We had a terrible experience with this business. We brought our iPad in to have the screen repaired…read moreand were told it would take two days. Instead, it took six days, and no one apologized or acknowledged the delay. Now, just one month later, the home button has completely stopped working. It was functioning perfectly before the screen repair, so it's clear this issue resulted from their work. Unfortunately, they have refused to take any responsibility or offer any help. I would not recommend this business. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

I was able to schedule an appointment easily and dropped my phone off at 10 AM, and they had it repaired in about 45 minutes. It looked amazing, like new. The customer service was also excellent. Both gentlemen working on Saturday, March 21 were friendly, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

We scheduled a diagnostic home visit. He provided an honest assessment on what I needed for the repair explaining and showing the area on concern. I ordered parts on eBay with his assistance because he didn't have the logic board readily in stock which would have cost more. Once I receive the items, he will come back to repair. I had another MacBook Pro I asked if he could look at because the tracking mouse pad didn't work. He did another diagnostic and fixed the issue. He didn't charge me for another diagnostic. That's superb customer service! I am very satisfied with his service and expertise thus far. I highly recommend.

The Tech (his name was Jalen) told me that I had a two week warranty and if I needed further assistance during that two weeks to call. After three years and not a crack, I dropped my Moto X just right and its screen smashed into sooo…read moremany pieces. It was completely non-functional. I called around and evidently they only made around 8 of the first gen Moto X, because no one in town had the part and it would have to be ordered in (I tried them all.) I decided to make the most of it and just go unplugged for a week, so I took my phone into the place that quoted the best price, ProFix. I was all prepared to be out of touch with the world for a week when the dude at ProFix asked if I would like a loaner phone while mine was waiting for parts. Yes please. Saved my butt. Even though I was all prepared for 20th century living, I actually received a couple important calls that week that would have been bad to miss. Btw, texting on a flip phone is absolute hell, but still better than nada. One small issue, but not enough to cost a star, is when I first showed up it was during business hours and the door was locked. Wasn't sure what was up and almost left, but the owner showed up right as I was about to leave. Looks like it might be a one man show, so maybe cut him some slack if he has to run out for lunch or something. Probably investing in a "Back in 5 Minutes" sign would be a good idea. In summary; best price, great service = 5 stars.

Disclaimer: Sean is in the process of moving his storefront from Tempe to Gilbert and is running a pickup/drop off service. I offered to meet him halfway as his location was around 20 minutes away and he was very grateful. I am not one to typically leave reviews, however Sean was so kind, well meaning, respectful, and gave me live updates about how the repair was going. This was the best customer service experience I have ever received in tech. The apple store quoted me at $1300 and sean completely repaired my water damaged 2017 macbook pro and was able to recover all of my data for just $400. My computer was under reasonable use conditions and slightly dirty when I gave it to him. He returned it back in sparkling condition having cleaned thoroughly the interior and exterior. He even cleaned my dusty fans even though they had nothing to do with the repair. Above and beyond service. 5 stars
