Fast and reliable same day repair i phone tempe a good and clean job great customer care

Another quick service! This time we needed him to fix my bf's iPhone 8 with a broken LED screen. It took less than 15 minutes and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. He drove to us and this time I was able to watch him work his magic. Anyway I've added him to my speed dial in case I ever need phone repairs. Next time I'll have to get a before and after picture. read more

Hands down, if you need ANY repair help with your device, utilize this company. I just completed a back screen replacement on my iPhone, and this company was exceptional in helping me from start to finish. First, they answered my call immediately to discuss my problem. They were extremely knowledgeable on what was needed to fix it. They had all the parts in stock so I did not have to wait. I was even messaging with a company representative (likely the owner) at midnight due to sense of urgency and he was very responsive, even at that time. They got me in same day for a repair and gave me the option to bring the phone into a location only blocks away from me or offered to come and do it at my location. On top of all this, the service was very reasonably priced. In a day and age where customer service does not exist anymore, this company excel at it. read more

The great thing about this service is that it's mobile. Beyond the service, I want to commend Miles for his sunny disposition - he arrived such a wonderful attitude, I totally forgot I was upset about the phone being broken. As quick as he was to respond to my quote request, he was just as quick to finish fixing the iPhone in just under 15 minutes. I had a phone that was just as good as new. Thank you, Miles! read more

Smashed the crap out of my iPad screen while in the airport heading home. Man, the tiniest little stress and the thing exploded. Found this guy on Yelp and had him scheduled for the next day. He was prompt, professional and fixed my screen in my kitchen. No going to a store and sitting around for hours.... instead I can sit around on my couch and watch Judge Judy I am a habitual screen cracker with my Apple products. I will be seeing him again in the future. Love the service and the timeliness. Plus he offers a one year warranty I booked through Yelp and had no issues. Highly recommend. read more

Miles is the best! He is super fast, super friendly, and I was only without my phone for 10 minutes. I stayed in my house while he repaired it in his mobile shop. When I had problems with the screen the next day, he immediately came back over, assured me he offers a one year warranty, and replaced the screen again. I will never take my phone in for repair again and I cancelled the insurance. Miles prices and service are superior and it's not worth paying $16/month to then pay $250 to replace my phone, should the glass break. Thanks Miles! You're the best in the business. read more

Miles made getting my screen fixed so easy!! Booking was easy, the mobile service makes it super convenient, his pricing is super competitive, he's friendly and efficient, and it only took about 15 minutes! Keep an eye out on this scam artist clown!!!! -Will only allow you to pay in cash or bank wire so whenever his terrible quality products fail and he doesn't honor the warranty like he said he would, you are unable to get any kind of refund. -Will swap out your battery for a fried battery, Then will try to sell you your battery back, which was the battery he just took out of your phone (because you do not see him preform the work on your phone) -Uses the cheapest quality screen on the market, Visually and quality much lower than apples screens. I had him replace my phone screen, he showed up on time and was overly nice trying to build some kind of fake report to make you feel comfortable. There are more than one tier when it comes to Iphone screen replacements, I asked and confirmed with him that it is not the lowest level glass but rather one below apples licensed screen, he told me that was correct. We confirmed the phone needed a screen replacement, then he kept pushing the issue of getting a new battery for 10 minutes, I told him I do not need a new battery and haven't had a single battery issue with the phone since owning it. He told me he was going to work in his car in 105F weather, I invited him inside my work place that has more than enough space and resources for him to complete the job but he insisted to work in his car. (This is where he does his devious work) He came back inside in 20 minutes to hand back the phone, Instantly I notice a quality differences from screens by just looking at the lock screen, I asked why the color and quality was different and he said it wasn't, I said I can clearly see the difference and he kept insisting that there was not one and this one would come with a warranty if the screen or touch screen features don't work. Reluctantly, I took his word.. He insisted I paid cash or send the money over via zelle (wire transfer) and that he doesn't have any kind of P.O.S or the ability to accept card (Another RED FLAG) Within 2 hours of him leaving my phone went from 90%+ to below 10%. I notice the screen felt EXTREMELY hot to the touch and was unresponsive, only black. By messing with the silence toggle switch I can feel the phone vibrating meaning the phone is working but the screen isn't. I reached back to him the next day, less than 24 hours after the repair to let him know the problems. He told me that those issues were not covered under the warranty (even though he stated any screen or touch issues would be) but rather he could come back out and have me pay for a new screen and a new battery.. Obviously not trusting this clown I took my phone to a physical store location and told them about what happened, when they replaced my screen the mentioned to me that the battery that was in my phone was a fried battery that has no business being in a phone. It may seem like you save $10 right now but it'll surely cost you much more in the long run of needing a new battery and another screen on top of it. DON'T TRUST ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS CLOWN!! read more

