I've used his service a couple of times, once for my desktop computer having a processor chip cleaned up and replaced, the other for some software operating error where my computer wouldn't work at all. It sometimes takes a little longer than most shops, but he does it in decent time and does the job great for a rate you can't beat. I paid this guy 80 to fix my sons game I got it home 4 mins away and it wasn't not fix still won't power on at all now

I looked up on yelp and saw that this company had excellent reviews and people were very happy with Matt. I don't know if we caught him at a bad time or what but his communication skills are lacking. He told us he would order part and we should have it about 4 days. 4th day comes and goes no call. We had to call him. Couldn't remember who we were and had to ask several questions before he knew what computer was ours. He then looks up part says yeah he ordered it but looks like still in processing of shipping. Couldn't explain and wasn't willing to call about. Said it would be a couple days maybe. We explain this was our daughters computer for college and needed for school. It dragged on and on. He never called us with updates had to keep calling him. Finally said needed to do work on laptop because it had software needed to use. He said he could set up to be used and then for us to bring back when part came in. Went there he had to look around for my daughters parts to her computer everything was spread all over the place! He didn't have the plug with it either! Made me very nervous. Got the laptop bottom part and he didn't even call us back in another week! When called again. Asked what was going on and Matt said used a different company this time when he placed initial order. Had to call again to check status left msg and finally got a call part was there and could bring the main part back. Really!! Over two weeks time. No follow thru. He isn't Good with communication at all! Prices are Good but you have to wait a long time and have to keep calling and following up. Just wasn't happy with service at all. Computer seems to be working ok. We won't be using this company again. read more

Matt runs his company from his house, which is cool with me. I needed a part soldered back onto my laptop's motherboard, and was told by numerous other places to just replace the motherboard. I didn't want to - it was practically brand new and only needed a quick fix. I accidentally knocked off a clip when replacing the HDD for SSD. Sent him the pics of what of happened, along with the part number and laptop model number. Was impressed with his quick response and more than reasonable estimate. He had to order a part, which then got stuck in mail delivery issues (winter weather), so it took quite a bit longer than I expected. I did have to follow up repeatedly to ask about the timeline, but he responded each time, and once the part finally arrived, he was done in no time at all. And - he warranties his work!! read more

This place is out of a garage but his work is impeccable. He repaired my PS3 with the red light of death and warrantied it for a year. It did have the same problem 11 months later and he fixed it without any hassle what so ever. That was two years ago and my PS3 is still going strong. I have been using computers since the late 80s (which means I have needed help and/or repairs since then) and he is better than any retail location I have ever used. Took system to PCSavants 602-492-3499 http://pcsavants.com/ and it was fixed within 2 days with a 6 month warranty. The gentleman repaired the damaged done by FIX AND PLAY which consisted of a broken ribbon, broken clip, and the wire that ejects and loads the disk (pulled separately from the board itself). Priced very reasonably charged $50. Fix and Play charged over $200 and never fixed the system. Go to PCSavants if you want your system to actually work and not be taken advantage of. Very honest and trustworthy individual. I will continue to take my systems and recommend PC Savants to those who want a fair price and a working product. ***AND no Stephanie I am not the owner and this is a real review, just because he doesn't have a big shop, doesn't mean he isn't a good trusting person, he's a very honest and skilled gentleman who was able to fix the damage a big shop did, so don't be a hater on those who are hard working and honorable. read more

had my ps3 fixed there had the red light of death, took about 4 to 5 days to get it fixed, got a year warranty in that year i took back to him 2 other times for the same problem. the year is up and same problem happened again. paid about 140. i should of just bought a new one..... read more
