Unfortunately. I have found myself at All Mobile Matters for second time. Fortunately, it has been as positive as an experience as a phone repair can be. They are conveniently located in Tempe Marketplace, so great place to spend some time if you're waiting for a phone repair and of course ample parking. i have worked with Anthony both times. The initial visit was for a shattered glass back of my IPhone 15, as they had recently came out, it was one of the only spots I found that was able to get the replacement part at the time. They had it in hand in a few days and promptly fixed it. This second time was for some liquid damage. Their liquid diagnostics is extremely affordable at $45 at time of service, which they assess, dry and clean out and proceed accordingly. Though my phone did turn on, my cameras had seen better days, and my Face ID no longer worked. Anthony kindly walked through my repair options. and what services did or did not make sense. I decided to think on it and see how my phone worked over the next few days. I then followed up and asked if they could provide various documentation, quotes and photos for me to submit to my insurance. He promptly got everything over. Though my phone will most likely need to be replaced, I did appreciate the prompt service, affordable prices and would most definitely return to them to get future phone repairs or services done. Matt from All Mobile Matters was very helpful and knowledgeable. I called in and he answered all my questions very thoroughly. I went to the chandler location which was unfortunately closed. He had forgotten to tell me that the chandler location is closed and to go to the Tempe location. When I arrived to the Tempe location he discounted my repair of $10 because of the inconvenience. He knows all of the background of the business which was awesome. This is the place to come for a repair, most places are sketchy and liars but this place is honest and very truthful. Just wanted to leave a 5-Star Review as my visit to this store was A+. As you can see in the first image what my phone screen was experiencing which did not allow me to use the phone as the touch screen was shot. I took it in to All Mobile Matters Tempe Marketplace location since I live 5 minutes from there. I called ahead of time to see if they could fix an iPhone 8 since I'm still rocking an 8 and I wasn't sure if these Repair places carried glass for phones that are becoming older. I talked to Garrett and he let me know they could replace the glass as they carried it in stock. I described the ink-blot looking issue on the screen and he reassured me it was a fixable issue. When I went in Garrett replaced the glass in about 20 minutes and I added the glass protector and a new case protector as my old protector had fell off as multiple pieces over time started cracking off on the edges, and I never had the glass protector put on when I got the phone New in December 2019. $161 and less than a half hour I was out the door and able to use my phone once again. I will return to get the mic / audio issue replaced because nobody can hear me talk on a call unless my earbuds are in, but I can hear them talk with or without my earbuds. Garrett reassured me this part was also replaceable but they'd have to order it but it would arrive quickly, so I'll be returning soon. I recommend this Business and this store location. read more

This place is absolutely amazing. I have an iPad that got totally smashed and mangled. I took it to three different businesses that told me it would be impossible to remove my pictures off it, that was all I really cared about as they where the last pictures I had of my dad & mom before before they passed away. What a great experience! Eric helped me from start to finish. I made an appointment online, which was super easy and told me their prices for exactly what I needed. I dropped my phone off, went shopping around Tempe marketplace for an hour, came back and the phone was good to go! They didn't ask for a pass code or anything so no need to worry about anyone snooping through your phone. My phone screen was cracked and the touchscreen worked for 5-20 seconds and then just stopped responding. Now, my screen is perfect and touchscreen works great! My iPhone had water damage and died after 12 hours after it got wet. Of course, I hadn't backed it up and discovered I needed precious information from that phone. Lesson learned!
