I can't speak for other locations but this location by far the worst. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I walked in the store to get my Google pixel 2 fix and talked to Jose. He said he will take a look at the phone and call me back in the evening. He called back and said all my phone needed was screen replacement, so I left a deposit over the phone, they said it will take couple of days because they are getting the screen from their Scottsdale location. It been a week and the phone is still not fixed. I have to keep calling them everyday to see what's going on, even I requested to be updated everyday they still don't.. after a week I got a call and said the phone was ready to be picked up, drove to their location just to find out the phone won't start/reboot.. Matt said he wasn't the one to fixed my phone so I will have to wait. And when i come back they will give me $10 off for the long wait. waited another week and got a call back saying they are not able to fix my phone. Went back and talk to Jose and he said they can refund me my money back and will just give me back my phone without a screen... So they have this thing at store if you LEAVE A 5 STARS REVIEW they will give 5$ off, I didn't want to walk away with a phone that have no screen but I was also try to save money, so I ask Jose if I can get $5 off if I leave a review, so he threatened me to not fix my phone if I leave a bad review. I had a terrible experience with this store manager( Josh). This store does not even deserve a one star. My OnePlus phone's volume was jammed and they suggested to replace the volume part. Unfortunately, I agreed and They ordered the part to fix it. They ended up breaking the volume part. Therefore, the manager--after breaking it-- told me that it needs another part. Be aware, they lack the experience to assemble any phone. In fact, my phone was not closed well and they damaged my phone camera. This is the worst experience I had and will definitely not come back to this repair shop again. read more

Amazing service and help! On a Tues. morning about 11:00, I somehow got my phone locked in "double tap" mode. When the person at the Verizon store could not shut it off, he recommended I go across the way to Quick Mobile Repair. The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. Only took him about a minute (and several key strokes) to figure out what I had done, and correct it. Extremely helpful and reasonable. I highly recommend this business. I have broken 3 iPhone screens in less than 3 months.The first one I took to a shop in Dallas (I was on a business trip) and it cost $200 and was not a quality repair. The second time I came here and it was about $140, finished in 20 minutes, and perfect. The guy even gave me a nice screen protector for free!!! 3 weeks later I dropped my phone AGAIN and this time it was the LCD screen. I was ready to shell out big bucks on a new phone. Save yourself time and money! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! I went in to this shop because I had a cracked screen and apple couldn't get me in the same day. They replaced my screen, later that day when I went to use my camera, it would not function. I brought it back to the store for two reasons: 1) the message that I didn't have an "authentic apple screen" never went away like they said and 2) the camera/flash issue. They had my phone for two hours, but could not fix it. The technician said she tried everything, but couldn't get the camera/flash to work, but stated that I was still under warranty and I could try to get it fixed at the apple store. Between this time and my apple appointment time, my screen became unresponsive and would flicker on and off. Apple ran a diagnostic on my phone and said the error was due to the screen. They replaced it for about half of what Quick mobile repair charged. ($400 there vs. $229 at Apple). Once Apple replaced my screen, everything is working flawlessly! I dropped my iPhone 8plus , broke the screen (again). A quick yelp search put "QUICK Mobile Repair" at 15414 N 19 Ave Suite P. 1.6 miles from me. I stopped in and was told my phone could be ready in 15 min for $99. I told the Mgr. of the location, I would be back in 20-30 minutes. When I arrived there was an uncomfortable awkwardness as the mgr approached me. He asked me, "is this a refurbished phone, or have you had this repaired before?" I stated that I have had the phone repaired before . He mentioned something about wires that were not placed properly and that this caused him to damage parts to my phone including the front facing camera, proximity sensor and ear speaker. He had to order parts, and will fix my phone the following day. SO MY 15MINUTE REPAIR TURNED INOTO 18 HOURS (MAYBE) AND HIS SOLUTION WAS TO TAKE OFF A LOUSY $5 AND HAVE ME RETURN TOMORROW. I'll let you know how it turns out. PART 2 Well, I returned the next day at 5:45 I had a very busy day going so I called ahead to make sure I could be in and out. When I got there the Mgr immediately brought up my yelp review. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I felt his body language, voice , and demeanor was very aggressive as he asked me if I would take the review down after he fixed my phone.This made me feel even more uncomfortable, even a lil intimidated. The store normally closes at 8 on Saturday but he was leaving early today and closing the store early. So we spent the time that I had to get my phone fixed listening to him try to persuade me to remove my review and I DID NOT GET MY PHONE REPAIRED AGIAN, even after I called ahead to make sure we would have time to repair my phone . I will be going back tomorrow to for my THIRD visit, and I'll be finishing my review with part 3. I did not make it in today , Sunday, partially the anxiety of not wanting to deal with this guy again. I'm definitely not in a hurry to go her again, although the front facing camera , proximity sensors (the sensor that turns the screen off when you place the phone to your ear to avoid pushing buttons with your face). My husband and I got his screen replaced here which comes with a 1 year warranty ON THE PART right? Says that on my receipt. Well when we try to get his screen replaced again(mind you it's been only a few months) they say no. It doesn't count if the screen is damaged or broken. What good is a warranty on a screen if its not good when the screen breaks?? We only got one thing replaced. No other parts. We paid almost 340 just because they said that they did a 1 year warranty. This place is a joke, I waited over 10 days for a 3 day part they never ordered. While in line they kept pulling people who had just walked in the door in front of me, then when I asked for a refund I was told he couldn't do it because he didn't have the authority to get my money back....what a scam I would never recommend this place to anyone. I first came here Because of it's convenient location. But now I wouldn't go anywhere else. Not only was matt more than helpful with repairing my device But he answered all of my questions and gave me real honest advice. He wasn't all about just trying to make a sale. Which leads me to the next big thing, after he replaced the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus my home button wasn't working properly. He was more than willing to fix the issue free of charge.
