Helped me out with a broken screen, perfect repair and price. Only downside - and this is very minor - is that it was a bit hard to find his shop at first. Now that I know where he is I'll be returning it and when I break my phone screen again. read more

Quick response on the app and to follow up questions. Convenient location and great value. Thanks!

Fantastic and very quick! I needed the cracked glass screen on my iPad replaced and it took less than an hour. I had planned to drop off my iPad and check out Ikea down the road and I received a call just a few minutes after I got to Ikea that I could pick up my device. Plus, I received estimates from a few places and this place was the best price. Responses, services, everything was easy and efficient. Look for the sandwich board outside the shop as it's kinda tricky to find. read more

Fast and very reasonably priced service. I got a replacement battery for a VERY old iPod. It was good that I called ahead because he didn't have the right battery in stock and I traded phone calls with him to make sure it came in before I made the trip. Very easy to work with. You won't see a sign for IDoctor, though. He is in the WATER & ICE store and you can buy an ice cream while you wait! read more

Great fast service and very affordable too. My iPhone 14 Pro Max had received damage on the back glass after falling and I was able to get it fixed within a couple of hours. If I ever break anything else I'll be coming back here :-) read more

I think my father in law first discovered this location and between all of us he has saved multiple tablets and cell phones over the last 5ish years. Most recently he replaced a keyboard on a laptop that had a broken key. Both kids use computers in school and we had been looking to buy new, he truly saved us hundreds from this last appt. We are customers for life! read more

Fast service, very knowledgeable, and friendly! Had my phone screen replaced in less than 30 mins. Give them a call!

Did a great job!I Great service! Friendly! I called Saturday with phone model. They ordered a replacement screen over the phone. It came on Tuesday midday and I picked it up at 3:00 Looks like a new phone! I'll definitely recommend iDoctor AZ and I will definitely use them again! read more

I had an excellent experience with iDoctor after the back of my phone shattered, something I didn't even know could happen! They were the first to answer my call and provided a very reasonable quote for the repair. What impressed me even more was that they fixed my phone even sooner than they initially promised. I'm definitely planning to return if I ever need another repair--though hopefully, it won't be anytime soon given the circumstances! Highly recommended! read more

Vahe the owner very helpful, walked in to get my camera lens's replaced, took only 15 minutes and only costed $40. The shop is in the water and ice store. Would definitely come here for any repair service. read more

Walked in needing a new iPhone battery. The customer service technician was friendly and he replaced my battery in less than 30 min for $80. The service is located inside the water and Ice store so it was a little hard to find. read more

After researching places to fix my son's phone after it appeared to die after water exposure and 24 hour wait for drying time, this place came up with the best ratings. We live 30 minutes away but I called and explained what happened and asked if he could help out. I dropped the phone off and he ran a diagnostic showing it was the motherboard and quoted $150. I left to run errands and in about 90 minutes he called back and had been able to clean up the motherboard and get it working again. Price was very fair, he was super polite and helpful and would use him again. Definitely recommend! read more

My laptop has signs of fan not working, so I brought it to this place. He opened up the laptop to look and said can order a new fan and have it in 2 days which he did. He took half of the deposit first and later installed the fan for a total of $100. He said can replace the battery too for $80 the same day but will be $120 if I come back another day to replace it instead. The store is nice and clean. read more

Went there and they checked and my battery was 89 % said I did not need a new one. i thought that was great because I was willing to pay for a new one. read more

I had an amazing experience at iDoctorAZ. My iPhone 15 screen was replaced in about 20 minutes. All good. But what made the experience amazing was the owner Vahe. He had mistakenly quoted me a lower price. It was indeed lower than all my other quotes. When I arrived, and he recognized his error, he automatically insisted on charging me the lower, quoted rate. It's that kind of integrity that makes me feel really good about recommending this shop. Vahe made my day. read more

For the first time in my LIFE, I dropped my cell phone and the screen cracked (even though I had an Otter safety cover on it). I started looking on Yelp for cell phone repair shops and was horrified to see what people were paying to get their screens replaced. I requested that Yelp send my repair request to a few vendors and waited for their responses, one of which was from Vahe (owner) at iDoctorAZ. His quote was BY FAR the lowest ($70) of the other vendors who replied back as well as lower than what I read in other vendor reviews. I texted Vahe and gave him my cell phone make/model and he replied back really fast saying that he could order the screen and let me know when it came in so I could bring my phone in. That was a Tuesday and, by Friday, the screen came in. I came into the store and he replaced it in about 25 minutes - GOOD AS NEW! His price didn't change, either. Don't waste your time reading reviews of other rip-off and/or substandard vendors - just go to iDoctorAZ and you won't regret it. read more

