I can't give a 0 rating or I would. Went on their website and there was no phone number to call, only an AI assistant named Amanda. She collected all my details, which was not a short process, booked the appointment, gave me a total price, and said I would receive an email confirmation, a text confirmation, and a phone call. I asked her at least 10 times to confirm this, and she repeatedly assured me everything would be sent. 8:00 AM came and no one showed up. I contacted the AI assistant again and was told no one had been dispatched. She then said someone could come 30 minutes later, but by that point I had little confidence anyone would actually arrive. Frustrated, I searched online myself to find a phone number and finally got through to a real person. While the representative apologized, he was not very sympathetic. He also made me provide all my information again, even though I had already entered everything through the AI system ad gave it to him when we first talked. On top of that, he gave me a higher quote than the AI had provided and said he still could not give me a final price until the cleaners arrived because he does not handle billing. He also said the next available appointment would now be a week and a day later. Overall, the website experience was poor and the customer service was disappointing. I messaged them three separate times with my email and phone number and never received any calls back. I don't recommend them. I hope this is not happening to other. read more

We recently had some drywall work done by a company that had to replace our air conditioner and the contractor the air conditioning company hired did not cover anything and got drywall dust all over the house. It was so bad that it clogged one both air filters and was all over the house (in the carpets, all over the blinds, and all over anything with a surface. It also got in my desk fan and clogged that up. The air conditioning company hired Beehive to come and clean up the contractor's mess. I dealt with Cathy to get everything scheduled and she was super nice and professional. I received a text message confirming the appointment and then another text when the cleaners were on their way, and a third message when they were finished. When I spoke with Cathy, I explained everything that needed to be done and how the contractor made a mess with drywall dust everywhere. When the cleaners arrived they seemed unsure what needed to be done and one of the ladies kept mentioning something about a work order. I wasn't sure why she kept mentioning that but I explained everything that needed to be done, emphasizing that the vents, fans, and blinds needed to be cleaned. They said they were going to do a standard clean and promptly got started. After about three hours, they informed me that they were finished. I informed them that some of the vents on the third level (which has 8 foot ceilings) were still dirty. One of the cleaners responded back with, "I can't reach them, they're just going to get dirty again anyway..." I was a bit taken back by that response because, yeah, they are going to get dirty again...the entire house is going to get dirty again, that's why you clean periodically. I wound up just cleaning them myself and when I went around the house I noticed none of the vents on the second level were cleaned either. The floor was also a little sticky in spots...I'm not sure what they used to mop so I re-mopped all of the floors. Later that evening, I noticed that they didn't clean the bottom of the master bathroom shower as I noticed some orange bacteria starting to form (gross!). I also cleaned this. Since the air conditioning company paid for the cleaning I wasn't too upset. Beehive did a majority of the cleaning and the things that were cleaned looked very good. They got rid of all the drywall just and left the house smelling fresh and clean. I'm not sure if I'd use them again though. read more

I'll start by saying we had someone (one woman) do a deep clean for about two years ago. She did an absolute amazing job, so we thought we would us this company again for another deep clean for the holidays. It was two younger girls this time. Very disappointed. I asked them to sweep and mop the hard floors - they only mopped so they really just moved all the crumbs and dirt on the floor around. I asked them to wipe down the cabinets - they did not do this. I asked them to wipe down some marks on the walls - they did not do this. I asked them to wipe down the hand rails - they did not do that. I asked them to clean the shower - all they did was wipe, no scrubbing so it was still dirty. Whatever cleaning product they used in our shower left black smudges all over our shower head and they don't come off. When they were done, the walked out and closed the door as they were saying out loud "we are done, bye". They did not walk around with us to look at everything. Just left. I was so annoyed I didn't even care to call and complain because I don't want to have to deal with someone else coming out to fix the things they didn't do as we have a busy schedule. But as I'm going back around the house now and cleaning the things we paid to have done, but weren't, I'm just even more annoyed. We have guests coming and this was supposed to be something we didn't have to worry about. Expect now we do. It was very disappointing how much was not done when we asked for them to specifically be done and then they just walked out. Will not use this company again. read more

Beehive bought my regular carpet cleaning company and answered the request to clean my carpets without letting me know Dustin has sold his business. I assumed I was still working with Dustin. He charged $150 to clean all my carpets. Beehive charged $316. I wish they would have let me know about the sharp increase in price, that Dustin was no longer with the company, or in the very least sent an estimate. I was expecting a small increase but certainly not double. I will not be calling them again. read more

