I contacted this place on the message feature here and didn't hear back- it's been a month.

My son Nathan and I stopped by **Cellphone 911** on Saturday after I did what every confident Mac owner eventually does: attempt a self-repair and strip a screw in the process. DeShawn had promised he would take care of it, and once again, he came through. This was not our first rodeo. Over the years, DeShawn has repaired our MacBook at least half a dozen times. Screens, ports, batteries, weird issues that make you think the laptop is finished. Each time, he patiently digs in, explains what's going on, and finds a practical solution instead of pushing an expensive replacement. This visit turned into a full-on father son afternoon. Nathan watched closely, asked questions, helped where he could, and learned how delicate and precise these repairs really are. DeShawn never rushed us, never talked down to us, and treated the whole situation like a shared problem to solve, not a transaction to maximize. What really stands out is integrity. DeShawn could have upsold parts, quoted a big repair, or waved us off because it was a mess I created myself. Instead, he fixed the stripped screw, made sure everything was stable, double-checked the work, and charged me twenty dollars. That is not a typo. His shop is not flashy. It feels like a place where real work gets done. Phones and laptops everywhere, tools out, music playing, and a guy who clearly cares about keeping people's tech alive a little longer in a world that tells you to throw it away. If your device matters to you, and if you value honesty, skill, and someone who treats you like a human being instead of a quick sale, this is your place. I already know where I'm going the next time something breaks, because with DeShawn, I know I'm taken care of. read more

Really good service. Very quick to respond. I would receive emails on updates as they repaired my phone. We had a new USBC port repaired on the phone. We also had a new battery put into the phone. Everything went well. The battery will now last 2 days instead of 2 hours haha. I was very happy with the service that we received. By using Yelp they even put a new screen protector on the phone. Super duper nice. Thanks! read more

My i-watch wouldn't charge or reset - it was frozen. Deshawn spent about 2 hours trying a few different things (very patient) and we were finally able to reset the watch and repair it to my phone. So far so good! Nice guys too! read more

I was so glad I was able to find them. Granted that it was a Sunday and most or the technicians that I was looking online were close. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it just quit working out of nowhere. The young man that was there was very polite and helpful. He diagnosed my phone (which is for free) and was told me that it just needed a reset. He could have told me otherwise and charged me something which I don't need. Because of his honesty and kindness I ended up giving him a $20 tip. I honestly feel he deserved more than that. Young people like these are so hard to find now a days. I will definitely recommend them and will definitely come back!!!! read more

This is a great place! It is run by a few guys that are always very friendly and helpful. I have cracked my iPhone screen numerous times ( screen protector) and they have replaced it with a new protector for a great price. Look for the sign on the side of the road, otherwise you might miss it! read more

I had a great experience here. DeShawn was friendly and knowledgeable when I went in. I needed the charging port on my Samsung tablet replaced, and KC got it fixed quickly. Communication was great, my tablet was fixed within the given time frame, and the cost was as quoted. The part had to be ordered, but they were able to get it next day. It's not a big, fancy storefront, but more like an office. A local business I totally recommend. read more

I needed my cell phone repaired and they did an excellent job for a fair price Will definitely be back if I need my phone repaired again. Highly recommended! read more

Deshawn was extremely helpful in repairing my iPhone 14 Pro. The back glass was shattered and my intention was to repair that to then trade in my phone. He swiftly repaired the back glass but came across an issue with the battery too. He was kind of enough to repair that as well. No need to trade in my phone since everything is working better than before! read more

We found these guys a few years back when one of my techs broke his personal phone. They had it fixed with in a few hours. We've brought if few things in since and have always had awesome quick service. Recently my dogs decided to use my work phone as a chew toy. I thought it was toast but they worked their magic and brought back to life I cant thank them enough! Highly highly recommend!!! read more

