Had a great experience to follow an Oh Nooo experience. I cracked the screen on my phone after it fell. The finger print scanner wouldn't work, the face scanner was about 40% and I couldn't remember the passwords. I called a local place that was close. They gave a very high fee, told me it would take about 2.5 hours and couldn't be done for 2 days. Then I called these people. Told me about 20 minutes and said they worked on more than iPhones. It was about 8 miles away, but I said great. I drove down, and they were very friendly. Told me it would take about 20 minutes, the glass would be the same as the original, not an after market product, and would have a 90 day warranty. Best part, a cost that was about half of the 1st place. I told them to go ahead. They replaced the screen, even repaired the broken charger port which I hadn't asked about (and they didn't charge me.) Also cleaned the power switch at no charge. Next day, my screen was just filled with what looked like static. I thought something was shorting out. I called and spoke to Sam, the owner. He told me to bring it down. I did, and of course I couldn't get it to happen again. I left, got about 2 blocks, and there it was again. I turned around and went back. Sam looked at it, then said he was just going to replace the whole phone.... no charge! No, not a used phone, the same make and model I had, just a different color, which I didn't care about. Could have had the same color next day. How can you not like service like that. On top of everything, they were friendly, easy to talk to, didn't get upset when they had to stay a little later because I got lost, or when I came back the next day. I know where I will go for other problems, how about you? Oh, they also work on computers, and other devices also. Stop by and say hi to Sam and his staff. You will be glad you did. Plenty of parking also. read more

Went to the Apple Store to get them to replace one of my camera lens covers on my iPhone 13. They wanted $450. I found iPhone Repairs online. Called him and took my phone there. 15 minutes later he had the lens replaced and only charged me $35. Highly recommend recommended. read more

I brought my iPhone 13 Pro in with a cracked screen and lucky me, they had the replacement screen available. Frank was able to get me out of there in 30minutes as estimated. Service was fast and friendly. They repair iPhones and iPads and are located in the shopping center with the Starbucks at the corner of Bethany Home & 16th Street. They also have a variety of cell phone cases and accessories available for sale. read more

I went here to get my phone fixed left with it in worse condition. I have android parts in my phone was not told what was going in it. Went to a new place and they were distraught with the condition of the 'fix'. I would advise you to NEVER consider coming here. Save your money and go elsewhere where they can do a good job. read more

Very good service definitely would recommend coming here good people I trust them very careful with my device

Unbelievable service! I was sent to this store from a sister store just 3 miles away because the other store didn't have the exact part in stock. The owner of the other store called this store and explained to them that they were sending me down and what needed to be done to fix my iPhone charging port problem. I paid at the other store and drove the short distance. When i arrived, I was greeted with a smile and was told it would be about an hour. I was so pleased! I went and sat in my car and jammed some music. Then I looked over and one of their signs said 'repair speakers' it dawned on me that I could barely hear when speaking on the phone. I immediately jumped up and ran in. He was still working on the port and I asked him if he could look at the speakers. He said no problem. When it was all done, he said the speakers were just dirty and that he cleaned them for me. He even had me call his phone so I could hear the sound quality. It was amazing! I could hear the other person talking without putting my phone on speaker phone! So now other people won't be listening when I try to have a private conversation with someone. I highly recommend this store just by my experience with them! read more

They ultimately replaced my iPad with a functional one, been using it about a month and it has worked well. They also refunded me for the issues. Not the best experience, but in the end they did what they could and for that I have updated the review to 2.5 stars, which yelp can't do so it shows up as 3. read more

I had my girlfriend's iPhone 14 Pro Max's back screen replaced after being shattered but still intact under the case. The employee replaced the back screen and we bought a new case after being told it was a strong case that would likely keep the phone from breaking again. We noticed upon getting home there were a few bubbles and small scratches under the new back glass. After just a few days after dropping the phone from maybe 2 feet due to the plastic of the new case being very slick almost slippery material the back glass shattered again much worse than the initial break(chunks of glass falling off phone). We brought the phone back hoping to have the new broken glass replaced after explaining the bubbles/scratches/ and how horrible the new case was. He offered a $20 discount after admitting he scratched the phone and me explaining the air bubbles that were left under the glass. I feel more should have been done since the replacement job was obviously botched in the first place. read more

Dropped in to have my special needs daughter's iPhone repaired and the staff was amazing. They repaired it very quickly while we waited and because the fix didn't require any parts, they didn't charge us! We'll definitely be back. read more

