Very Nice and professional service. Fairly priced and i would recommend for console repairs!!

Contacted Stephen G. of Vista Tronics my son's PS4 was having some issues after dropping it the HDMI port was cracked and the fan was making noise. Stephen has a home based business offering electronics repair. I dropped off the unit with my information we responded by text said he averages 2-3 days on repairs. I was very happy with the cost and ease of service I would recommend them highly. read more

He fixed my Xbox well and it wasn't crazy expensive. 10/10 yelp says I need to add more words to this review

Looks brand new and great customer service. Got the job done, good communication and I couldn't be happier.

I found Vista Tronics on Yelp a couple years back. Stephan has been a huge help with several of my devices. Most notably, my Xbox one X. I had a few hiccups with the game disc not being accepted. He had the issue corrected promptly and the price was great. I'll definitely recommend his services to everyone. Thank you Vista Tronics. read more

About 3 months ago the HDMI port on my laptop went kaput. Two other places I checked with said to replace the whole motherboard with an estimated cost of around $200. Thankfully I also called Vista based on my previous great experience with a cell phone repair there. After opening the laptop up and finidng my HDMI port was bad Stephan got a replacement port and installed it. I mean, why replace the whole board when only the port is bad, right?! He also pointed out how bad the factory heat shielding was and for a very small fee replaced it with much better material. Even with the new heat shielding the total price was over 75% less than the other places. Once again, great service done quickly and a very reasonable price. There is no reason to go any place else. read more

My girlfriend needed screen replacement for her iphone. Suncellular and ubreak gave me $90 estemates and asked me to wait for 2 hours. Stephan fixed it in 15 minutes for $50. Besides a brand new screen, he also cleaned up charging port and with money I saved I bought a usb cable that cut my charge time in half. It was a pleasant experience, I learned a lot. With everything I bought at the shop it was cheaper than compatitors and I highly recommend it, because the service was great. read more

Long story short, I brought an xbox in that I figured was doomed after doing a little online research (evidently my google-fu is slipping) and frankly didn't have the time to try to repair myself. Brought it in, turned out to be a bad hard drive. The crazy part is they had it repaired later the same day much to my shock. Was completely above board in terms of pricing, fixed fee (completely reasonable) plus the hardware (he provided a receipt). Great to know there's an honest expert in town. Will definitely be back. Thanks Vista! read more

A new puppy and cords do it mix! Thanks to Vista we had our Xbox steering wheel fixed. He does quality work at a great price. We will definitely use Vista Tronics again for any repairs we have. read more

Premium professionalism. This dude is officially my "computer guy!" quick honest reliable friendly. Its all there. And right down the way from my casa. The only way it could be any better is if I didn't goof up my computer with porn and funny pictures of cats. Jk. Seriously, not sure how to leave a better endorsement for this business. There's a lot of "computer experts" out there who'll take yer hard earned money and do as little as possible to help out and then there's this guy. We don't need Donald Trump to make America great again. We just need more hard working honest professionals like this feller here! Now get off my lawn! read more

Came in to replace my iPhone 4S battery and screen. Walk in and within 10 minutes my battery was replaced, and it took only 30 minutes to replace the screen. While I was there, they had cool back plates you can replace your generic back cover with, so I bought one because it was only $10!! Friendly service, quality products & great prices. Will come here again anyday. read more

Wow! Stefan is amazing. He made sure every problem was fixed with my iPad. His prices are very reasonable. If you go Saturday or Monday he will likely be very busy. I am going to recommend him to my friends. read more

I needed to get my phone unlocked and everywhere I called to said it would be $75-$105 to have another phone activated. Stephen did it for FREE. It didn't take long and he said the other places were trying to rip me off for something so easy. Thank you very much for your honesty and work. I will be bringing my wife's cracked phone in this week. You have a new loyal customer and I will be referring all of my bros to you. read more

My Galaxy s3 had a bad power button. I took it here and the owner replaced the button in a matter of minutes for dirt cheap, half the cost for other quotes I received. He was very pleasant to deal with and provided great customer service. How many times do u see 5 star reviews on yelp that u question if they are planted reviews? Well this place is totally legit. If you want an honest reliable repair done on your gadget, take it to Stefan as he is as good as it gets. read more

I came in yesterday to have my Xbox 360 looked at as I thought it was making a whining noise louder than it should. The shop took the time to hook my Xbox up and test it. They said it was the hard drive spinning and not the fan as I thought, and they noise seemed reasonable. Not only did they save me the time of sending my Xbox back to Microsoft, they did this check without cost. I surely will be back when something does go wrong. Thank you. read more

Accommodating excellent customer service. My device was ready within a couple hours of dropping it off which was a walk in on a Saturday. I would highly recommend Vista Tronics. Btw the owner has beautiful eyes also. read more

I brought my laptop in for what I thought was a wifi hardware problem. The owner messed with it for about 15 min, told me it was a software issue, and it should be fine now. That's it! I highly recommend Vista Tronics , the service is impeccable ! I had a tablet that was "locked" up for two years and very reluctant to let another shop "try"to fix it , I was very surprised when this unlocking the device took about 15 minutes and charged me very little !! My friend took in her laptop and she was very happy too ! I have also bought iPhone chargers here . Absolutely great prices and service! read more

