I hired BizIQ to redesign my company website and implement an SEO program focused on the Phoenix Metro market. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. 1. SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter. I submitted a BBB complaint over a week ago and no response. My next step is Yelp and Google reviews and possibly the Attorney Generals office of Arizona. read more

BizIQ digital marketing services were grossly inadequate, falling significantly below commercially reasonable standards. BizIQ's grossly inadequate performance has led to a notable decrease in our online visibility and customer engagement, directly impacting our revenue and business operations. The unprofessional conduct and failure to deliver promised services have also caused us reputational damage. BizIQ's actions constitute gross negligence and a clear breach of contract, as well as a violation of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, as their actions undermined the fundamental purpose of our Agreement. Every BizIQ rep assigned to our account was replaced every couple of months due to egregious errors, missteps, and lack of communication. Horrendous experience! I will be as factual as possible to illustrate how regretful I am to send thousands of my dollars to this useless company: -I signed up 32 days ago (8/1/2024) -Was promised first page search result on Google by 60 days - While it hasnt been 60 days, 32 days in fact, I do not appear on ANY google search page, even narrowing it down to my small city I live in -I have given them over $2,000 since sign up, we have not received one lead...yes you heard correctly, not 1 lead in 32 days and $2,000+ dollars later...and its for a home cleaning company, not some ridiculous or uncommon product or service - After questioning the lack of results and getting passed around, I was offered a $49 dollar refund, which is 2% of my total cost...again, with ZERO leads in 32 days! -Their recommendation was to increase advertising budget (there was no issue around my budget upon signing up of course), add more pictures (really???) and increase reviews (I have seen other similar companies with less reviews appearing on google) but how are we supposed to get more reviews when we have not received 1 lead in over a month?? These are absolute facts, so consider my awful learning experience and mistake to use BizIQ as a gift to you to avoid this company at all costs! Total Scam!!! I had a website built for my handyman business and I commissioned BizIq to build on what was already there. They were to add SEO content to the pages that were created and increase my Google Business ranking. I was very clear and consistent from the first sales call that the pages I needed already exist and just need content. Specifically I was asking that content be added to Service pages that I had created. Each page would also have a gallery including photos from that service and be linked via icons on the main page. The package I purchased included a website up to 25 pages. After 4 months none of the work I asked for had been done. When I brought this to BizIQ I was told that I didn't pay for the pages or the content I was asking for. Also BizIQ somehow interfered with the Yelp page for my photo booth business and changed it to reflect my handyman business. I also requested that a second Google page that was created accidentally be removed. I was told that both were done, however that was not true. With nothing being done I requested to cancel and get a refund of the previous month. To my horror I was charged the following month. I reached out again to have my account canceled. BizIQ had their customer service manager contact me. I explained my grievances and I was told that I didn't pay for the pages and that those pages could be created for an additional charge. I reminded her that the pages I requested already existed and I only wanted content and pictures on them. She assured me that she wanted to help and she proceeded to offer content that was already promised and pages that were already there. She also offered a refund of the last month, which I should not have been charged for to begin with. In total I've spent $2500 with BizIQ and they didn't do any of the work I requested. The Customer Service rep also confessed to me that she didn't even listen to the previous calls to see if I was misled or misinformed. Talking to her was a waste of time. She didn't address any of my concerns, didn't look at my order or see the back end of my site to see that the pages she wanted me to pay for already existed. As the campaign started ( two google ads campaigns for both of my business), things were off from the beginning. BizIQ approached me about 5 days ago and offered their services to list my business website at Google, Bing, and City Search. I was told that all the changes, etc., would be completed that evening for a one-time fee. BizIQ wasted no time charging my CC for the one-time fee. However, I've been less than impressed with the updates thus far at Google, Bing, and City Search. Nothing has been done to update the old website at Google. The site at Bing has been updated, but they have the incorrect phone number, and the incorrect business schedule. Additionally, after entering key search words on Bing, I can't get our site to pull up. So far, I'm disappointed, as I was promised more much sooner. Total frauds! I just wasted nearly $4k and several months of my time. They have done absolutely NOTHING they promised in their proposal and my first account manager lied to me to get my business, which I've been told by subsequent account managers is frowned upon but they did and now they are harassing me because I stopped my credit card payment. I have had several conversation with BizIQ. The issue is still unresolved. And the ONLY reason I am writing this update is because I want to clearly state the issue has not been resolved. (I have read a statement by them to the contrary.) I have been consistent in my conversations with them, that they did not deliver what was originally promised. I still believe that is the case. Their communication with me was poor when I attempted to communicate with them about my concerns. I initially had to deal with multiple staff-there was no continuity in customer service.
