Got screen repaired by this trash hole in the wall company. I now know all they replace screens with is refurbished junk. Was getting notifications of error consistently after getting "repair" back. Three days later, my phone was in my back pocket and I sat on my on it while sitting down on the cushioned seat of my car, pulled it out and the screen was demolished. I've had the original screen along with a screen that wasn't refurbished and neither of those were essentially fragile enough to break by touching too hard. If you want a screen that isn't going to melt in your fingers, call around. $250, $280, cheaper prices literally everywhere for screens that aren't refurbished pieces of junk. The face had popped off my series 6 Apple Watch because I was using a rapid charger and the battery was swollen. The cost of repair thru Apple was nearly the cost of a new watch. I dropped it off here and they changed out the battery and reassembled the watch. It works perfectly. I was warned not to get it wet which is fine as I don't take my electronics swimming with me. I already killed one Apple Watch by doing that. I reduced by one star because originally they'd estimated 2 hours for the repair. It ended up being just over 5 hours. I denied and told them I just wanted it fixed. The problem started when I called to give them a complaint but their service. I told them they "fu**ed up my phone or something because since I had gotten the screen replaced. It was acting up. But now my speakers were acting up. So when I called the person who answered the call just hung up me and kept saying I can't hear you. That's when I told him I think you guys fu**ed up my phone. They hung up on me. And so I went to the store. The guy then kept saying I said I was going to do stuff to him and kept talking about my phone call. Was unprofessional to help me of what I needed and so I told them I just didn't understand how a different place could fix my girlfriends phone when it was worse than mine. And they told because. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is different from the IPhone 14 Plus. Overall they can't take a complaint because they get sensitive.
