Five stars all day for Danny at BizIQ. We've been working together for the last five months on…read moreverifying multiple Google Business Profiles, and anyone who has dealt with Google verification knows it can be a nightmare. Postcards that never arrive, video verifications that get rejected for no clear reason, profiles flagged for review out of nowhere. Danny has navigated every one of those headaches without missing a beat. What has impressed me most is the workflow. From the very first call to where we are today, Danny has kept everything organized and moving forward. Nothing has fallen through the cracks, which is saying something when you're managing verification across multiple locations with different quirks at each one. He stays on top of it so I don't have to. The communication has been outstanding. I always know where things stand, what Google is asking for next, and what the plan is to get it resolved. No chasing him down for updates. He reaches out first, every single time. If you're a business owner trying to wrangle your Google Business Profiles or get serious about local SEO, do yourself a favor and reach out to Danny at BizIQ. You won't regret it.

SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter. I submitted a BBB complaint over a week ago and no response. My next step is Yelp and Google reviews and possibly the Attorney Generals office of Arizona.
