Today, when my iPhone appeared to have just flat out died and would not turn on, I came straight here. Both techs were pleasant, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me. Sabih immediately took a few trouble-shooting steps and voila, my phone was fixed. They understood I wanted to hold out for the new iPhone release in 3 months but gave me a few tips on how to avoid this happening again and what to do to preserve my feeble battery until September. I asked about the charge to replace if needed, but got no pressure to change my mind now...Just helpful advice, and sent efficiently got me on my way. I needed to get rid of a computer monitor. I went to the storefront. They asked if I needed help getting it out of my car, but I didn't. I dropped it off and left. Life saver! Seriously. I went to Apple because my laptop all the sudden didn't turn on. I thought my charger was dead because my MacBook Pro is only a year old. Well, Apple said it had water damage and wanted to charge an arm and a leg. I'm sorry, but I'd rather just buy a new laptop, rather than fix it for the same price. Anyway, enough about Apple.. Previous experience has been good, not today for some reason: 9 AM dropped off for repair; told about 2 hrs 11.27 they called to say it was ready. Went there, paid the agreed price. I asked if everything was done. He checked, no it will be about 10 minutes, if you want to wait. We decided to have lunch. 2 PM still not ready; said about another hour. 3 PM they finally called to say it was now ready. After four visits and many miles, we finally have the computer working. I went here to have two computers evaluated and worked on. I had a broken down HP laptop that I needed to have the data extracted from the hard drive. This was done without any problems. I had a second older HP that would not boot Windows 10 to be evaluated. I showed the tech that one of the hinges was stiff and that it needed to be opened carefully. I showed him specifically how to open the screen. He dismissed me stating that hinge problems are common. I received a call the next day stating that they could not get the Windows to boot. He further stated that he had a similar computer that I could swap with the HP that would cost about 30 dollars more. It was a refurbished Toshiba. I told him that if he could not get the HP to boot, then I guess I had no choice. I went to pick up the computers yesterday. I received a thumb drive with the data from the broke computer, the refurbished Toshiba, and the HP that would not boot. I paid cash in full. After I got back home I examined the HP that would not load. They failed to tell me that they finished off the stiff hinge and broke it completely. They concealed this from me. Never stated that the hinge broke. Unrepairable. If they would have come clean and said that they broke the hinge I would have been okay with it. But they decided to conceal it. This is monkey business. This shop cannot be trusted. Avoid this shop. They are not honest. read more

What! If I had known that upfront, I would have gone somewhere else. I came here specifically because i thought they were good and cheaper and in both cases it was FALSE ADVERTISING. Fast Forward to October 2022, my Pavillion had a bad fan, error upon opening the lid said not to use! These guys ordered and installed a new fan within a week! My daughter deleted files from her laptop so that I couldn't reset it. I looked up different sites to find a business to take it to and found this one at Tatum & Bell Rd. John was really nice and helped me without making me feel more computer stupid than I really am ;) I did have to leave it there but it was fixed just a few hours later. AMAZING!! My MacBook Air had water damage to the keyboard, that ended up ruining the curser. I was so worried I would have to get a new computer :( I bought this computer in 2014 and it looks BRAND NEW... So i took it in and they were straight up with with what could be wrong and gave be a couple prices with what could happen... the called and there was water damage, and the price wasn't bad at all to get my computer up and running again!!!! I have never had a worse experience with a store in my life. Apathetic, dishonest, and incompetent. They erased all programs from our computers, couldn't figure out what to do, and made one computer worse and ruined internet capability on another. They absolutely refused to answer any calls or take any responsibility at all. We documented everything, have witnesses, and had to hire an attorney. Unfortunately, it was becoming to costly and I simply had to count my losses which has turned out to be thousands in new computers. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Took my computer in to have Windows 10 updated (which they had installed ) told me it was ready to go, got home and my computer doesn't work. Took it back and they said I must have dropped it and that is why the hard drive was no good. They even admitted they didn't check it to make sure it was working properly before I picked it up. They refused to make good and wanted to charge me over $300.00 to repair my computer that was working fine when I took into them. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone for any type of computer reair. These guys are great. I had two unusual hardware issues. On my 4-year old laptop, the power would only maybe one time out of ten come on when hitting the power button. I thought it was as easy as replacing the power switch assembly and had gotten a new one on e-bay. Not so lucky. They quickly replaced it but the same problem. They researched the problem for a day or so, did a deep dive into the motherboard but everything checked out fine...except the power button only worked sometimes. I decided to get a new top line Asus Zen Book Pro to replace it. 2nd problem was with a new Asus Zen Pad 3S tablet. Dumb me who isn't used to working with such tiny things vs large PC's (I have five 24" monitors all for business, have never played any game I also go back to IBM OS/2, and Wang days as well as 300 baud packet readers). Trying to find a plug that worked on its USB-C odd power input I broke a pin while trying to insert the wrong USB size that looked the right size... dumb me. Guess what. this latest Zen tablet is so new there are no replacement parts available yet! Maybe in 3-6 months. Not there fault! Then dumb me with tiny things and big hands screwed up the tiny microdisk getting it in the tiny holder wrong and got it stuck in the slot in the wrong alignment. Ok, they fixed that. After all this work they did on problems that are very odd there didn't charge me anything even though I really wanted to pay them something. It seems everyone there knew about my odd power button problem and worked so hard to try and find a solution. I am planning to have them do a custom new PC system, Even though they couldn't solve two of my 3 problems, I felt they were very competent, tried really hard and communicated clearly what the problems and issues were. read more

Awful service! They charged me $160 to replace my galaxy s3 screen with a defective one. Told me they'd have a new one ordered in for me within a couple days. One week later the new screen isn't in (I only knew this because I had to keep calling and asking them), and then the one they previously installed completely blacked out. I use my phone for my job and now it was completely unusable. Four days later when they said the new screen was finally in (again I was the one calling and asking. They didn't contact me), I told them my phone would be dropped off around 7 pm. They're supposed to be open till 8. Low and behold at 7:30 there was no one there. Closed early I guess. Made the drive over there for no reason. Had to make yet another two trips over there. I just got my phone back today. Hopefully this screen will last. These tech people are supposed to be smart right? Well here's a clue for you guys if you read this: great customer service is the cornerstone of any business. Used to be great but have gone downhill. Used them many times bought a laptop but after a year had to repair screen. Not their fault screen failed but when I took in was told screen needed replacement. Was told I'd get call with price. Left pc and 10 minutes later on call was told price and half of price was needed to proceed.sice since I'd used them several times and purchased laptop from them decided not to use them if after so much business they didn't trust a multi visit customer. At pick up I was charged $29 fee but receipt didn't show results of consultation. I contested the charge as fraud. I'm not a thief or low life who wants something for free. I took my daughters chrome book that she accidentally dropped and the screen broke. I wanted to see if they could replace the screen and how much it would be. They told me to leave it and they would see if they could get the screen. Before I left I asked if I was going to get charged for just looking to see if they could get the screen.
