Hello, I just want to take a moment to say that Yervant May is an amazing person. He is the best marketing manager ever! He has gone above and beyond to help me succeed in my business. Although I have not personally met Yervant I consider him a VIP in my world. He understands how important my small family business of 50 years is to me. He has helped nurture, strengthen and develop my company into the 5 star company it is today. Yervant has worked hard along side me as my marketing manager going above & beyond what anyone could expect. Yervant's character and ethics in this day & age is admirable and refreshing. He's always prompt to respond to my business inquiries, consistently polite, professional, insightful, informative, intelligent and inspirational. My hope with this email is that Yervant is recognized as a valuable asset to BIZ IQ and I am grateful to be working with you. Thank you, BIZ IQ. I have recommended you to several of my friends who own their own businesses and I will continue to do so. Sincerely, Deb Lines owner of Lines Sunscreens, LLC read more

So far incredibly dissatisfied with both the service and product. Their seems to be no communication between sales and account management, took over a month and a half to get a basic website live, and still charged the full monthly fee plus hefty setup fee before it was live. The marketing video they put together was 100% AI slop and didn't use any of the pictures I sent them. This is a substantial investment for a business of my size and they don't seem to care about the outcome whatsoever. I'd recommend Hibu before this company read more

I hired BizIQ to redesign my company website and implement an SEO program focused on the Phoenix Metro market. Unfortunately, the results were extremely disappointing. 1. SEO Built for the Wrong Market BizIQ built the SEO campaign around Show Low, AZ instead of the Phoenix Metro area, which was the agreed target market. This error went undetected for over six months. For comparison, my previous website -- which had not been updated in three years -- consistently generated approximately 15-30 inquiries per month. The new website generated zero phone calls, texts, contact form submissions, or email inquiries during the 11 months it was active. Even after the SEO targeting error was corrected, results did not improve. I ended my agreement and hired another firm and my experience was night and day. Basically, I lost one-year of potential business because of BizIQ. They have a great marketing plan, they will develop your website, perform a supposed "best in class" SEO campaign, provide a dedicated resource to manage your day to day, offer digital marketing campaigns. A one shop stop. The most important word in that last sentence is STOP. STOP BEFORE YOU GET STARTED. I sent a demand letter requesting a refund for the one year I wasted and $13.8K is spent without a response. Hired a lawyer and they did not respond to their demand letter. I submitted a BBB complaint over a week ago and no response. My next step is Yelp and Google reviews and possibly the Attorney Generals office of Arizona. read more

DO NOT sign on w them! all they care about is charging you and keeping you in a contract. They never even audited my website before signing me up for BS SEO!!!! 1700 a month for nothing for 7 months... no one works there longer than 6 months. It takes them way too long to like a month to make a two minute change I could do myself! its a scam ... never have I ever been felt so burdened by a company omg. read more

BizIQ digital marketing services were grossly inadequate, falling significantly below commercially reasonable standards. BizIQ's grossly inadequate performance has led to a notable decrease in our online visibility and customer engagement, directly impacting our revenue and business operations. The unprofessional conduct and failure to deliver promised services have also caused us reputational damage. BizIQ's actions constitute gross negligence and a clear breach of contract, as well as a violation of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, as their actions undermined the fundamental purpose of our Agreement. Every BizIQ rep assigned to our account was replaced every couple of months due to egregious errors, missteps, and lack of communication. Horrendous experience! Despite the fact that we sent a certified Demand/Termination letter, Nathan Elliott , BizIQ Director of Customer Success , has not responded and they continue to charge our account. Disgraceful! read more

