"rapid iPhone repair", but it takes 7 hours after getting quoted 1 hour? My power button wasn't working because I dropped my phone and the back was cracked, I called before and asked how long it would take. "Oh around one hour" okay cool. I go in person and ask again how long it'll take, "around one hour". okay perfect, got told TWICE it'll only take one hour, I drop my phone off and go on my way. 2 hours pass, not mad just wondering if everything's okay so I call, "hey is there an estimate on how much longer my phone will take?", "uhh 3-4 hours" you said ONE hour to start with, TWO hours with no call pass so I call and ask and you add FOUR hours onto what's already been an HOUR over what you said? okay sure. 3 and a half hours pass and I call again, "hey no rush but when would my phone be ready" "30 more minutes" Okay cool. 30 minutes pass, no call. an hour passes, no call. So I decide to go in person. I called at 3:20pm and I get there at 5, an hour and 40 minutes after I called after he said 30 minutes, and he pulls out my phone. "How long has it been ready for?" I ask, "uhh like 30 minutes..." he says "did you not call?" I say after not receiving a call for my phone being ready?? "no because you called and I said 30 minutes" he says, "I called an hour and 40 minutes ago?". and he just looks at me. This is the rudest encounter I've had because he didn't even apologize and tried to laugh it off? you just wasted SO MUCH of my time and had the audacity to not even call when my phone was ready? A good company under promises and over delivers, if its gonna take 7 hours to do a service you promise the paying customer that it'll take 8 hours, so that you have room to mess up and room to impress when its done early, you NEVER say it'll take you 1 hour when it'll actually take you 7. It is so unprofessional and rude. I would never ever come back here or recommend it to anybody, oh and not just that right when we were done he went outside and started vaping, so that easy service that should've took an hour took 7 because instead of working on my phone and doing what he should be doing there he's sitting on his lazy bum and vaping. Got screen repaired by this trash hole in the wall company. I now know all they replace screens with is refurbished junk. Was getting notifications of error consistently after getting "repair" back. Three days later, my phone was in my back pocket and I sat on my on it while sitting down on the cushioned seat of my car, pulled it out and the screen was demolished. I've had the original screen along with a screen that wasn't refurbished and neither of those were essentially fragile enough to break by touching too hard. If you want a screen that isn't going to melt in your fingers, call around. $250, $280, cheaper prices literally everywhere for screens that aren't refurbished pieces of junk. I dropped my phone and the screen cracked, but it was worse than that. The crack interfered with the function of the phone. I have a Samsung Note phone and we're still able to repair it. So don't let the name fool you. I called them on a Sunday late morning and they were able to fix it in about 2 hrs. They called us in about an hour later and told us it was completed. So this is how my experience went at this location I brought in the iPhone 11 promax when it was relatively new and cost me $450 to replace the screen. Two months later screen went black and there response even though it was supposed to be a lifetime warranty was you pay $100 so we don't lose money as well so I paid it two months down the road the screen went out again. The face had popped off my series 6 Apple Watch because I was using a rapid charger and the battery was swollen. The cost of repair thru Apple was nearly the cost of a new watch. I dropped it off here and they changed out the battery and reassembled the watch. It works perfectly. I was warned not to get it wet which is fine as I don't take my electronics swimming with me. I already killed one Apple Watch by doing that. I reduced by one star because originally they'd estimated 2 hours for the repair. It ended up being just over 5 hours.