I've broken my phone screen a couple times this last few months. Used vistronics both times, and was very satisfied with both visits. Fast, simple service. read more

Just after the 1 year warranty was up, my son's Samsung Galaxy 4 tablet image started breaking up with vertical lines through the image which severely compromised image quality and rendered text illegible. I thought I was still protected by the credit card I purchased it with which doubles the manufacturer's warranty. However, the company that administers the extended warranty requires a pile of documentation in addition to a diagnosis of the issue from either the manufacturer or a well-known tech retailer. I first tried dealing with Samsung product support. After describing the issue, someone overseas suggested doing a master reset which did not resolve the issue at all. They then offered to have me send the device to them for a diagnosis for a mere $270 fee, nearly the original cost of the item. Local big box tech stores will not service tablets not purchased from them. To make a long story short, after finding them on Yelp, I brought the tablet in to Vista Tronics. The gentleman took one look at it, said it was probably a disconnected cable and took it back while I waited. Ten minutes later he came out with a good as new tablet. The 20 bucks he asked for the repair was well worth not having to jump through all the extended warranty hoops, not to mention dealing with Samsung's abysmal customer service and extortionist "diagnostic fee". Thanks Vista Tronics! read more

Brought in my daughters IPhone 5c with cracked screen. Stephan (the owner) fixed phone quick! Great service at a fair price.

DON'T go anywhere else! I specifically joined yelp to give a review for this company. You will receive professional, knowledgeable, courteous service at an unusually reasonable price. This is my second Internet review because I am so pleased with the service I have received from Stephan at Vista Tronics that I had to write again. I first came to him after my LG G2 screen had broken for the 3rd time, and a friend who had done some work for him had suggested I go see if Vista Tronics could give me a better deal. I had paid nearly twice what he charged me at other places and was given minimal service. He gave me a reasonable price, and he gave me a loaner while we waited for my part to come in. When it did, Stephan fixed my phone quickly, and gave me some recommendations for a different used phone for a good price (he understood how frustrated I was with mine). When I cracked it again I went to him. He told me as long as I could still use the phone that I should wait to fix it, instead of trying to sell me yet another LCD and screen I didn't really need. Then he fixed my daughter's phone for next to nothing. Later, when my crappy G2 got stolen, I had to use my daughter's old, sad iPhone 4. I brought that to him after I had dropped it so much the whole back was ruined and internal parts were exposed. He fixed it in about 10 minutes, again charged me $10, and then helped me look for better phones on The Internet. I ended up going back with an iPhone 4s I had previously owned, but that my daughter had dropped in the Log Ride at Castles and Coasters. It spent the night there in the water, under the flumes, and then sat in a drawer for 9 months or so, but I thought, "what the heck"? Not only was he able to fix it (EVERYONE TOLD ME THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE) but it works better now than when I used to use it before I gave it to my daughter to use (I'm using it to write this), and he charged me next to nothing to fix it. He also brilliantly applied new screen protectors I bought on both the old phone and new. We again talked about other phones and he helped me do some research on used phones, AGAIN, while I was there. I always feel like I'm the only customer ever when I'm there. I am coming back to have him fix my husband's iPad 2 screen. $85 for a new LCD/screen (Apple parts, not 3rd party). This is how everyone should run a business! I will never go anywhere else! read more

I called and asked about a power supply not working for a tablet and Stefan asked me to come in and he would check it out. After 5 minutes he told me it was the charger and it cost me $7 instead of other places who would try to get more out of their customers. I will be back for all electronic issues in the future. Thanks so much! read more

I've gone here since back when VistaTronics were on Cave Creek Rd. Stephan fixed a phone and a tablet for me. He is highly skilled and gives fair prices for his work. Next time you need a real techie to fix your stuff, give him a call. Make an appointment over the phone first. read more

This place is GREAT! I was told by the guy at AT&T that my Galaxy 5 was totalled after I dropped it and damaged the LCD screen. There were no real cracks and I could still see it was on and was receiving messages., though it was 99%blacked out. My daughters iphone 5 had the same problem. I checked out YELP for recommendations on a repair place, and luckily I found a review that stated this same problem. He fixed them both fast (30 min) and for a totally resonable price! I was quoted more for just the glass replacement. I highly recommend Vista Tronics! ! read more

In less than 10 minutes, Stephan was able to repair my iPhone. Their prices are very reasonable with quick service. I would certainly recommend anyone to this shop! read more

Had a shattered Galaxy S4 screen, this place had the cheapest rates in the valley for a better quality product (gorilla glass vs. Regular glass). Good store hours so I didn't have to take off work and able to fix it within an hour. Also didn't try to overcharge by unessecarily replacing the LCD which was fine. read more

Vista Tronics is terrific. I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and every place I called wanted at least $200 to replace the screen. When I called Vista Tronics, I mistakenly said that I had a Galaxy S5 and they said it would be $75 to replace the screen. When I got there, they reminded me that I have a Galaxy S4 and said that it would only be $60 to replace the screen -- such honesty and customer service is rare. And, they completed the screen replacement while I waited -- not even 30 minutes! I won't ever go anywhere else for cellphone repairs!! read more
