I called at the last minute to schedule them for a service to help me move an elderly friend from one apartment to the next. We recently had some drywall work done by a company that had to replace our air conditioner and the…read morecontractor the air conditioning company hired did not cover anything and got drywall dust all over the house. It was so bad that it clogged one both air filters and was all over the house (in the carpets, all over the blinds, and all over anything with a surface. It also got in my desk fan and clogged that up. The air conditioning company hired Beehive to come and clean up the contractor's mess. I dealt with Cathy to get everything scheduled and she was super nice and professional. I received a text message confirming the appointment and then another text when the cleaners were on their way, and a third message when they were finished. When I spoke with Cathy, I explained everything that needed to be done and how the contractor made a mess with drywall dust everywhere. When the cleaners arrived they seemed unsure what needed to be done and one of the ladies kept mentioning something about a work order. I wasn't sure why she kept mentioning that but I explained everything that needed to be done, emphasizing that the vents, fans, and blinds needed to be cleaned. They said they were going to do a standard clean and promptly got started. After about three hours, they informed me that they were finished. I informed them that some of the vents on the third level (which has 8 foot ceilings) were still dirty. One of the cleaners responded back with, "I can't reach them, they're just going to get dirty again anyway..." I was a bit taken back by that response because, yeah, they are going to get dirty again...the entire house is going to get dirty again, that's why you clean periodically. I wound up just cleaning them myself and when I went around the house I noticed none of the vents on the second level were cleaned either. The floor was also a little sticky in spots...I'm not sure what they used to mop so I re-mopped all of the floors. Later that evening, I noticed that they didn't clean the bottom of the master bathroom shower as I noticed some orange bacteria starting to form (gross!). I also cleaned this. Since the air conditioning company paid for the cleaning I wasn't too upset. Beehive did a majority of the cleaning and the things that were cleaned looked very good. They got rid of all the drywall just and left the house smelling fresh and clean. I'm not sure if I'd use them again though.

My personal experience did not go as well. The condition my belongings were returned to me was disheartening and made the whole experience very stressful. There was much damage done to my property and some itemswent missing. The Resolution Fire and Flood's way of remedying the matter was to say to me "just name your price and I'll cut you a check". How cavalier of them! From a consumer's perspective, how tasteless to suggest my personalbelongings (some of them, of sentimental value were reduced to mere dollars, problem solved ! Chris, the owner of the business,e-mailed me a personal "apology" including an invitation to forge on with my "smear campaign" (a reference to my telling him my plans to Yelp my experience with his company. I found that highly insulting! Until his employees receive further training my review of Resolution Fire and Flood are as follows: I do not recommend using them! I did not appreciate how my belongings were handled while in their care. Do not tell a customer "I'll cut you a check" for damaged belongings as if they have no value to the owner. Belongings NOT returned to the owner are STOLEN (even if items are not expensive). Are before and after photos of my personal belongings !
