Honestly, some of the best customer service I have ever received! The guy was super considerate and stayed way late to help us out! If I ever have a problem with my phone again, I'll definitely come here to get it fixed! read more

These guys do great work! My iPhone6+ phone flew out of my pocket on Twisted Colossus at Magic Mountain. Amazingly, I was able to recover it after the park closed and it even powered on, but the screen and case were destroyed and nothing worked. I took my phone to Sprint and they said it was unfixable and wanted me to buy a new phone. I tried these guys on a whim and they fixed it for $150 and saved me hundreds of dollar on a new phone. Take advantage of the ten dollar off Yelp deal. Just went to these guys again to get a new battery on my iPhone 5. 30 bucks and ten minutes later out the door! They got skills! read more

Edit: +1 star. I appreciate that they are trying to fix an issue. They most definitely DID say they have liquid glass and charged me for it. But I'll take it in. Not professional and charged me for liquid glass but gave me a thin plastic screen protector. Not happy and won't be returning. Also my iPhone doesn't change brightness now when it's darker or brighter so I'm stuck doing it manually every time. I suggest you go somewhere else read more

I went to this iPhone repair store and they for some reason couldn't put the right screen I had asked for they then proceeded to Insist that I get a new phone. I denied and told them I just wanted it fixed. The problem started when I called to give them a complaint but their service. I told them they "fu**ed up my phone or something because since I had gotten the screen replaced. It was acting up. But now my speakers were acting up. So when I called the person who answered the call just hung up me and kept saying I can't hear you. That's when I told him I think you guys fu**ed up my phone. They hung up on me. And so I went to the store. The guy then kept saying I said I was going to do stuff to him and kept talking about my phone call. Was unprofessional to help me of what I needed and so I told them I just didn't understand how a different place could fix my girlfriends phone when it was worse than mine. And they told because. The iPhone 14 Pro Max is different from the IPhone 14 Plus. Overall they can't take a complaint because they get sensitive. I wouldn't go to this place and would just go to Smart repairs to save you the time and hassle. read more

Found them on Yelp. I was 4 min away very nice over the phone. Drop my iPhone off he told me 40 minutes. Couldn't believe it. Went back in 34 minutes. DONE!!!!!!! Great service nice people so refreshing. read more

Great customer service, really friendly staff that want to help you out. Quick service and good materials online

I brought my phone in this past week thinking that I needed a pretty big repair. The gentleman was kind and took a look at it and suggested a $20 solution off of Amazon instead of the repair I was thinking. He gave me advice that was in my best interest, but that caused him to not get the business for the repair. I don't think there is any better indication that he runs an honest business and has his customers best interests at the forefront. Because of this, I will definitely be bringing any future repair needs to Rapid iPhone Repair. read more

Dmitri was awesome. The price I was quoted through Yelp messenger was honored when I walked into the store, love it! Dropped it off in the morning and got it back within 2 hrs. Screen on our old iPhone 7 was destroyed but when we got it back it looked brand spankin new. I will be back to get our iPad speakers fixed. Thank you Dmitri and company! read more

Fast Service. Very nice and everything explained nicely. Highly recommended!! Fixed my broken iPad screen nicely. Thought not fixable. But they fixed!!! read more

Quick and easy! There were complications with my camera so they replaced the whole thing instead of just the lenses.

Let me start by saying that I normally do not trust small businesses tucked away in a shopping center. My iPhone was acting weird and I hate going to the Apple store. I was passing by and saw this business and stopped in. The person at the counter was soooo nice! He immediately, right at the counter popped the phone open, replaced the battery and put my case back on. He didn't try to tell me it needed expensive work or up sell me! It took him about 6 minutes and I was skeptical about whether it would fix my problem. The charge was $60 and it has a 90 day warranty. My phone is perfect now! Less than 10 minutes of my busy day to fix a huge problem! I have to say that I am shocked! Such low prices, super fast service and nice people! I don't know about everyone else, but I could not have asked for more! This is now my place for phone, computer and tablet service! read more

My family gave me a used iPad and the only problem was the screen was severely cracked. My SIL recommended Rapid IPhone Repair as she had used them before for her lphone. The quote online was accurate and although it estimated 48 hours to fix. The technician said it would be done same day. Fast and Friendly service. Highly recommend. read more

Took my iPhone their yesterday on 06/18/21, and the service was prompt and excellent. - Kenneth Petroni

Most affordable and best service in town! I've had my iPad and Samsung Galaxy fixed here.

Brought in my kids iPad, and was told it'd be 1-2 days to get it paired. Literally asked him if it was no chance for the same day fix. He said no, but he could MAYBE get it done the next day, but probably not until the second day. 2 days later I call to check in on it, and now they told me another 2 days. So now we are taking our business elsewhere. read more
