Had a great experience to follow an Oh Nooo experience. I cracked the screen on my phone after it…read morefell. The finger print scanner wouldn't work, the face scanner was about 40% and I couldn't remember the passwords.
I called a local place that was close. They gave a very high fee, told me it would take about 2.5 hours and couldn't be done for 2 days. Then I called these people. Told me about 20 minutes and said they worked on more than iPhones. It was about 8 miles away, but I said great. I drove down, and they were very friendly. Told me it would take about 20 minutes, the glass would be the same as the original, not an after market product, and would have a 90 day warranty. Best part, a cost that was about half of the 1st place. I told them to go ahead. They replaced the screen, even repaired the broken charger port which I hadn't asked about (and they didn't charge me.) Also cleaned the power switch at no charge.
Next day, my screen was just filled with what looked like static. I thought something was shorting out. I called and spoke to Sam, the owner. He told me to bring it down. I did, and of course I couldn't get it to happen again. I left, got about 2 blocks, and there it was again. I turned around and went back. Sam looked at it, then said he was just going to replace the whole phone.... no charge!
No, not a used phone, the same make and model I had, just a different color, which I didn't care about. Could have had the same color next day. How can you not like service like that. On top of everything, they were friendly, easy to talk to, didn't get upset when they had to stay a little later because I got lost, or when I came back the next day. I know where I will go for other problems, how about you? Oh, they also work on computers, and other devices also. Stop by and say hi to Sam and his staff. You will be glad you did. Plenty of parking also.
