Many areas remained visibly dusty, including the floors, baseboards, and window sills. When we contacted the company to discuss our concerns, rather than acknowledging the deficiencies, they suggested our expectations were too high and did not take responsibility for the quality of the work performed and offered a lousy 10% off. Additionally, we were charged for the higher-tier service package despite requesting the lower-tier option. We initially did not object to the additional cost, assuming the enhanced services had been completed. However, after reviewing the scope of work, it became clear that many of the added services associated with the higher-tier package were either not completed or not completed to an acceptable standard. As a property manager who regularly works with service vendors, I cannot recommend this company based on our experience.

However, given the poor quality of the first cleaning, I did not feel confident it would be worth the additional disruption for my family as the company told me it would be best to have everyone out of the house. Moreover, the cleaner showed up over 30 mins early so I can't even depend on them to show up when promised. This experience was a waste of both time and money, and it's disappointing that the business is unwilling to provide a refund for a service that was not delivered as promised.
