I am so glad I found this place. My iPhone had a disagreement with the asphalt and broke the back glass and the camera housing. They fixed it as good as new. Quick and easy. Very professional. This is an excellent local place that repairs tablets, phones and other devices. A battery expanded in my cellphone and blew up/ caught fire so I had to put it out with water and it was a whole ordeal. My phone had fire and water damage and needed some specialized help to get the data off of it, including over 1,000 pieces of my artwork I have been working on over the last eight years. The technicians knew how to fix my phone and get the data off of it right away. Now I have all of my art files on my new phone. They even gave me a flash drive with backup files. The price was very fair/ affordable for the amount of work they did. I appreciate the people who work here so much!! The employees were very friendly and worked quickly. They were able to get the touch on my iPhone XS working again by replacing the screen. However, I was disappointed to find that after their repair the Face ID does not work. When they told me about this, they said it wasn't something they could fix. It is disappointing that I spent over $100 and now have a phone that is not functioning properly. Just beware if they replace your screen and Face ID stops working you're just out of luck. read more

My phone went on the blink and I got to Smart repairs just as he was closing up for the day when he saw how saddened I was to get there to get my phone fixed that he reopened and fixed my phone Angel was just that an Angel in disguise. Any time I come to have something fixed they do excellent work and he understood I drove all the way from Chandler to come to see him and he had excellent customer service. They don't have this kind of service anymore you don't get good customer service and when you do you better continue going to that place. There hasn't been one thing I have brought to Angel that he was not able to fix. It's a rather small place on the Val Vista side of a corner plaza bordering South on Southern Ave., Mesa. With a staff of three (3) most freindly, excellent professionals. My wife and myself had to use them each during the last 3 weeks: my wife's smartphone needed a rather involved hardware repair with an expensive part replacement. The young gentleman in charge patiently explained to her in detail the problem, and the difficulty obtaining the necessary damaged part. The job was done in time, for less than we anticipated. My smartphone case was much simpler: while clumsily manipulating its settings I managed to uninstall 2 important apps, and cancel 2 other important functions, rendering my phone almost useless! The phone was fixed while I had a bite in a neighboring eatery and the remedy cost was $15. Impeccable, courteous service, in a minimal time, for a surprisingly convenient rate.
