After reading all the Yelp reviews, I decided to come here and fix my iPhone XR screen. Worst mistake EVER. After it was fixed, I noticed a continuous glitch on my screen. The next day I returned to get the glitch fixed and it was apparently a "defected screen". Went home, thought it was fixed but soon enough the glitch reappeared. Coming here a third time for a refund they said they'd have to take the defected screen and place my original one on there and gave me the WRONG one. I instantly knew it was not mine and the employee argued with me about it. Not only that, but they failed to put my screen on properly and even worse made me wait and waste my time for their mistake, again for the third time. RIDICULOUS, save yourself the time and money by going somewhere else. read more

Terrible experience here. Wasted so much time and money just to have to go else where to get my phone fixed. Thankfully found a great place called Quick Mobile Fix where they did an amazing JOB and have amazing quality screens and even told me that this place didn't put in all the screws back into my phone after having "fixed" it more than 3 times. When buying a used phone, he allowed me to thoroughly examine the phone and try it out, which made me feel confident about my purchase.
