We took advantage of the free marketing consultation from each of them. I felt good about a different agency, but I trusted my business partner that Ryan and his team would be a good fit. Here's some things I wish someone would have shared with me early on: 1- Take advantage of the in-person monthly meetings with Ryan. So many times we don't even talk about marketing. They do their job, but reviewing all the action items every month has made us feel more comfortable about spending the monthly rate. Compare results month over month. 3- Don't try and KNOW everything. I got a headache. I'm not as tech savvy for internet marketing as they are. Worry about what you know...leads and sales. Let them explain what it takes to get you those. Trying to understand the nuances of work was painfully long meetings I didn't need to put myself through. They know what they're doing...trust it. Had a great experience working with these guys. I had a website built about 5 years ago by another local website marketing company and it was a terrible experience. I think that's what kept me from wanting to redo my website. The previous web marketing company was run by programmers. Not the best communication skills. These guys were opposite. You can tell they are business savvy and understand what the purpose of the website is for. I had them do the SEO audit. It was informative on how many opportunities I was missing out on. I though my blogs were good, but now I'm super confident in the new process of landing pages. My recommendation... know what you want. These guys are good, but knowing what our KPIs and goals for the website sure made this process go a lot better.
