I dropped my iPhone at 9pm at night nd needed a screen reair fast. I searched and found Jesse! He is mobile and presto you! He is open late which was a plus! He was well priced for a mobile business. We meet at a Walgreens and he completed the work in 15 minutes. Jesse was dependable, honest and professional! 10/10 read more

Had Jesse come out and replace a broken screen. After Jesse replaced the screen, I noticed a dark area on part of the screen. Jesse said this was normal and it should be fine after a couple of days use. After a couple weeks of use, the dark spot stayed there. Also noticed a line toward the top. I reached out to Jesse and he said to give it another day and then it would replace it if it continued. I gave it a couple of weeks, and reached back out. Jesse said he would check his schedule and get back to me. A week later, nothing. Checked back in. Still no response. Sent another message after a few days. He said he has been sick and we could meet tomorrow "for sure". Never heard from him again, got tired of dealing with it. Seemed like a nice guy, but he really needs to get some higher quality parts, and better follow through. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews, especially when the person seems cool, but man... this was just a terrible experience from start to finish. I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max, and the screen I had was honestly perfect--no cracks, no issues, just the adhesive was coming loose from the frame thanks to this brutal Arizona heat. I figured, "eh whatever, might as well just get a new screen while I'm at it." So I hit up iDoctor and Jesse came out to fix it. He was friendly, got it done quick, but the second he handed it back, I could tell something was off. The screen looked so bad--colors were washed out, and it felt like I was looking at a cheap 30hz display instead of the buttery smooth 120hz I was used to. I asked him about it before he left and he told me it was "normal" and it would go back to normal in a few hours. Spoiler alert: it didn't. A few hours later, not only were the colors still trash and the refresh rate awful, the phone felt soo laggy, but now the screen started flashing static every 20 seconds. I reached out to Jesse and asked super politely if there was any chance he had a better quality screen, told him I'd even pay more for it, i was willing to pay for ANOTHER whole new display, as long as this one was better quality than the cheap chinese made one he put in that prob cost him $5 off temu, just needed my phone back in working shape (I literally use it for work). He said he'd check, then... nothing. Kept pushing me off for days, then just completely ghosted me. No response, no help, nothing. In the end, I had to go buy an entirely new phone because the one he "fixed" was unusable. So now I'm out a couple grand over something that could've been a simple screen swap. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with, hands down. Lesson learned i guess read more

Called at 12:36, they were here by 1:55. I had a 2pm work appointment and he was willing to work with me to not interrupt my appointment (work from home). I wasn't even sure this screen could be fixed and he did well. Answered on the first call, timely, courteous. Saved his info for future use (teenage child and all ) and recommendations to others. Before photo for reference. Good as new now. read more

Amazing service!!! Jesse responded so quickly and fixed my phone in 10 minutes time. Quality is great.

The initial visit was great, quick & Polite experience. However upon using my phone I found there was extreme touch lag time, slow scrolling, random zooming & exiting tabs that I was in. I contacted Jesse advising him of the issue & that I was no longer interested in having a non authorised third party working on my phone & asked for a refund. He stated that was fine but would need to collect his screen he installed. I told him that was fine & can place my old screen back & I will go to Best Buy. He then decided to make an additional claim that he would have to withhold my refund the amount of 25.00 out of the $79.00. The whole interaction just reiterated that I should not try to go the cheap route with services especially now I'm out $79.00 on top of what I have to pay Best Buy for a replacement. Don't go to someone off of Craigslist. You'll get questionable service & be out more money in the long run. read more

His ad on offer up reads, high-quality replacement screen not a aftermarket knock off, unfortunately an aftermarket knock off is exactly what he uses, it is washed out, pretty much only blues and whites is the color is you will have after the replacement and that's assuming the screen will continue working, mine lasted all of an hour and now I am locked out of that phone, I have yet to receive a refund or a new screen and now he has disappeared from offer up magically I paid $70 to have my phone destroyed when I could've just paid $99 to go to the Apple Store, learn from my mistake, take it to the Apple Store, K 30 more dollars and get an actual iPhone screen and have it done correctly Jesse will only put in the cheapest parts possible and when it doesn't work he will ignore you and refuse to give you a refund read more

