone 14 Plus for $450 cash on Nov 11. The phone started restarting the very next day, and things only got worse from there. Trip 1 - Purchase (Nov 11) Bought the phone. It began restarting on its own the next day. Called and messaged staff. Trip 2 - Drop-Off Attempt & Intimidation (Nov 18) When I returned to report the issue in person, the manager wasn't there, and staff refused to look at the phone. When I asked where I could leave a review, a women staff member told me that if I left a bad review, the manager wouldn't help me. Completely unprofessional and intimidating. Trip 3 - Actual Drop-Off (Nov 19) Finally dropped off the phone after more messaging. Trip 4 - Still Not Fixed (Nov 20) Staff claimed there was "moisture in the charging port." I picked it up, and the phone restarted again that same night. I messaged and asked for a refund. Trip 5 - Forced Exchange + $50 Upcharge (Nov 21) I came back requesting a refund. Instead, the manager took the phone, handed me a scratched, beat-up red iPhone 14 Plus, and walked away. Staff informed me I would not be getting a refund. I told staff I didn't want the color and that the IPhone appeared to have damage to it. The only other option was an iPhone 15 for an extra $50, which I ended up paying because I didn't want a damaged phone I didn't choose. No apology. No accountability. No professionalism. I spent over $40 each trip, FIVE trips, and even more money because of their faulty device. This business lacks honesty, customer service, and basic respect.