I canceled this account on October 29, 2024. I called 3 times to confirm cancelation and was told there is a cancelation ticket on file for the account and it wouldn't be charged again. Please dont fall for BizIQs false promises. I will be as factual as possible to illustrate how regretful I am to send thousands of my dollars to this useless company: -I signed up 32 days ago (8/1/2024) -Was promised first page search result on Google by 60 days - While it hasnt been 60 days, 32 days in fact, I do not appear on ANY google search page, even narrowing it down to my small city I live in -I have given them over $2,000 since sign up, we have not received one lead...yes you heard correctly, not 1 lead in 32 days and $2,000+ dollars later...and its for a home cleaning company, not some ridiculous or uncommon product or service - After questioning the lack of results and getting passed around, I was offered a $49 dollar refund, which is 2% of my total cost...again, with ZERO leads in 32 days! -Their recommendation was to increase advertising budget (there was no issue around my budget upon signing up of course), add more pictures (really???) and increase reviews (I have seen other similar companies with less reviews appearing on google) but how are we supposed to get more reviews when we have not received 1 lead in over a month?? These are absolute facts, so consider my awful learning experience and mistake to use BizIQ as a gift to you to avoid this company at all costs! There are plenty of REAL reviews that are 1 start as well, so dont just take my word for it. read more

Poor customer service! Would make appointments and they would be a no show. I would not use this company to help market your business.

Total Scam!!! I had a website built for my handyman business and I commissioned BizIq to build on what was already there. They were to add SEO content to the pages that were created and increase my Google Business ranking. I was very clear and consistent from the first sales call that the pages I needed already exist and just need content. Specifically I was asking that content be added to Service pages that I had created. Each page would also have a gallery including photos from that service and be linked via icons on the main page. The package I purchased included a website up to 25 pages. After 4 months none of the work I asked for had been done. When I brought this to BizIQ I was told that I didn't pay for the pages or the content I was asking for. Also BizIQ somehow interfered with the Yelp page for my photo booth business and changed it to reflect my handyman business. I also requested that a second Google page that was created accidentally be removed. I was told that both were done, however that was not true. With nothing being done I requested to cancel and get a refund of the previous month. To my horror I was charged the following month. I reached out again to have my account canceled. BizIQ had their customer service manager contact me. I explained my grievances and I was told that I didn't pay for the pages and that those pages could be created for an additional charge. I reminded her that the pages I requested already existed and I only wanted content and pictures on them. She assured me that she wanted to help and she proceeded to offer content that was already promised and pages that were already there. She also offered a refund of the last month, which I should not have been charged for to begin with. In total I've spent $2500 with BizIQ and they didn't do any of the work I requested. The Customer Service rep also confessed to me that she didn't even listen to the previous calls to see if I was misled or misinformed. Talking to her was a waste of time. She didn't address any of my concerns, didn't look at my order or see the back end of my site to see that the pages she wanted me to pay for already existed. I completely feel lied to and scammed out of my money. read more

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS, TRUST ME I WOULD!! This company is an absolute scam. You guys should be ashamed for even being a part of it. If I could go back and get my money I wasted on your pathetic and inffective strategies, I would do it in a heartbeat. BizIQ hasn't done a single thing to help my business except make a website no one can even see since your marketing is non-existent. The words I would use to descibe BizIQ is Deceptive, Misleading, and a company using shady business practices to sway the customer into thinking they will be recieving a top tier service that will bring life to a company when in reality BizIQ doesn't have the tools to do anything worthwhile for anyone. Haven't gotten a single customer in three months from BizIQ. 3 months. Not 3 days or 3 weeks... 3 months. Pathetic. read more

I have been with BizIQ since 2018. I had such a mess on my hands with my old site. BizIQ just started from scratch, put all the peace's together and make it all work for the first time. They helped me understand what I needed to do to be seen out there. I get reviews from my clients every chance I get and as of today I have 38 reviews all with 5 stars:) I did what BizIQ told me to do and it worked. It has worked so well that I am booked out 4 to 5 weeks ahead. This is not something that happens to a small business like mine! I am a Permanent Make-up Artist, I don't see clients every 6 to 8 weeks like a Salon, I don't see clients for 5 to 10 years, to be booked out like I am is unheard of and I give all the credit to BizIQ. I call them "My A Team". Thank you BizIQ for making life so much easier and for keeping me relevant during the Covid shut down. Couldn't be happier! read more

