Best prices for ps5 cleaning due to over heating. The owner was very nice and fixed my ps5 the same day! I needed a deep clean, Liquid Metal replacement, my fan was broken and there was some problem with the WiFi card - all was fixed within 3 hours. When I was there 2 other people were calling about the same thing so this is definitely the guy to take your console to and he did a great job I will 100% bring back if I have future problems but my ps5 is basically brand new now since he fixed everything. Thank you!! Also he fixed 2 of my controllers same day. Super happy with the service! read more

My sons PS5 was fixed and cleaned in the same day. For 100 he replaced the hdmi and cleaned the inside.

Full of pedophiles. Tried to get this place shut down a couple years ago. In 2021 or 22 i was still a minor, I dtopped my phone off to get my phone repaired and sat in front of the store in my car, my phone was still connected by Bluetooth and could hear them actively going through my phone watching private intimate videos on my phone. Walked in and confronted them and threatened to use force gave my phone back. Disgusting company. read more

Never answered the phone Store hours not accurate to what's posted No updates Claim to have the phone fixed within 24 hours, but took three days and they didn't even fix it Held our phone hostage for three days even stopped by multiple times at different times of the day and they were closed allegedly during "their open hours" Local stores nearby don't seem very fond of them and acknowledge that they are really inconsistent Go somewhere else. Literally anywhere else. read more

Waseem was outstanding. He went the extra mile by not only fixing a disc tray for my Xbox, but also the motherboard and cleaned the Xbox beautifully. Quality care and work like that is a rare trait to find these days so I am very appreciative. Pricing was also very fair and reasonable for all of the work done. If you bring your electronics here you can be rest assured that they are in good hands read more

Amazing service and price! My ps5 HDMI port was damaged by my house cleaners and Wassim had it fixed in a couple hours and I was able to continue playing Ghost of Yotei! read more

Great family business. I've been coming here for years. I've had numerous phones worked on here. They are always friendly and do a quality job for a fair price. read more

I had a great experience with WeFixUplay. Waseem fixed my son's Nintendo Switch in under 40 minutes, and it works perfectly. What I really appreciated is that I called about a month ago, he gave me a price over the phone, and that's exactly what I paid -- no surprises. The repair also comes with a three-month warranty, which is a huge plus. Great, honest service all around. If you need anything fixed electronically, this is definitely the place to go. read more

Becareful getting your electronics fixed on here. Got my phone screen replaced at this place. The product they use is very cheap. The screen they provided me was super laggy and would make my phone super hot that I can't even use it. The display brightness would change by it self. Would keep my phone ON. and doesn't go to sleep cuz for some reason it it be pressing things by it self. That's just the product. The lady that works there seem like she doesn't like her job at all. I was trying to explain to her what's going on. But she just cut me off and ask for my number. Didn't even let my explain it all the way. Also the last I was there it took about 10 to 15 minutes to get my screen replaced by the guy. But when I was talking to her. She was thing to ask for my pin on my phone and seem like she was to take her time to do it instead of getting right to it right away like last time. So I said that to her "you can't just get this done? It took about 10 15 minutes last night.?" And she tried to make excuses saying "she might break something" so she was gojng to wait for the guy. I'm like "you work here ? What is your job to do here ? You're telling me you have no idea on how to fix this ?" She couldn't answer so she decided to just take my phone in the back and she replaced the screen in less than 10 minutes no problem? So i asked her "why were you asking for my pin and making excuses that you had to wait for the guy but you did it in less than 10 minutes no problem? She couldn't say nothing cuz she knew she was just lying the whole time and make me wait for my phone to be fixed all day when she just did it in less than 10 minutes.. horrible lady. But the guy seem like he's cool. I didn't see him that last time I was there. read more

took my ps5 too this place for a hdmi issue and they fixed it $100 dollars would definitely come for future issues

Very expensive. First price we got told was with the replacement kit, since we brought 1 , the lady told us we would get some of the price reduced, but she couldn't tell us how much. When we came back we had to pay even more then we where told at first. Since the repair kit wasn't the right 1. But instead of just paying the full price ( incl the repair kit) we had to pay $ 45 more to replace a screen what made it $145. Way to expensive. We waited more then 1 week till the screen was replaced from the Nintendo switch light. read more

Absolutely would recommend this place to repair your cell phone. The technician was upfront and honest about the phone problem. He quoted me a cost and stuck to it. Highly professional and knowledgable AAA +++ read more

I had apple macbook repaired at store in early 2023 and was fixed in a month or so. It broke again shortly after i received it and was under their warranty timeframe. I returned the laptop in May 2023 for warranty repair. I have still yet to receive my laptop and have emailed and called numerous times with no response email or returned calls. It will be 2 years and I cannot get any information. Do NOT expect any communication on repair work timely, especially if it is warranty as they must deem it not necessary. read more

If you have apple products I highly recommend suggest going here for ANY problem. After 5 different stores trying to find help to fix my broke phone I found this place. (One kept my phone for 5 days and didn't even touch it) The man I worked with is truly a genius and truly a god sent angel. He saved the day, and fixed MULTIPLE things on an iPhone i demolished and was still paying off. Multiple things were internally broken and the back was shattered. He fixed it all, I have a brand new phone again. Best part is he got it down in a few days. And I paid for EVERYTHING less that what I was quoted at "UbreakIfix" for just the back screen. read more

We Fix You Play - Before fixed, now looks just the way I bought it - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

I wish their work was as good as their customer service ! I have done business with " We Fix You Play " three times over a four year period. Their products are cheap, their products don't last long, and they keep your device longer than originally planned. read more

Horrible service these people are scammers. Took my PlayStation in for a wiring issue and they continued to treat it as if it was an overheating issue. Paid $80 and they did absolutely nothing with it. I brought it back in and complained they again, let it sit back there without even so much as cleaning it. After complaining a second time they insisted I bring it back a THIRD TIME (when i had physical proof that it was still malfunctioning)before I get a refund. These people are a joke do not trust them with your electronics! read more

Waseem was very helpful and kind. He told me what was wrong with my ps5 and had it fixed. It even sounds better now than before. I had taken it to another shop and they refused to fix it but Waseem is a pro and fixed it perfectly. I will be coming back for future repairs. read more

I have had a bad experience getting scammed by a phone repair man in the past, so I was a little nervous getting work done on my phone by anyone. However, that was not the case here at all. The screen of my iPhone had been completely shattered and was losing small shards of glass. Within 30 minutes my phone looked brand new and had no issues. The man that helped was incredibly kind, very trustworthy, and reasonable with pricing. I recommend this business to anyone asking and will definitely return with any future technology issues. read more

It's a cluttered mess. Way over prices on their items and not a good selection. They didn't even have change for a $20 bill when my single screen protector was $17. read more

Came on here just to say that these guys are the real deal! If you have a broken electronic I would highly recommend just going to these guys straight away! read more

Yes, as one person stated, the place is small and cluttered with reconditioned TV's, screen savers, etc. But who cares? The price for replacing a screen is as good or better than most other stores and the technician takes more time to replace a cellphone screen than other stores that claim to do the repair is 20 minutes or less. If the repair is done correctly, it will involve recalibrated the fingerprint sensor on the new screen. Doing that correctly will take much longer than 20 minutes. Bottom line, be very careful when replacing a cellphone screen. Be sure to get original parts and not after market parts too. read more
