Let me start by saying that I normally do not trust small businesses tucked away in a shopping center. My iPhone was acting weird and I hate going to the Apple store. I was passing by and saw this business and stopped in. The person at the counter was soooo nice! He immediately, right at the counter popped the phone open, replaced the battery and put my case back on. He didn't try to tell me it needed expensive work or up sell me! It took him about 6 minutes and I was skeptical about whether it would fix my problem. The charge was $60 and it has a 90 day warranty. My phone is perfect now! Less than 10 minutes of my busy day to fix a huge problem! I have to say that I am shocked! Such low prices, super fast service and nice people! I wish I remembered the man's name that helped me at this store because he rocked! I brought an iPhone in after an unsuccessful 3 hour wait at the apple store, and he was actually able to tell me the real problem with the phone.
