My site is a shopping cart site and it did take a little longer than I desired, but the end results were great. I don't think you can beat their pricing for what you get, so if you have the time they will get the job done. 99% of my contact was through e-mail and all of the techs and designers have always been very polite. Recently I had to call Luke for a bit of an emergency and thought I probably would not get an answer because it was the weekend. I received a call back within 30 min. Wow! Any problems that they may have with time I think could easily be resolved with possibly more techs. They have all been easy to talk to so if there is something that needs to be done you just need to communicate that to them. That said I would recommend them to others who have a limited budget and want a professional looking website that does the job.

I can't say enough about the company, its people or their leadership. First class all the way - at a fair price.

And now, I've experienced it. I recently had the opportunity to work with Brandon on a project that is smaller in size, but huge in impact. Our team met with his team in their offices for some brainstorming and content creation (we're both creative groups and wanted very much to have the influence of both groups on our project). Our varied schedules required us to meet at night, after everyone had put in a full day's work. I was exhausted, but the energy Brandon brought rejuvenated my brain and (some) of my creative juices. After a couple hours of focused work and intense brainstorming, we had a plethora of content to work with. While I wasn't involved in the steps that followed, I was very aware of the authoritative approach Splinter took, recognizing the pertinent details and excellence in our varied and extensive content. The result? An outstanding product that blew away even my greatest expectations. I sincerely wish I had more business to take to Splinter, simply because I can recognize greatness when I see it. I tend to be very technical, often lacking true creativity. So to be able to work seamlessly with the creatives at Splinter speaks volumes of them. The ability to interpret what a client is relaying and translate that into a final product that goes so far beyond satisfaction is not just a skill or a talent, it's a gift. And Splinter has it.

He charged for a core feature on our website that him and his team developed. It didn't work for over a year. He then tried to bill us to fix it. The website had 404 errors way before he changed servers and then sent a bill to fix it, but he blamed it on the new server. He also illegally got into our customer database, on the server, and retrieved one of our admin log in credentials and then used those log in credentials to make himself another admin account after we terminated his services. To this day he refuses to give us our backups of the website or ftp log in credentials so we can migrate the site to another host after we spent upwards of 150k with him. I would steer clear of this company because they charge to fix issues that should have worked from the get go and break in to the backside of your website after their services were terminated. I was EXTREMELY impressed that what I walked into was that, a consultation, not a sales meeting "gosh those get old real fast"! I met with the owner and an employee of his "Jo or George I think his name is/was :/ ". I REALLY appreciated how honest they were; no fluf, no "ehhhh welllll you see" b.s. I've met with a couple SEO guys before this business, and I have a couple to meet with still, but I was very impressed that not only did they make suggestions, but they had solid information and knowledge to back up those claims as opposed to "we're just going to get you on the front page with the most competitive key words out there". As lame as it sounds, for me, knowledge is power and these guys showed that they have the knowledge/tools/training to back up their claims. My business is in a very competitive field and I have a semi-unique business model. Ryan gave me a strategy that integrated SEO and other online marketing ideas that really impressed me. Some of the stuff he consulted with me about really struck me as "wow, I've been doing this a long time and this guy is showing me new stuff" They went through my website, said good things about it, things that needed improvement, and gave me some, as you would guess, consultation.Like I said earlier, I still have a couple more people/business's to meet up with SEO, but I am extremely impressed with how professional, knowledgeable, and personable these guys were.

They worked, but outdated and needed a update. I shopped around; hired one guy that built the Home Inspection site, took him six months but never finished the job. Hired a second person that said no problem, easy peasy lemon squeezy but he never got started on the Job an ended up saying the site was to complex for his skill level. I was referred to Phil McKeown, we talked over a Coffee, I explained my needs and concerns. I check out a Site or two he worked on and earlier this year Phil helped me build a new website for my business. I had a ton of content from my previous site - he helped pull out, reorganize and highlight the most important stuff. Feel free to check it out, within 6 months we were getting nice page ranking on Google - I'm Back on first page in several areas and it's only getting better. http://alatisinspectionservice.com/ Google Local / Plus - I had also hired a company to help with my online presents. It was a complete mess, more than what I could handle. I asked Phil about looking into my accounts on Google, he helped me combine 3 different Google Business accounts: 1 had the right address, 1 had my reviews and the last was connected to YouTube. It was a lot more complicated than I thought, but Phil made sure nothing was lost. That was really important since I'd lost reviews in the past with that last company I hired. Finally Phil's been helping with my approach to social media, specifically Facebook. He's advised on the best approach to take with both my business and personal accounts to help increase exposure and reach. More so I feel that when I call Phil, it is like I'm his most important customer (although I see the big corporate names he represents and my company is small frys in comparison).