So ,my roomate broke her phone screen was cracked Plus It had stopped working due to water damage . .. we called a bunch of cell repair places all over everyone quoted at least 300 .. with that could just buy a new phone . . This is the ONLY place we use when our phones need some extra care aka kids broke their screens again. Haha. I've used 2 other mobil phone repair companies prior to Apple IDoc and neither compares to the tremendous customer service that we have received with Apple IDoc. Always on time and available, friendly, wears covid masks, and the best part he is done in under 15 min. It's so quick and easy. I was in shock first time Jesse came out and repaired a screen for us. It was 10 min and he was done. I thought we had been scammed, the last 2 companies took almost an hour to replace the screen. Jesse replaced the screen, added screen protector and even cleaned out a port to help my son hear through the phone again which we were told by previous company we needed to replace a part that would be 100$. We declined the prior companies replacement part. I happen to ask Jesse upon meeting him and he explained it was probably just dirty and he would take a look. Well he did, and cleaned it out and works like new. What a difference it makes when you have a professional like the pros at Apple IDoc to assist you when your life line aka phone isn't functioning. Thanks for always fixing our phones with honest ways, friendly faces, quick service, easily set mobil appointments that come to you and can't forget the ,affordable rates! read more

He was professional, quick, and priced right. I'd use him again and highly recommend him. I had broken the screen on my iPhone.

My son's screen broke underneath his screen protector. I went out on a limb and searched for a company on Facebook marketplace. Apple iDoc responded very quickly and with a very reasonable quote. We made an appointment for the same week & actually came a day early. He came to the house and had it done within 15 minutes! Worth every penny and offers a warranty as well. Will definitely use them again read more

No longer stressed about my phone. I called 6 places before I came across this awesome guy, came to my house and fixed my screen in his car in under 15 min. I drank a cup of coffee and folded my laundry in the meantime. He even put a plastic screen on it to prevent scratches so I had to tip him for doing such a great job. Genuine business and I can't wait to share his info with friends! read more

I attended the fair Sunday afternoon and my boyfriend's phone fell out of his pocket on a roller coaster-a thrill seeker's worst nightmare! I contacted Jesse at 4:00 on Sunday Evening to get a quote on my boyfriend's iPhone X. Surrounding prices ranged from $250 at UBreakIFix to $350 at Apple. We were eager to get it fixed that evening. Jesse informed me they had a $10 off special of $179. I was able to get my boyfriend's iphone fixed for ONLY $169. Not only did he give me an incredible price, he also drove to my apartment for no charge whatsoever and was finished by 6:15 pm. Jesse arrived to my home in a very timely manner and was extremely polite. He took no longer than 10 minutes to fix the iPhone. To say we are satisfied with service is an understatement. Highly recommended. Showed up on time, fixed my screen, less then 10 min. Prices preset. Phone looks and works great.

He came to my home and repaired my iPhone glass screen in 10 minutes with 90 day warranty. Super polite and great job.

Well my phone shattered and I didn't know what to do. I perused Craigslist and got excited when I found Apple idoc. For $90 they drive to your location, wherever you are, and replace your screen! They even have a 90 day warranty. Seemed awesome and convenient. Now I don't have the technical issues that everybody else I've read has. It has been about 2 weeks and all of a sudden I have a crack in my screen! I haven't dropped it or thrown it around or anything of the sort. Yet a crack on my screen popped out of nowhere not 10 minutes after my phone had ran out of battery life. If they sell screens that are legit and supposedly made by the same company that makes apple's screens, how come they can't handle an iPhone's heat? When I spoke with the guy who replaced my screen, his was response was that he has a replacement screen on his phone and has never heard of a phone screen cracking due to heat and if that happens then it's a problem with the phone.... It is a known fact that iPhones get really hot! My original iPhone screen didn't crack due to heat so it is obviously a problem with the glass. He also offered a replacement screen for 69$... How he handled things was not cool nor would I recommend this company to anybody! read more

