First off, I am as computer illiterate as you get. When my kids were younger, they used to tell me to stay off the computer as something would always happen when I touched the buttons lol! I have an old computer tower and monitor. I had to disconnect both for painters when they came to paint my walls to remove the outlet plates. After they were finished, I reconnected all computer equipment. The tower turned on but the monitor would not and kept saying "no signal". After several attempts of frustration in disconnecting and reconnecting cables and turning off, turning on, trying several different plugs, I started looking up and calling different computer repair places. I explained what was happening to each, that the tower was working but the monitor was saying "no signal". One shop made an appointment to come to the house and the minimum charge was $125 -$250 just for diagnostics!! The other shop was in Peoria, 36 min from me. I made one more call and this was to iNFLUX PC Goodyear Computer Rep. Thank goodness I made this call. I spoke with Brad, who was patient and nice and told me to send him a photo of the back of the tower and monitor. He texted back saying the connections looked right. He then told me to try touching the input button (didn't know about this button) on the monitor and reset the input. I tried every button. I found the input button and pushed that button a couple times and held it. I saw the switch from HDMI which is what my monitor kept displaying to DVI which Brad said and the monitor turned on!!!!!! I was never so happy to see this. Brad helped me over the phone with this. He saved me from paying a large amount and also a trip to the shop. I am so grateful to him. It's so refreshing to know there are still good, decent, and kind people in the world that are not out to take advantage of you. I can't say for sure these other businesses I contacted knew what the problem could be or they did and just wanted to make a lot of money off me for a simple problem since I don't know anything about computers. The latter would be my guess. I know this is a long review but I hope people read it and know that iNFLUX is the place to call if you want honest, knowledgeable and extremely helpful solutions to your computer issues. This was by far the best computer service I have ever received! I had a PC built that I planned to used for web development and some games from someone I trusted and from the very beginning it would constantly crash. I brought it back to that other person and he assured me it was fixed, it was not so I brought it back another time and this time he said I am positive it was fixed, again it was not, so almost $2200 and month later I moved to a MAC and left the other machine behind. Then I gave to my son for gaming and it crashed with in minutes every time he tried to play. I decided to try someone else and with a search I found Brad at iNFLUX over the phone he told what could be the reason but I wanted it looked at and he quoted a price which was exactly what I paid and now the computer with 2 terabits mirrored memory is working perfectly and I no longer hear my son complain that his computer crashes and I have started using it again. Had a complex problem that I created on my own by allowing someone access to my computer and made it even worse when I attempted to repair it myself. Brad was able to recover my data which was awesome because I had some serious emails regarding some lawsuits I could not afford to lose. He then restored my computer back to new and put the data back on, the computer ran better than it had in quite some time. I had at the same time decided to purchase a new computer to have some options I was looking for and had brad move the data over to the new Surface Pro 4 I had purchased. We ran into a little problem getting some of the programs to operate properly, however his perseverance not to be beat got everything up and running for a very minimal fee. His prices are better than industry standards plus you get the added bonus of him being a trustworthy and all around great guy. I am thrilled with Brad at iNFLUXPC. My laptop hard drive crashed right in the middle of a project. I didn't know who to take it to so I did a search on the internet and talked to several other companies. Brad was polite, he didn't talk to me like I was stupid and he understood my situation. I was totally confident he could help me when I met him. His price was very reasonable, when I picked it up he showed me that it worked, but when I got it home and turned it on the screen was black. He talked me through a couple of things and decided it was the screen cable. He ordered a new one, it came in the next day which was a Sunday afternoon, he replaced it while I waited for no charge. I LOVE being able to support local small businesses. I have a 27" computer that I just love and one day it decided to not turn on. I called several geek-squad type companies and all were giving me dates of over a week to diagnose my computer. That ended up being my fortune as I then found iNFLUX PC. I cannot thank this company enough. My Mother-in-law needed some screws for a CPU fan. Best Buys doesn't carry these screws ( or any screws, which doesn't make any sense to me being that they specialize in electronics) and Fry's Electronics was way too far. We were running out of time and didn't know what to do. We called Brad and he told us to stop by. This gentleman was so nice, he actually had the screws that we needed! And because we had to go through so much he did not charge us anything! You rarely find that these days. We finally got our computer going and it is running great! I googled computer repair places near me and found influx PC. I read the reviews and they were all positive. My 5 year old laptop was running very slow with constant warning pop-ups. Brad returned my call promptly and agreed to take a look at my computer. He found over 30 viruses and suggested that instead of "cleaning it up" the best thing would be to restart from scratch. He repaired it quickly and for a reasonable cost. Even after I returned home with the laptop and questions would arise, I would call Brad and he would access my computer remotely and solve the problem. I was blown away at the level of customer service I received from this company. And I didn't even have to bring my laptop to them. My laptop was damaged by TSA when I travelled last month. Repair estimates are required to file a claim with TSA. I contacted iNflux PC via Yelp and requested a quote. A few sent photos and background info later, I had a written estimate on the business letterhead in my email. Perfect! Great job Brad! Our laptop was dropped and we took it to Best Buy to get it fixed. Well, they diagnosed the problem as the motherboard and said $1200 to fix it. Not out of my pocket! I originally called Brad to see about transferring all the data and Apps over to a new laptop I was I was going to buy. Brad suggested that I bring the laptop in and let him look at it. Took both my laptops to Brad. One had a broken screen and I needed the data transferred to the newer laptop. The newer laptop required some modest updates I was unable to do on my own. Brad delivered all the required services plus some extra, including a program that he installed where he is able to troubleshoot problems I may experience remotely, within a day. I would definitely recommend him and go to him for any future computer services I may need done. read more

I needed my hard drive replaced. I was able to drop my computer with Brad the same day I contacted him and got it back the next day with my programs restored. (Luckily I had my data backed up to the cloud!) There were a few glitches with the software afterwards that Brad was able to fix remotely.
