I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it just quit working out of nowhere. The young man that was there was very polite and helpful. He diagnosed my phone (which is for free) and was told me that it just needed a reset. He could have told me otherwise and charged me something which I don't need. DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!! If I could give this place -1000 stars I would. I had recently stopped by to get my phone screen repaired..WORST DECISION OF MY LIFE!!! They replaced the screen but what they won't tell you is that they are using FAULTY products from Amazon. After 2 months of having the phone, lines started to appear in it and the touch screen no longer worked. I took the phone to Apple where they ran a diagnostic test to find that the adhesive they had used to repair my phone had melted and leaked into the phone, damaging it. I then took the phone back to them because they had said it was covered under their 6 month warranty to be told there was nothing they could do. It was ready in 30 mins (probably less time but I went shopping during the time. So far the screen works incredibly well. This place totally deserves all 5 stars.