I received a phone that didn't get fixed! And the repair price is expensive. This mobile phone repair shop does not have a clear price and charging standard. It makes a random price. The technology is poor and the attitude is very bad. I want to know whether you are charging or robbing? If my mobile phone is broken, I come to you for maintenance. If your technology is not good, you still put the responsibility on the customers. Excuse me, what's the purpose of calling for you when my mobile phone is broken? Is it for free? This mobile phone repair shop is a group of swindlers! My comments will not be deleted! And I will forward it to more websites for more people to see! read more

Deshawn was awesome, he was quick, attentive, and great communication towards helping me fix my cell phone. Verizon told me they couldn't do anything for me. My Samsung updated overnight causing my phone to crash. He was cheap, good, but he wasn't fast. But I was happy about that because he took his time to get it done right. I drove all the way from Gilbert to Mesa to Tempe to have Deshawn help me. read more

Taking your phone / life line in to be repaired can be a scary thing. You never know if the people you take it to will fix it correctly or cause more issues. I was one of those people. I always thought you needed to take it to the Apple store to fix it /be told to buy a new phone. The guys at Cellphone 911 fixed my back glass and treated my phone like it was one of theirs, they really took care of it, and made sure I had a working phone that was back to normal . I am glad I found them on Yelp because they deserve the 5 stars. read more

My dad has been coming here for years even while living out of state. So I figured when my toddler broke both my phone and an iPad screen, I'd try them out. Cellphone 911 - This the man right here - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

My wife and I just moved to Phoenix from St. Louis and during the pandemic we have found most local businesses incompetent and lacking in service. I didn't have high hopes for service when I searched for "cell phone repair near me". I was not only surprised by one of the best businesses I've encountered in the greater Phoenix area, Deshawn went above and beyond in the sale, service, options, and future help if needed. They saved a huge part of my life and data. I can't thank them enough or give a higher recommendation. Ben S. read more

DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!! If I could give this place -1000 stars I would. I had recently stopped by to get my phone screen repaired..WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! They replaced the screen but what they won't tell you is that they are using FAULTY products from Amazon. After 2 months of having the phone, lines started to appear in it and the touch screen no longer worked. I took the phone to Apple where they ran a diagnostic test to find that the adhesive they had used to repair my phone had melted and leaked into the phone, damaging it. I then took the phone back to them because they had said it was covered under their 6 month warranty to be told there was nothing they could do. My phone has no cracks and you can see in the photos below the adhesive they used lifted. WHATEVER YOU DO PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE! read more

The proprietor of this store everything you would want. I appreciate the way he conducted himself and overall the experience was optimal for any sort of business owner- customer service exchange. On top of the great quality of the provided service. Allow this man to thrive! read more

Completely awful . It's sketchy to find and you have to inform them you're coming by..what kind of business do you have to contact prior to going ?! Then the guy changed my screen without turning the phone off which burned up my light circuit causing so much damage I now have to buy a whole new phone !!! Spend the extra $20 and just go to the Apple store ! read more

I don't typically leave reviews for anything. DeShawn was great! I just needed the little metal adhesive removed from the back of my phone and Verizon said they recommend me removing it myself...I tried about 4 different ways with no luck. He got it off in seconds! Thanks!! I highly recommend this place for quick solutions without any hassle of bartering you into doing anything. read more

Great service. Fast, friendly and inexpensive. I would recommend to anyone needing phone repair.

I don't write a lot of reviews but this place is amazing!!! Everywhere else quoted me at 90-150$ for an iPhone 7 screen but they only charged 75$! I was ecstatic!!! It was ready in 30 mins (probably less time but I went shopping during the time. So far the screen works incredibly well. This place totally deserves all 5 stars. The only side note I have is that they have a fee for using a card so make sure to bring cash. Also they don't have a big sign from the street but just follow gps and you should be good. read more

I used Cell Phone 911 for everything from computer repairs to cell phone repairs. I have taken phones to Verizon and T mobile that they couldn't repair and ended up here with success.