Fell short. 2 stars for the customer service. The customer service was fantastic and I loved their scheduling. I received email and text confirmation as well as a text when the cleaners were on their way. Unfortunately, they did not clean my house well enough. I paid for a move out cleaning and the quality of the service did not meet my expectations. I keep my home pretty clean but we were wanting a deep clean. The toilets weren't completely cleaned, the sink wasn't wiped clean, and I found many things not to be dusted. Additionally, we also paid for our tile, grout, and carpet to be cleaned and this was even worse. They cleaned the tile so quickly that they left a dirty border all around my home and around corners their machine didn't get to. It was extremely lazy and unprofessional. The van the workers drove also leaked oil all over my driveway. I contacted the company and they sent someone back out to clean my driveway and to clean the tile again. The worker told me their machine doesn't get all the way to the edges but they could use another tool to do that. Not sure why this wasn't done the first time around. For nearly $700, this home should have been spotless. Will not be using them again. read more

What a disappointment. When the cleaning team was still here I was unable to really review their job because the rug shampooer guy had already started in on the carpets. At first glance I thought they had done a good job, and I even complemented them and tipped them quite heavily. I am back this morning for my community manager walk through and am totally disgusted with how the kitchen area was left. There was some kind of disgusting smeared paste which I assume was oven cleaner on the faucet and on the rinse sprinkler. There were some kind of brown polkadots (again assuming shrapnel blobs from the wet cloths used for cleaning the oven ) splattered all over the sink backsplash, the wall, the outlets, the blinds I had just cleaned and the window I had just washed the previous day. So I just finished wiping all that down myself this morning. I had also asked for them to wipe down the kitchen cabinets and Regina told me that yes they always do that anyway. Well she must've meant with a dry paper towel, because nothing was clean. There were spots ,sticky stains ,drips ,spills and all the standard stuff you expect to see on the fronts of cabinets. The ice and water dispenser was a mess. The ice dispenser spout had not been wiped and was sticky both dispenser push paddles were dirty and the backsplash was also dirty. The bottom half of the refrigerator freezer still had water spots and splashes on it. Underneath the sink had not even been wiped out and had standard debris. The kitchen island was still dirty especially in the corners of the molding. Keep in mind that this was a vacant house cleaning job. There were no people to bother them no furniture to work around and no obstacles to deal with. I am 65 years old and just retired last week, and the last thing I wanted to do is show up today for a community manager walk-through and have to clean up the kitchen myself in a panic before she showed up!!! The good news is that the rug shampooer did seem to do a good job. That is where the third star came in otherwise it would have only been two stars. read more

I unfortunately had higher expectations for the service we scheduled. We were looking to have our home deep cleaned in preparation for putting it on the market. I scheduled Beehive Cleaning through Yelp thinking I would be paying for their 5 hours of service at $175. After talking with the representative I was under the impression that the Yelp price was incorrect as I was told it was $65/hr instead. After paying the cleaners more than I originally intended, I got home to prepare for our open hpuse and found multiple areas that were ignored by the cleaners. For example: Dirtier windows than when we left, countertops were not wiped down, putting things back where they were before the cleaning, etc.. I was very disappointed and sorry to say I would not recommend them. I called the representative to let her know about my experience and still don't feel they tried to earn my customer loyalty. I really wanted to love this service. Sorry Yelp, I cant give more than two stars. read more

Our home builder hired this company to clean our house after a week worth of repairs. We packed up all our belongings in boxes, that were stored in the garage and a front room. There was only furniture left. We have been in a hotel for the week, while the construction was going on. We stopped by our house, on the last day of repairs, when Beehive Cleaning had just arrived. The house had construction dust all over. Two hours later we were told by the builder rep, who was at the house with them, that they were done cleaning. Came home to a house that was still covered in construction dust. They didn't mop, dust furniture, clean counters, clean bathrooms, clean windows and so on. They vacuumed the carpets, although they still have drywall debris on them and we think they might have vacuumed the tiles. There is still dust/debris on our tiles, walls, light switches, furniture, counters.....basically everywhere. Very disappointed. I'm not sure what they were hired to do. Our daughter has been on breathing treatments due to allergies and now she's stuck in a completely dusty house coughing while we clean. The whole reason we weren't in the house was due to dust that would occur during repairs. Disappointed in our home builder as well, but that's whole other review. read more