I highly recommend this store! He was able to fix my iPad, and even when I had another concern afterward, he asked me to bring it back and he fixed it again. iDoctor fixed 2 phones for me the last 30 days. Both were quick and easy drop off/pick up. He often is the only one with the parts on hand. They even gave us a larger battery when replacing. Will be using for all future iphone repairs. read more

Just piling on another 5 star review. Our kiddo decided to bring his iPad into the tub with him to listen to music. He promptly learned that wasn't a great idea. He didn't tell us the iPad wasn't turning on (he had a mega case on it) for a week or two. We then searched Yelp and came across IDoctor AZ. He responded to our request for a quote immediately, told us it likely wasn't totally a lost cause, and then fixed it very quickly and for a fair price. Great communication and has a guarantee on his work as well. Unfortunately I'm sure we will be seeing him again. :) read more

This place is just what we needed. Hubby and I needed 2 batteries for our old iPhones. We walked right in, no waiting, IDoctor AZ had new batteries and installed them both in under 20 minutes. The price was very reasonable, too. Service, quality and value...this place checks all the boxes. Fantastic! The store location is a bit tricky to find. It's under that blue "Water & Ice" sign....products you can also buy while you're there. Handy, since it gets hot in Phoenix. read more

Turned out I needed a new hard drive. My computer was ready to go the next morning. Good diagnostics, good repair, good, fair price and fast service! I'm very happy. read more

Reasonable pricing and fast service. The location was inside an ice&water store. Had to text the owner but it was worth it

I am very pleased with my experience and the service here. I had my charging port on my phone replaced at a very competitive price and was in and out in less than 40 minutes. Victor helped me out and was very friendly. Will definitely be coming back with any repairs needed in the future. read more

Great Customer service, Vahe was super kind, and finished my screen repair in an hour. I would highly suggest coming here.

I wanted to write this review ASAP because I was so impressed with the speed, quality and friendliness of the service. My 3rd gen iPad Pro's USB-C port was no longer accepting a charge and had been intermittently failing to accept a charge for over a year (ex: plug in - fail to charge - rotate the connection 180 degrees and it charges....) I searched Yelp for highly rated iPad repair shops and this place (inside a Water and Ice) is miraculously a quarter of a mile from our house! I called him first to get a quote and then dropped it off. Vahe said he would test the iPad to determine the issue and contact me. I called him after about 1 hour because I was in a rush and he said the port had been replaced, but that he wanted to see how it charged before he called me to say the work was complete. How thoughtful! The cost to replace the USB-C port was extremely reasonable and far more economical than purchasing a new iPad. After walking out the door, Vahe came out and asked if I used 1 cable to charge the iPad. I told him I use several around the house and several while traveling for work. He said that he thinks 1 specific cable most likely broke 1 of the pins in the iPad's connection port, but it will be next to impossible to tell which one it is, since I use several cables. Anyway, I appreciated the thought.....perhaps I should get new cables to be safe? Vahe was friendly and did quality work quickly. Thanks Vahe! *Tip* Give Vahe a call and see what the turnaround time will be, if you're in a hurry like I was read more

Very pleased! The gentleman who fixed my phone was pleasant and took time to answer all my questions. I would go to him again when my iPhone needs repair. My phone is working great. I highly recommend him. read more

Fixed our iPad in under an hr! Have been here on two separate occasions and the issues were able to be identified and fixed timely.

Went in today and had my phone fixed in 10-15 mins. I looked for a quote first on Yelp and they were fast to respond and said I could come in on Tuesday. It's a Water&Ice building but easy to find, I waited in the store and the phone was fixed fast. Good service and so far it's like new. It was a camera glass fix (just the round camera glass) and cost $40. Other places quoted me $60-100. While the establishment wasn't as welcoming or looked like a phone store, the service is great and was fast. read more

Great communication and excellent service! I took in an older ipad which needed a battery replacement. Every other place I contacted told me it was likely the screen would break in the process and I would have to pay to replace that as well. This place took care of the battery replacement in no time and with no issues, thanks!! read more

I had some problems finding this little shop. Had to go home and double check the address since there is no business name outside. Turns out suite 7A is the "Water and Ice" store just like the photo that yelp shows. The price quoted for a new battery was less than another store i called so I brought it in. My iphone8 was not charging and I thought I might need a new battery. It was tested and the gentleman who worked there told me that I only needed a new charger and recommended I get one at the apple store. My battery was at 85% power, I asked what I owed him and he said "nothing" I will be back if I ever need a repair in the future. read more

Great experience! Like others, I contacted a few shops around greater Phoenix and iDoctor AZ definitely had the best pricing for replacing the screen on my laptop (my toddler had stepped on it and damaged the LCD backlight). Vahe was a pleasure to work with, a great communicator, and turnaround time on the repair was quick. I would return for future repairs (knock on wood). Highly recommended. And yes, it is inside the Water & Ice store. read more
