Once replaced, before I even got home, my phone had problems. Screen flickered, period key stopped working, etc. Took it back and he replaced for free, but unfortunately the problems worsened. It's never worked right since and I ended up just buying a new phone. I've had screens replaced at other places in Los Angeles and it always worked out great. I'm not sure why this didn't work... Obviously from the reviews he did a great job for other people. But my phone had literally zero issues before he replaced the screen. If I break my screen again I'll literally just take it to Apple. iDoctor AZ is phenomenal. I decided to check it out after shattering my iPhone 5c screen and reading amazing reviews on Yelp. I knew the prices were unbeatable and it sounded like the service was extremely fast as well. I went to the store and the owner was super nice and friendly. He took a quick look at my phone and then replaced the screen in 15 minutes. The next day, I found my phone was acting kind of funny. The screen would turn black in the middle of a text message and not turn back on and some of the applications were moving very slowly. I called the iDoctor and he told me to come in and see him. When I got there, he observed the phone and told me that I needed to update to iOS 8, close out of my applications regularly, and watch my data storage. He then explained that if there was a problem with the screen there would be discoloration in the top left corner and he would fix that under the warranty. It was so clear that he knew exactly what he was doing and is an expert on the subject. I did what he said to do with the updates and data, and my phone was fine operationally. However, I did notice a slight white film in the upper left corner of the phone and planned to have him look at it soon. To my misfortune I dropped the phone and cracked the screen before I could go in. However, the iDoctor was extremely flexible and understanding and replaced my screen for free anyway. The only reason for the 4/5 review is because when I got the phone back the microphone in the earpiece was misaligned by only a millimeter, but this caused Siri to not be able to pickup any sound from the mic. I just brought it back in and explained the issue with Siri and he went in the back, figured out the real problem (microphone misaligned) and fixed it immediately. It wasn't much of an inconvenience because I live so close.
