Excellent service! Picked up my iPad at my house, and dropped it off two days later with a new screen. Very convenient.

Not located where the address is listed. When I called they sent me to the voicemail then texted and said they do not work on Iphones. What a waste of time. read more

I have been here several times over the years and they have always been great. This time I needed to have a iPad mini screen replaced. When I called they were able to help me same day. It was very reasonably priced and was done in a few hours! I also bought a case for my airbus pros. Great little store with lots of phone accessories. read more

FIX IT YOURSELF ITS EASY!!! I had my iPhone 11 fix here and they couldn't get it right . My screen was cracked. I took the phone back 2x and still had problems with it . I paid 200 for this. My Face ID wouldn't work at all after he "fixed" it ... I had enough . So in a last ditch effort I bought a replacement screen from Amazon and watch you tube on how to replace a screen. 65 bucks for this screen. Upon taking the phone apart I noticed he left a screw out. Very sloppy work .. I had my 11 year old replace the screen . And here I am writing this on my phone and it's fixed. This place is a rip off . Do it yourself!!! My Face ID works now !!! The replacement was simple! Seriously!!! read more

Unfortunately, both my wife and I had a cracked screen on our phones. The 10 minute fix is more or less true depending on the people ahead of you. $130 seems high but who knows. I guess all Apple products are expensive, even their replacements. read more

I noticed that my screen is sitting high on my phone on one side. Seems that when I dropped it, the frame bent so they weren't actually able to get the screen on all the way. To make matters worse a small stress crack appeared that didn't take long to go from one side of my phone to the other. I took it back to show Mike and he said yeah so what. I said it's a stress crack and he said maybe - with your bent frame the screen could crack and you'd have to fix the frame to prevent that. Kind of wish he would have mentioned that before I paid for a screen that was going to crack in less than two weeks. read more

Amazing service! Took my iPhone to a big box store where they advertise that they can change a battery. Still didn't work. Stop by ipro and he explained why he couldn't fix it due to the untrained big box store employee who broke it prior to bringing it to him. Great service! read more

BEWARE, Unprofessional, damaged the IPhone camera upon repair. We Called to schedule to have the back glass replaced for Iphone. Promptly Paid for the part and waited for it to be delivered. Mike the owner was scatter brained and kept saying he didn't know where the part was. After multiple texts it was finally located and we immediately brought it in. After the repair we pick the phone up, he say "repairs are not under warranty" then he shows me that the camera is now not focusing. We brought the phone back in and Mike proceeds to say that it was already damaged, we have pictures within an hour before the repair that were not out of focus. Mike says " we are lying" and he takes no responsibility for anything he may have done to cause the issue. BE CAREFUL HERE!!! read more

Please be careful of going to this guy to repair your iphone or iPad. He is a reap off. He charges a ridiculous price without doing a good job. I took my son's iPhone to him after charging $167 within five minutes of his service. The same problem he said he fixed reoccurs a month afterwards, we took it back he apologize and fixed it with assurances. The same issue reoccurs two months after. Now he said it is out of warranty that he can fix it again. Please be carful of this reap off. read more

AMAZING! My phone kept rebooting and it wouldn't go past the apple logo. I took it to apple and they couldn't fixed it unless my phone was restored to its factory settings (which wasn't an option since I didn't have my pictures backed up) Brought it in and he fixed it in about 15 minutes. 4 years worth of pictures were at the palm of my hand again. Thank you sooo much! read more

I called in around 4:15pm on Sunday, mike waited for me after hours 5:10ish for me to arrive and fix my iPhone that had been shattered. The screen was practically dangling for its life and he did a fantastic job resurrecting it. Mike is the man, makes miracles happen at a fair price. I came here to get my iPhone X screen fixed. They were able to complete the repair in about an hour for $200. However they did not replace the screen with genuine Apple parts which, isn't to be expected. The screen they used is slightly blue-tinted and not totally responsive to the 3D Touch. It is nice that it is fixed but wish they used better quality parts. read more