Hired Beehive Cleaning a month ago and spent $125 for 2 people to come for 2 hours. They did a good job and I requested the same 2 people for the next visit. I scheduled a visit when I would be off work and I sat there on 5/6/19 at 10:30 am waiting for them to arrive. At 11:30 am they texted me: "Someone added extra time to their job, we will be there in an hour or so." At 12:17 pm, the owner texted me "we can send a different team today, your team is unavailable." I called back the office and complained that I had scheduled 10:30 am to 12:30 pm for the cleaning and my time was valuable also. I also requested the same two cleaners to come to my house. I do not want to have to explain to new people every time how I want things done. I told her that is exactly want happened to me with all the other "corporate" cleaning companies I have had: #1 They don't show up when they say they will and #2 It is never the same people twice in a row. I was also upset because I was told I only have a 2 hour cleaning window and cannot "add" time onto my cleaning because they have to keep their scheduled appointments. So......My scheduled time gets ignored, while they do extra time and service for the customer before me. If I showed up 2 hours late to my job..........I would have consequences. You WOULD think that since I was a new customer, they would try harder to make a good impression. They do have expensive, pretty and glossy ads to lure you in but maybe they need to focus on EXCELLENT customer service once they have the customer! If I was the manager, I would have offered a discount to keep me as a customer and to make amends for wasting 3 hours of my time. This was my first and last experience with Beehive Cleaning. I hire beehive cleaning sep 2016 to do biweekly cleaning, they did fine . March of 2017 I moved out from one location and ask to do move out cleaning , which is they did , and did awful work . I called and nicely ask to come back to clean things they missed , they did it and destroyed blinds not only break them, took valence off some how and never told us about it . The company owner nick not returning calls , my landlord left voicemail to talk about it this situation, they ignore our calls. That's not how professionals handle business. He was very thorough and made sure to get all the excess water from the carpets. I have NEVER had a cleaning company do such an amazing job on our floors! The carpets in our rental home are cheap and the owner had never had the grout cleaned. I hired beehive to do a full Move in cleaning to include baseboards, blinds, bathrooms, kitchen, cabinets, fans the whole nine yards! I only hired a cleaning company because there was a delay in the closing of my home and I did not have enough time to get it done myself as originally planned and this was my first and last time I will ever hire a cleaning company. I hired them for 5 hours to clean a home that was literally empty, aside from kitchen appliances. It took 2.5 hours roughly for the 2 small bathrooms to be "cleaned" and and the remainder of the time was spent in the kitchen. For 2.5 hours in bathrooms I would expect toilets, showers, cabinets, mirrors and baseboards done and they weren't even close. They didn't even clean around the base of the toilets or clean the sink in which they sprayed cleaner on but never actually cleaned as the spray just sat there. I went behind them cleaning baseboards and door frames myself and they even said something about me doing that. The fans again were sprayed with whatever they use (which by the way is bought from freaking Lowe's the brand is called ZEP it's not even close to what I was told they used when asked about their products) and again not even wiped off. So I have spray all over my 5 fans that you can see which is awesome. They left rags in the master bathroom shower that wasn't cleaned either because there was literally that pesky cleaner again dripping down my shower walls as if in a horror movie where the walls start bleeding. They did not wipe out and of the cabinets or clean the fronts, what did she do for 2.5 hours. The other woman was working on the empty bedrooms and it took her the same amount of time to wipe the blinds in 3 rooms! Now the kitchen, oh that was fun while I was In The room also cleaning and getting the living room windows and walls washed they were "working" when they weren't bickering. The microwave I started to clean, But they finished it and it wasn't even remotely clean like at all! They didn't take the knobs off the stove when they cleaned that and forget the fridge. I mostly paid them over 300 dollars to leave and spent another 2+ hours cleaning up after them plus what was already needing cleaned and after they dumped their water with cleaner by my front door and then awkwardly waited around for a tip. After they left I noticed only the cabinets that I physically saw them clean were the ones that got done and they didn't even bother wiping down the fronts of them. They didn't clean the laundry room and I didn't have them do floors as we hired a company for that. I literally had no time which is the only reason I stooped to this level of hiring someone and it was the worst experience I have had! I called to complain and was told to call them back for a complimentary clean to which I just laugh because it wasn't even remotely clean the first time so why in the hell would I expect it actually be cleaned a second time? I would imagine you would at least put your best foot forward with a brand new first customer before you get lazy. Also your "vacuums" don't suck and that's also a problem. So all in all I paid over 300 dollars so that I can then figure out a way to have to go back in and actually clean everything before the movers delivered our household shipment. read more

I put a request for a quote on my computer and received a call within minutes and it was a Saturday. The communication and service I received from this phone call to the end of my service was fabulous. This company was honest and never tried to sell me services I didn't need. I got all my carpets and tiles cleaned, inside and outside of windows and my blinds and baseboards all cleaned in the same day and at a GREAT price. Thanks Beehive!!