I went in to get my iPhone screen replaced because it was cracked. I chose the store because they gave the cheapest quote, which I appreciated. The vibe in the store was kind off, with the two employees bickering about how to get the computer started. Not great customer service, but that wasn't too big of a deal. My main issue is that the screen replacement is very low quality. When the phone brightness is turned down low, the screen has a visible texture of horizontal lines and the colors are off. I also am now having issues with the 3D Touch feature in the bottom corners of my screen. They were cheap and quick, but the small savings wasn't at all worth the decrease in phone screen quality. read more

Shady!!! I got my back plate fixed because I wanted to do a trade in for my iPhone. One of the apple specialists said it's a simple cosmetic fix. When they ran diagnostics it said that my camera and battery had also been replaced. Now I can't flip the camera view. They said he must have done something shady to it. read more

I've been wanting to chuck my phone into traffic for the last four months. The battery wasn't holding a charge and I'd have to finesse the cable into the port to get it to charge the battery. I took my phone to Phoenix iPhone repair and he fixed both for $32! A new phone would have cost me that PER MONTH! PLUS, it only took an hour. Can't be that! read more

Don't come here. A friend recommended but failed to mention it was still $173 for a new screen and protector. Paid the money, waited an hour, and my phone didn't work. Brought it right back and he "refunded " me but actually ended up charging me twice. So hopefully the almost $400 gets put back on my card. And he broke my phone in the meantime, he even said "take it to apple, but don't tell them you used us; it will void your warranty" Ended up costing me $400 for a new phone through at&t. Who said they see these terrible third party "fixes" all the time read more

I shattered the back of my iPhone 11 and took it in to have it replaced. I had an existing crack on the front screen right corner but opted to leave it as it was not invasive. The day after I picked up the phone the new back started to peal off. Went back in and a different employee fixed it. However, now there is an additional crack as well as many scratches on my screen. Called and was told "this can happen " and I can get it replaced for a fee which makes no sense. read more

I cracked my iPhone screen couple of months ago and sent a message asking for a quote and they responded to me quickly with a very reasonable price. I brought my phone in and it was fixed pretty quickly. Staff was nice and very professional. I highly recommend bringing any repairs to this company. Would not honor my coupon, and rude to boot. I came into the store after asking for quotes on a battery fix for my iPod. They quoted $40 and I was psyched, cuz there was a $10 for $20 deal! Being very low on funds myself, what a blessing. I even mentioned in the email that I wanted to use this coupon, and received no response. I showed up today, and when I walked in no one greeted me. Just one guy listening to music who looked genuinely annoyed to have to turn it off, pull up his mask, and deal with me. I told him why I was there, but when I said I'd bought the coupon, he said "Oh nah we can't honor that, it has to be at LEAST $40" (after the coupon, presumably). Uh????? It didn't say that anywhere. Anywhere! It's an arbitrary decision based on them not thinking they're making enough profit. He basically tells me there's nothing he can do, and that I'll have to go through Yelp for a refund. No apology. I ask him to call the manager, and he does. I said if I can't at least get a refund, I'm gonna leave a bad Yelp review because what the heck? You stole $10 and my time from me. So the guy is like, "OK....if that's what you wanna do. JESUS, it's not that big of a deal." Excuse me. What. Kind. Of. CRAP. Customer. Service. That's my $10 thanks and I think it's shady you let me purchase it and then won't honor it! Boss finally calls back, guy ducks away to talk about how "some lady" is here wanting to use the Yelp coupon, and says she will leave a bad review. He comes back, asks me for my Yelp code which is on my phone which is BROKEN and DEAD in his hands. He sends me out of the store to find somewhere to charge it, because "they can't have people charging their phones in the store". I went to try and charge my phone. Didn't work. It's broken. Came back, said what was up, and again no help. Just told me to contact Yelp cuz they have nothing to do with the coupon on their end. The guy was originally gonna have me pay after anyway. He could have fixed the phone, and then I could have given him the code. It could have just been refunded. I would've paid $40 to get it over with. But instead I was sent away. If this review loses your company $10, or maybe a few $10, then I'm sure you won't mind because it's "not a big deal". I never write reviews, let alone negative ones. But I do when I've been treated like crap. And I was treated like crap. So don't go here! read more