August 2nd I call this company and a guy by the name of Mike (Owner) answers. Nice guy. I was in need of a new phone screen, so Mike told me to come on in. Upon arrival I was greeted and explained my situation. I was told I could buy a generic screen or premium. I proceeded to ask the difference in the two? Do generic screens break easily. I was led to believe there isn't much difference besides the warranty the two car, and of course quality. Well, here I am, 40 days after purchase, my screen has started to rise up off of my iPhone. I can see inside lights on the top. When I called Mike, he acted as if generic parts are going to do this, to no surprise. I ask is this normal, because if so I asked when I bought the screen. He danced around the question, quite well. Bottom line: Mike was a nice guy, but from my experience he wants your $. After that, you're dead to him. Nice guy though. read more

I broke the screen on my iPhone 4s a few months ago when I dropped it. I was learning to live with it, but, as it became less sensitive to the touch, I decided to search Yelp for a company that had excellent reviews. When I found Mobile iPhone Glass Repair and read all the wonderful reviews I knew I'd found the right company. I called Mike, he answered his phone immediately and offered to either meet me at Desert Ridge and fix it for $75 or come to my home for $80. I opted to have him come to my home to repair my phone. He told me there were a few appointments ahead of me, but he would come out in the afternoon of the same day. Mike was an excellent communicator from the beginning. He answered his phone quickly, let me know when he was on his way, texted me when he was 5 minutes out and again when he was in my driveway. He quickly went to work disassembling my phone and had the screen fixed in under 15 minutes. I happily paid him and he was on his way. Laster on that day I went to take a photo and my iPhone 4s camera wouldn't focus. I tried various fixes to no avail and even did a little online research. Fortunately, Mike is a standup guy and returned to correct the issue. Luckily it was a very simple fix that took him about 5 seconds. Add another happy customer to your list Mike. read more

This is a great story. My mom came to visit us here in AZ and only two weeks prior had cracked the glass on her 5c. After doing a little Yelp research, like you may be, calling Mike was an easy decision. The results are why I'm writing this review. As we are finishing our lunch in Scottsdale, just an hour after my family arrived, Mike strolls in after our pre-arranged meeting, unbeknownst to my mom! He politely introduces himself to the table, many thinking he was a work colleague. Then I said, 'Mom, could you please pass your phone to Mike so he can fix it for you?'. She was so surprised! My stepdad enjoyed every minute of Mike fixing the phone right there on our table in the restaurant, while my Mom sat there beaming. Mike was courteous, friendly and diligent in his work. He even risked a parking violation to get to us quickly. :) The glass repair was flawless and we have a story for life. Thanks Mike! read more

I dropped my iPhone 5 on my lunch break yesterday and of course my luck of no damage finally ran out and my screen shattered into a million pieces. I quickly slapped a piece of packing tape on it so I wouldn't slice my fingers open trying to use it and glass wouldn't fall out everywhere. A little panicked, I scheduled an appointment with the Apple Genius Bar to get it fixed that night. They told me the screen couldn't be replaced and since I was out of my warranty, I had to replace the whole phone to a tune of $269+tax. I thanked them for their time and started my Yelp search for another less expensive option immediately. It was late when I found iPro iPhone Repair last night so I waited and called them on my lunch break today at work. Mike answered immediately and when I told him my woes he assured me that he should be able to fix it and said he could come out and take a look at the damage after his next appointment. He gave me pricing options over the phone and had me text him my details to make things simple. He even kept me in the loop about when he headed my way and when he was close by! And sure enough he was there before we closed for the day and got to work on my phone right away while I continued working which was amazing because we were super busy. (God bless my boss for letting me take care of this at work!) Mike finished up so quick that I couldn't believe he hadn't just swapped it out for a new phone! I should have asked him for a stack of his business cards because I had to write down his info for 3 different people at my office when they saw how easy and quick the service was! read more

Pros: Very convenient if you need your iPhone screen repaired fast. He was done repairing my phone in less than 10 minutes. He charges $129.99 to replace the screen and has a deluxe package that's $165.99. Cons: During the stores business hours, he or another associate weren't there. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes for someone to show up. He's very pushy when it comes to what to get for your iPhone or any of the accessories. Also, accessories are very overpriced there, Amazon has the same stuff at a much cheaper price. And his accessory wall is very limited. read more
