They were so helpful and saved all our data! I bought a phone for my wife from Walmart and it wouldn't turn on after 2 weeks. She was going to loose all her data and pictures. He helped me troubleshoot in the store and tried a bunch of things and eventually was able to get the power back on! I really appreciated all the help and how flexible he was. He was also very knowledgeable and explained how everything worked. I would go back here for any of my tech issues in the future. read more

Had a great experience at Microfix today, brought my iPhone in for a cracked screen. Turned out it was only the screen protector that was damaged, the actual screen was fine. I really appreciate their honesty since I would not have known the difference between a screen protector and the screen, saving $130. read more

Very convenient while on vacation. I dropped off iPhone with cracked screen and went to lunch. It was ready afterwards and the iPhone looks great-- got a case at the store as well. read more

After my girlfriend's iPhone 15 Pro screen stopped working these guys replaced it with a new OLED screen and it works perfectly. It only took 20 minutes and the price was less than half of what Apple would charge. read more

Super impressed with prompt response, and professional service. I had a unique need for a SIM card service, which other stores/services could not provide. Microfix took care of it for me at a very reasonable price. Check out Microfix! read more

Great service and awesome first time customer discount. Owner was very friendly! They fixed my iPhone 14 Pro Max back glass.

Checked on my iPhone. He recommended that I did not need a repair. Nice guy. Honest. I'd go back for a repair if needed.

Great job! He was clear and reasonable and explained everything well. Would use again

Great experience. Requested a quote to fix an iPhone 12 Pro because the earphone speaker didn't work. He called me within 30 minutes and quoted me for the repair and setup an appt for the next day. I showed up a few minutes early and he was more then happy to take me right away. Took my phone and tested it and confirmed the issue and confirmed the same price I was quoted. Took him a little over a half hour to fix the phone. He also cleaned the speaker phone port because it was not as loud. In the end, Exceptional experience! read more

Outstanding! I found the service to be exceptional and the price to be very fair. The owner was quick to respond to my initial inquiry with an estimate for both the repair time and the cost, both of which were lower than other businesses. The estimates were accurate with the screen repair on my Apple laptop taking just 24 hours, including ordering parts. The owner went above and beyond by cleaning beneath the keyboard of my Mac laptop. It looks brand new and everything works brilliantly. Highly recommend. I've had a lot of Mac repairs over the years and this is, no contest, the best. Also, the owner is quite kind as well as knowledgeable. Definitely my new destination for all Apple repair needs. read more

Mike made what was a terrible day a really great one. My phone cracked over a week ago and I brought it here to repair. A week later and the phone got a white bar on the side. At first I was worried I'd cracked it somehow, but through conversation and looking behind the tempered glass I realized I hadn't cracked anything, it was just a faulty screen (not Mike's fault, this can happen sometimes.) Anyways he was very trustworthy and kept his word to offer a warranty and even though it was a hassle to come back to the shop, he was gracious through the process and helped me to know it wasn't my fault, things like this happen. I would highly recommend Mike and Microfix. He also gave me a new tempered glass for free. Great service. read more

This place is top notch and solved my cracked IPhone glass screen like promised. Quick service at a fair price too. Highly recommended ! read more

Good service in General but felt a little nickel and dimed after our first interaction. I got quotes from a few places for computer service. I chose Microfix based on price and attention/responses to my questions through Yelp. I was quoted a "flat fee" of $151 to change my battery on my laptop, but when I showed up I was charged another $13 shipping for the battery. Not a huge deal but was definitely misleading from the quote I received. The work was done promptly and has been good so far. read more

Mustafa at Microfix did a great job replacing the battery in my late 2013 MacBook Pro. The original battery was swelling and I was honestly nervous to even use the laptop. I thought it might be done for. I brought in my own replacement battery and he installed it for a fair price. Communication was clear and consistent throughout. When I noticed something loose inside later on, he had me bring it back in with no issue and now everything's solid. I'm writing this review on a laptop I had pretty much given up on. I really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend Microfix. read more

Super simple drop off and same day fix for my shattered iPad screen! Friendly service!

Amazing customer service and fixed our iPad in a few hours. Great to work with and definitely recommend!!