BizIQ gets 5 stars and my highest recommendation for professional staffing, remarkable customer service, experience and knowledge of the IT industry, and understanding the needs of small businesses. I have visited their offices for meetings with various departments and have always found each and every one of their staff to be of the highest caliber.  When I spoke with Jason Kosner by phone I was impressed that he understood the many goals I had in mind regarding online citation cleanup, reputation management, and everything I was aiming to achieve with our new website. I was also impressed that he spent over an hour talking to me during our initial phone call without ever once giving me the impression he had anything more important to do than listen to me.  Our account rep, Rene Prescott, is outstanding and a delight to work with not only for her respectful and professional manner. She truly cares about giving you the best product possible and will always put our company's needs first. She also has the rare ability to see a project three-dimensionally, anticipate issues and offer solutions before you know you know you need them. She is a dream account rep.  Our AdWords manager, Eric King, is also the best AdWords campaign manager we've ever had. Out of more than two dozen companies we've contracted with to produce AdWords campaigns, the campaigns Eric developed for us have been the most successful and the most profitable. As a creative director and marketing nerd I speak from some experience and would not hesitate to recommend the services of BizIQ to any business, large or small, looking to improve their web traffic, online presence and reputation management.  David Larson PlumbSmart Plumbing Heating and Air read more

Totally sold themselves as "GOOGLE" AND that is not true! As they are a third party just trying to sell you by way of panicking you to use their services. I am listed properly and the guy argued with me about my business listing page. This was a total solicitation of the worst kind. Just trying to rip you off of $98.00 bucks and change. Said he'd send me a "receipt" as if I already paid. This was totally a scam. read more

Totally a waste of time and money. After checking their high rating reviews and talking over the phone few times regarding google ads campaign, I was feeling positive about working with them. As the campaign started ( two google ads campaigns for both of my business), things were off from the beginning. The landing pages they built were a mess with the info & design, and the campaigns were even worst. 2 months with zero quality leads. It is clear they don't know what they're doing! After getting getting a campaign audit we confirmed just how unprofessional and unknowledgeable biz iq is. This trial was a big loss for my companies and if I were you I'd stay away, far far away!! read more

BizIQ approached me about 5 days ago and offered their services to list my business website at Google, Bing, and City Search. I was told that all the changes, etc., would be completed that evening for a one-time fee. BizIQ wasted no time charging my CC for the one-time fee. However, I've been less than impressed with the updates thus far at Google, Bing, and City Search. Nothing has been done to update the old website at Google. The site at Bing has been updated, but they have the incorrect phone number, and the incorrect business schedule. Additionally, after entering key search words on Bing, I can't get our site to pull up. So far, I'm disappointed, as I was promised more much sooner. I'll award BizIQ 2 stars as they have responded to my inquiries that they're working on my listing. Pending their response and the updates, I will change my rate. Scott W. Total frauds! I just wasted nearly $4k and several months of my time. They have done absolutely NOTHING they promised in their proposal and my first account manager lied to me to get my business, which I've been told by subsequent account managers is frowned upon but they did and now they are harassing me because I stopped my credit card payment. I feel like they have just been wasting time to get that $700 payment every month. Don't waste your money. The good reviews no doubt have been planted. read more

I have had several conversation with BizIQ. The issue is still unresolved. And the ONLY reason I am writing this update is because I want to clearly state the issue has not been resolved. (I have read a statement by them to the contrary.) I have been consistent in my conversations with them, that they did not deliver what was originally promised. I still believe that is the case. Their communication with me was poor when I attempted to communicate with them about my concerns. I initially had to deal with multiple staff-there was no continuity in customer service. That was a big problem. If it resolved in the future, I will post that it has been resolved. read more