Miles is awesome! Quick and frequent communication (I made an appointment via Yelp), friendly and fast service straight to my place of work. He used to work for Apple's iPhone insurance company so he knows everything about Apple devices. Trustworthy for sure. After he first replaced my screen, the front camera still wasn't working (I had originally cracked my phone directly over the front camera, so it wasn't his error). All I did was send him a message and he was able to coordinate a visit the very next day. He ended up replacing my camera fully for FREE, no questions asked. Highly recommended. GREAT price! read more

I wish i could give him 6 stars! i had a problem with my iphone 8 charging. Miles correctly diagnosed as presence dirt/lint and he cleaned it quickly and fix the problem. Miles is great. Wonderful customer service and accommodating. I have and will continue to recommend iMobile Repair.

Honestly iMobile is the best phone repair service ever!! Let me say this, since the time I broke my phone to the time my phone was completely repaired, only passed like 45 minutes. I asked for a quote to several places and and Miles responded like in 1 minute. He said that he was able to come to me rather than me having to leave where I was....yes, he offered me to COME TO ME to fix my phone, and did it in like 10 minutes!! Now my iPhone is like new, and I even got 1 warranty! The services was very profesional, quick, and with the BEST PRICE!! Definitely this is the best option you have if you want your phone repair, do not look anywhere else!! CONTACT MILES! read more

Update: Miles met me at my office recently to replace my camera phone. Fast and awesome. He came out a second time to look at my phone because the camera app was giving me trouble, but it worked perfectly during our whole appt. He wasn't upset at all that he came and didn't get paid. Super nice guy. I'll definitely call him again. read more

The convenience of a having a company like iMobile Repair is indispensable to those with busy lives. It doesn't happen often, but even with an iPhone case we unfortunately end up with a cracked screen at least once a year. I've been a repeat customer since 2012 & I will never have my phone screen fixed by anyone else. For one, service is fast, affordable & you can't get more convenient than having someone come right to your home or office to fix your phone. Secondly, I need to say something about Miles. You couldn't meet a nicer, more polite guy & don't be surprised when he walks away you are saying to yourself; "wow, what a nice guy". He genuinely wants you to be a happy customer. You can tell he takes great pride in his work & is very knowledgable. If it's important to you to support a small business run by a genuine human being, than this is someone you should call if you ever find yourself with an Apple device with a cracked screen. read more

WHYYYYY my Galaxy S3 STILL has broken glass today: I called over Christmas and left THREE messages about my GALAXY S3 glass repair. never returned calls. I then caught him on phone after Jan1 and AGAIN described my need to have a GALAXY S3 repaired, he kept interrupting me to give his sales speal about who THEIR repair is warranted for 1 year, etc,etc,etc.....I told him I was in a hurry and just wanted to schedule an appt AND HE STILL KEPT TELLING ME WHAT A GREAT SERVICE HE HAD.... "Used Car Salesman:" I set a mobile appt 2 weeks out and on the day of the appt, he didn't show and didn't call, so I called HIM and he said he was runnign late and would meet me at my job. I reschduled my meetings and told him to call when he was in the lot. 20 minutes later he called back and left me a voicemail saying "Oh, I only do Iphones, I didn't know you had a galaxy...can't help you..." thanks for ignoring your customer in 4 phone calls which ALL STATED taht I had a GALAXY S3 and wasting two weeks of my time. Miles is the real deal. Called iMobile around 7:30PM fully expecting to reach voicemail and hope for a visit tomorrow. He answered and after a quick discussion of my phone damage he let me know he's finishing up a repair about a mile from my home and he came straight over 30 minutes later. He's super friendly and repaired my iPhone in about 20 minutes right in front of me. Repair came with a 1yr parts and labor warranty for the work done, which sealed the deal on my decision to go with him. Definitely use his services rather than re-upping your carrier contract on a replacement! read more