Reached out to Microfix on Yelp about a screen replacement and Mustafa got back to me right away. He let me know that he would need to order the part for the screen replacement. He got back to me as soon as he had the part in-stock and he was able to quickly schedule an appointment. He was so nice in-person and finished the job in a timely manner. The work was amazing and my godson is happy to have his phone repaired! Highly recommend. read more

Guy working there is very honest about what you need and is not trying to scam you. Went in to get condensation removed from inside of iPhone camera and the worker said he would attempt to remove it with a machine that he has so as not to compromise the seal, when I returned he explained that there was still some condensation in the cameras and that he would have to open the phone up in order to completely fix it and explained the risks of doing it. He also went down on the initial quote for not being able to completely fix the issue which was very nice of him. read more

Great service, fixed my PS5 motherboard then took care of my cracked IPhone all in one day, highly recommended!

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being best, I give Microfix {located in Tempe, AZ} the score of a perfect 10. The touch-screen on my computer was damaged and needed replaced. Because I am the author of a book series based on a hillbilly named Farmer Tice, my computer is my livelihood, and it was imperative that I got it repaired ASAP. I looked around for the best deal & found it at Microfix. Everything, from start to finish, went perfectly. I took the computer to their shop on Christmas Eve, & didn't have to wait but a little more than an hour. Their work: A+; Communication: A+; Timeliness: A+; Attitude, Friendliness, & Helpfulness towards the customer: A+; Efficiency: A+. One more thing I might add is that their store is located on Broadway, right off the freeway, and was very easy to find. No need for a GPS. I am 100% satisfied with Microfix. I recommend Microfix without hesitation. read more

i'm honestly very disappointed with my experience. I came here initially because of the good reviews, but that did not reflect the customer service. I brought in my iPad because the touch ID was broken and it's been having difficulty staying charged. I was told that the touch ID was not fixable which was fine but at the end I was told to get a high voltage charger to fix my battery issue after my iPad took 10 minutes to turn on and during that 10 minutes continuously flashed between the battery icon and a black screen. I waited an additional 10 minutes to see if it would charge after that, and it stayed at one percent the whole time. He then moved it to a different charger on the computer in which the battery increased to 3% he had then noticed the computer that was charging the iPad had died but concluded that my iPad was fine because it charges, but I don't think after 15 minutes of charging that it should be concluded as "fine" when that is clearly out of the normal. I had expressed that I had already used multiple different chargers, but every time my iPad still charges at the same rate. Sometimes hours or even overnight just to get to 30%. It even freezes on one percentage for hours even though the battery is decreasing so I know for a fact that a charge will not fix this. read more

If you live in Tempe and you need a screen repaired to a laptop fixed, go here. He was honest with me the whole way, from the internet search for my replacement screen to the price, to the pickup. Buyer beware! I got an iPhone 11 fixed in Feb and by July it stopped working properly, the screen has lines across it! . I was told it had a warranty for the screen so I thought great I will take it back! No, the warrant is only if I press a letter and another one appears not if I get these random lines on my phone. No cracks on the phone, phone has a good case and should be working no reason for the screen to look like this. Beware if you go to this place, I feel ripped off $140 for a repair that last less than 5 months! read more

I have brought several phones into Mostafa at Microfix. He is as nice of a man as you kind find. It is his business and he cares about his work and customers. I have been in close to closing time and heard him tell a customer he would stay late, fix his phone and then would drop it off at his house for him. I can not say enough about the work that he does. Pricing is very fair and he does great work. read more

I have never felt more cared for at a business before. I am thankful for Mustafa's willingness to go above and beyond. The store ran out of screens and he called other places to see if they had any on hand, which they did, so he called me back and he was able to fix my screen. I felt like he showed his integrity by explaining to me that he had a couple of other phones before me and didn't just forget about those customers to serve me and make money. It made me think about how if I wasn't there, I know that he would do the right thing to make sure that my phone was finished on time. Not only that, but he made me feel warm and welcomed in his store. He explained to me exactly what was wrong with the screen and fixed it very quickly. I am thankful for the hospitality that he provided me with during my visit in his store. Forever grateful Mustafa! read more

I had the touch screen replaced in my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Work was done promptly and correctly. He didn't warn me (and I didn't know) that I would be stuck with a "Display not recognized" error in Settings.