This guy was rude once I told him I had a problem with the phone he fixed he didn't wanna hear it, when I went in my first camera lens was cracked but not broken I was able to see It was just blurry my second one worked fine with a scratch on it he replaced both and once I got my phone back it was pitch black then he said it's wasn't the lens it was the whole camera when I was able to see just fine on the second camera and the first camera I was still able to see it was blurry now it's pitch black I tried explaining it but you can tell he just didn't wanna hear it I got my refund and asked if he could just put my parts back and he put the screen back put kept both the news lens on that's how I know he fucked it up cause he didn't he even bother putting back my old parts read more

The estimate they sent was so efficient. Included all the info needed, no back and forth. The gentleman was so polite and fast. It took about 20min for an iPhone screen replacement. I had already checked out when I realized they sold screen protectors too so he apologized for not asking and threw it in at no charge. The only criticism I have that isn't a business issue is that the screen looks very slightly different from the original in colors but my eyes adjusted and it looks normal now so may be user issue. Overall, great experience! read more

This guy is efficient, nice and his prices are very good. I've been back 3 times over the years!!

This place quoted for much lower than the other places fro replacing the screen on my iPhone X. They were able to do it in about an hour after I walked in. Apple had said that it would be about $500 to replace. I am so glad that there are other options. read more

Dropped my iPhone X on its upper right corner last night and even though the screen wasn't cracked, there were vertical green/white lines running through the right side of the screen. I contacted Phoenix iPhone Repairs and within 10 minutes I had a reasonable quote from David for a new screen. I choose to get the Apple OEM screen versus the aftermarket screen even though it was a little more expensive - from my research, sometimes the aftermarket screen can have a slight colored tint to it and since I edit many photos on my phone in Lightroom, I didn't want to take any chances. It took 30 minutes to fix my phone and they did a great job - my phone looks brand new! Also, choosing this local business saved me from having to sit around the Apple store for hours today.. Thanks so much! read more

I'm updating this review because this place left me out of approximately 120 dollars and with a bricked iPhone with years of memories on it. I got my phone repaired here 9mos ago as shown. I want to say maybe 3 weeks after getting it repaired when my phone was dropped. I pick up the phone to see the "repaired" screen lifted and a home button completely popped off. My phone was constantly restarting and would not turn back on. I was infuriated. How could this happen? I went to the shop and informed the agent that after one drop the phone is now completely ruined. How could a home button just pop off after a drop? I was told I would not be able to get a refund because it appears the phone was dropped and I would have to speak with the shop owner to approve a refund. I honestly didn't feel like I needed to jump through hoops to get a refund on this. My phone was bricked because of their half-butted work. I did not talk to the owner bc I was infuriated. I honestly should have, but I was just sad and felt defeated. I trusted these people with my phone to do a quality job and I did not receive that. I ended up just purchasing a whole new iPhone 8(I had an iPhone 7 Plus repaired here) and ended up purchasing apple care for my phone. If you crack your iPhone they'll apple will repair it for only $29 dollars at an apple store. I honestly learned a lesson here. I will NEVER come here or to any third party repair shop. If you own an iPhone, get apple care or do your research to find another store because this place is shanty as flip. EDIT: After reading the reviews here there are approximately 2 other people who experienced what I did. Crappy work with zero quality. 1 review had the exact same thing happen to them as what happen to me with the home button just popping off. Sure this place has A LOT of positive reviews, but DO NOT let that sway your judgment in coming here. Please read the low rating reviews because that's exactly what you'll get here. read more

Good business: quick service, appeared to be quite honest, and pricing seemed okay. My fiance ended up breaking her charger off into her iPad mini. The Apple store told her there was nothing she could do and that she would have to buy another one. Knowing this was ridiculous she asked me to take a look at it. After failing at all the online tips, I decided to seek professional help. I first called uBreakiFix on Camelback and they seemed helpful so I drove over there. They told me if they could get it out it would be only around $15, but that they wouldn't take it apart because they didn't have the right tool to do the soldering needed to replace the charging point (which is strange because they have this service listed on their website for $90). I drove down, they took a look, and said they couldn't help or get it out. Phoenix iPhone Repairs is up the street so I headed there. They informed me they could probably get it out for $50, and that if they had to take it apart to change out the charging port, they would do it for the $120 listed on the website. 3 hours later they had the charger tip out for the $50 and no additional work was needed. They did not try to up-sell on the whole charger replacement, and did not force me to open the iPad and void my warranty for more revenue. I appreciate the service and will return if I need to. read more
