I had my IPad glass replaced. Great service, good prices, they had it done in two hours. I will recommend everyone to use their services.

My phone screen cracked and I first went to Verizon to get it fixed and they quoted me way beyond my budget and tried to get me to buy a new phone entirely. I was disappointed so I called smart repairs and talked to Mr. Angel and he gave me a fair quote and was able to finish the job super quick! I was very impressed. I will be returning and recommending all of my friends and family to go here from now on! read more

I recently had my shattered iPad glass screen replaced and i'm very pleased with the end-result. I was provided 3 options @ varying degrees of cost and once a choice was made the service was professional and expedient. Family owned. Nice folks. Good work. Highly recommend. read more

They were a ton of help. Stopped in with a screen that wouldn't respond and they showed me how to force restart my phone and fix it without ever having to check me in or charge me. I was braced for at least a $100 repair and a couple hour wait -- in and out in 5 minutes. I will definitely be going out of my way to use them in the future. Highly recommend. Oh and the artwork hanging up in their lobby is pretty cool too. read more

Absolutely amazing and quality service! I really needed my phone repaired and I was able to receive it in about an hour.

They repaired my IPhone in less than 2 hours. The price was very reasonable and they sound like they 1000% know what they're talking about. I appreciate them being in this community. read more

If you're looking for quality and value when it comes to phone repairs, this is the spot. I called around the East Valley to get pricing on fixing my girl's iPhone 14 Pro Max screen--because, as you know, women have a sixth sense for dropping phones... always face-down, screen-first, onto concrete or the nearest hard surface. The screen works perfectly now, which is exactly what we needed so we could use it as a backup and transfer the data to the new phone. They delivered exactly what we needed. I'll be coming back here for any future electronic repairs. read more

I am so glad I found this place. My iPhone had a disagreement with the asphalt and broke the back glass and the camera housing. They fixed it as good as new. Quick and easy. Very professional. I can't imagine what a dang chore it was for him to take the old off but it looks brand new now. Very pleased. I'm going to bring my wife's phone in. She also broke the back glass. I thought the price was VERY reasonable knowing how much work went into what he did. read more

Smart Repairs - I wish I'd have taken a before pic. But this is the after. - Electronics Repair Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

This is an excellent local place that repairs tablets, phones and other devices. A battery expanded in my cellphone and blew up/ caught fire so I had to put it out with water and it was a whole ordeal. My phone had fire and water damage and needed some specialized help to get the data off of it, including over 1,000 pieces of my artwork I have been working on over the last eight years. The technicians knew how to fix my phone and get the data off of it right away. Now I have all of my art files on my new phone. They even gave me a flash drive with backup files. The price was very fair/ affordable for the amount of work they did. I appreciate the people who work here so much!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs help with their tablets, phones and other devices. read more

predatory company. 125 for a replacement disassembled and reassembled but if bring it in dissassem they already don't give warranty on that but want to charge more for a " puzzle " Microsoft already solved for them screws are color coded for the part they screw into but they want to act like after thousands of installs they don't know that hats off "smart" repair read more

Great service! Thank you! My wife's iPhone 11 had a chipped screen and we took it in to be replaced. It turned out to be only the screen protector which was chipped, which he removed, polished the screen, and returned the phone to us with a smile, "no charge." Thank you for your honesty! We'll be recommending you to our friends and family. read more

Wonderful team to deal with, they deliver as promised and stand behind their service.

My phone was difficult to charge, because the charger would not enter the port deep enough. They determined that dirt in the port was preventing the charger cord from entering fully. A cleaning and $35 later, my charger port is all cleaned out and working like new. Quick, friendly, competent, and economic. A different company offered me the same service for $55, so I saved $20 by bringing my phone to Smart Repairs. read more

I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their phone repaired. All three workers were great help and properly explained what my cell phone needed in order to be in better shape. They have a lot of options and take the time to explain and fit your budget. All three spoke Spanish and English and are quick workers. Thanks for fixing my iPhone SE second gen!! read more

The employees were very friendly and worked quickly. They were able to get the touch on my iPhone XS working again by replacing the screen. However, I was disappointed to find that after their repair the Face ID does not work. When they told me about this, they said it wasn't something they could fix. It is disappointing that I spent over $100 and now have a phone that is not functioning properly. Just beware if they replace your screen and Face ID stops working you're just out of luck. read more

I can't imagine going anywhere else after finding Smart Repairs. Their service is affordable and fast. They also honored their work/warranty once, without hassle or finger pointing, when I had intermittent responsiveness issues from a new screen. One of the techs, Angel, is a multitasking work horse, obviously an expert in phone/device repair, and a true professional at his craft. read more

Smart repairs is the place to take your cell phone or iPhone or iPad to get them fixed. My phone went on the blink and I got to Smart repairs just as he was closing up for the day when he saw how saddened I was to get there to get my phone fixed that he reopened and fixed my phone Angel was just that an Angel in disguise. Any time I come to have something fixed they do excellent work and he understood I drove all the way from Chandler to come to see him and he had excellent customer service. They don't have this kind of service anymore you don't get good customer service and when you do you better continue going to that place. There hasn't been one thing I have brought to Angel that he was not able to fix. Excellent service, excellent knowledge of how to fix phones and computers, and he does it with a great attitude. read more

Fast repair! Super easy transaction and definitely the best price around. Everyone else quoted me $20+ more expensive than the prices here. Highly recommend and will probably have to use again read more

These guys were great. Best pricing around. You can see them working on your phone if you don't trust people taking your phone take it here.

It's a rather small place on the Val Vista side of a corner plaza bordering South on Southern Ave., Mesa. With a staff of three (3) most freindly, excellent professionals. My wife and myself had to use them each during the last 3 weeks: my wife's smartphone needed a rather involved hardware repair with an expensive part replacement. The young gentleman in charge patiently explained to her in detail the problem, and the difficulty obtaining the necessary damaged part. The job was done in time, for less than we anticipated. My smartphone case was much simpler: while clumsily manipulating its settings I managed to uninstall 2 important apps, and cancel 2 other important functions, rendering my phone almost useless! The phone was fixed while I had a bite in a neighboring eatery and the remedy cost was $15. Impeccable, courteous service, in a minimal time, for a surprisingly convenient rate. Highly recommended for trustworthy work and customer friendly service. Joe V., Mesa AZ read more

I'm clumsy but my sister is even more clumsy, and I hate to say it but were regulars almost lol. I think we were here back to back at one point But we like it here cause the repairs are quick and efficient each and every time. And their prices are fair. read more

I had an old phone in a drawer and needed it working again, I knew the battery was bad and I had been quoted $70 to fix it a few months back from a tech repair company, but wasn't sure that price was worth it so I tossed it in a drawer and kind of forgot about it. Then today I decided to get it fixed. I took it to a near by Apple repair shop, and he didn't have the battery I needed in stock. He referred me to Angel at Smart Repairs. Angel replaced the battery and fixed a loose connector in less then 30 min and only charged me $40. Angel was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and friendly. I highly recommend him and will go back anytime I need gadgets fixed. read more

They are the best in terms of dealings, respect and prices. I advise everyone to go there

Very professional and super fast repair! I brought in my iPad mini with a completely cracked screen and instead of buying a brand new iPad, I went in and got my screen fixed and it was done within 2 hours of dropping it off!