I cracked my iPhone XR twice in as many weeks. Jesse fixes my phone twice with precision and in 10 or so minutes. He'll come to you and he's way less expensive than the 5 or so businesses I called. My phone is now immaculate and I recommend him to anyone who will listen. read more

We just had a killer experience with this company. First of all they come to you at no additional charge. When they got here we were told about 10 minutes to complete. Which they do the fix in there car, so no need to clean the house like we did haha.. He told us about 10 minutes to replace the screens and digitizer on our iPhone 5s. 13 minutes later we had a perfect iPhone 5s, no issues and a 90 day warranty. Everything for $50 flat fee! 5 stars all the way around :) Jordan E. Richard G. read more

Got my iphone 5 screen fixed. Convenient because he comes to where you are and fixes within 10 minute. The screen looked good as new. However, soon after he left, I realize one of the small screwed next to the speaker was loose that fell off in few minutes. Told him about it and he promised to stop by the next day to fix it. He never came by the next day and NO response after that. I tried calling but couldn't reach him. In bigger scheme of things, the screw wasn't detrimental to function of the phone but horrible customer service nonetheless. read more

A friend recommended the apple idoc to me and at first I thought it was great. $100 to get a new screen seemed fair and he would come to my work and fix it right there? Sounds great. He came to my work the day after I called him and fixed my phone within 15 minutes. I paid him and he left and i thought that would be it. I was wrong. Not even a week after he "fixed" my phone, the screen went haywire. Everything was random colors, the entire screen was pixilated to the point that I couldn't see anything and sometimes the screen was totally black even if my phone was on. The screen was hardly ever responsive to my touch anymore. At least when it was cracked I could still use it! I called him and told him what had happened and he told me he would meet me the next day and take a look. No call and no show. I am a very persistent person so after two weeks... Yes TWO WEEKS of constant calling and texting him, he finally came to my house to look at it. He told me that the LCD wasn't fastened properly or something like that (I know nothing about this kind of stuff). He fixed it and left and my phone was working again and I was so happy that my $100 was finally worth it!!!! Wrong again. Two days later the same exact thing started happening again. I didn't even think it was worth it this time to call this guy for weeks and weeks to have him come fix my phone for a couple days so what did I do? I had to buy a completely new phone. Maybe it was the fact that he didn't fix my phone after I had paid him. Or maybe it was the fact that it took me so long to get him to come fix HIS mistake. All I know is that I will never be using his business again and I will tell everyone I know to steer clear of the apple idoc. read more

Highly recommend this company. They did a fantastic job fixing my iPhone 5S. Looks completely new and the iDoc was very professional.

I called the # listed 3 different days and no answer what so ever. I emailed them and it took quite a while to get a response. The website CLEARLY states WE DRIVE TO YOUR HOME OR OFFICE AT NO EXTRA COST, and under the list of cities it states "ENTIRE VALLEY AREA" and yet when I asked about the Buckeye area I was told there was a $20.00 fee to drive out here. Dishonest and horrible customer service. Not sure how they're still in business. read more

I have broken my screen on my iphone 5 so many times. I am thankful that I came across the Apple iDoc. No matter where I am he seems to always be there to fix it. I consider The Apple iDoc as my AAA :-) After reading all the negative comments from NON TECHNICAL customers, I will still call The Apple iDoc to come to my iphone rescue. It is true that the heat can crack your screen and make all dysfunctions happen with the device. And for the lady who had LCD issues it is possible that something else internal has caused the different coloration of the screen. For all those who are talking bad maybe y'all should go to you break ifix for a diagnostic on the device. I guarantee it was not the Apple iDoc fault, possible the owner...Any way keep up the good work Apple iDoc, I'm still a customer regardless. read more

I have used his service before and had good results, but unfortunately my second experience wasn't so pleasant. I had my screen fixed on my iPhone 7plus and that same day it started acting up, I contacted him and was told to reset my phone it worked for less then a week and still was acting up so I contacted him again and he said he would make a reminder to come out and fix but never got a call or text back so once again I contacted him to come get this issue resolved and still nothing. Personally I think I would just spend the extra money and have a apple store fix my phone the next time. I guess lesson learned is you get what you pay for. read more
