I'll start with the estimate- they replied to our inquiry so quickly as well as came to our house on time and gave us a quote within 24 hours. The quote was right on par with what the ending balance ended up being give or take a few add ons we requested at the last minute. We also loved that he has Yelp Guarantee, which put us at ease of mind when it came to hiring. Communication- he was incredibly professional with his communication with us and always prompt with a quick response when we had questions during the renovation. He kept us up to date whenever a renovation milestone was completed and gave us his opinions and answered a million of our questions whenever we had them. Service- Our bathroom came out phenomenal, overall he was at our house for about a week. Our bathroom before was the least exciting part about our home and now every time we go in we say "wow i love our bathroom" Azar's made our dingy looking bathroom look like something that would be in a 5 star hotel. The evening I made my appointment, Maria answered the phone and was very professional. She explained that she was very busy, but found the earliest available appointment. I scheduled a 3 hour deep clean. Maria and one other lady arrived (on-time) and immediately got to work. She asked me very specific questions regarding COVID and the type of cleaning products (and equipment) I would like her to use in my home. She even took the time to organize for me as well. I was very grateful. I felt very comfortable with her and her staff in my home. I was able to work on other things while they were cleaning. There was a lot to be done. She took care every area that was prioritized. I even asked if they could sweep the back patio and she said she would if there was time.
