I needed help to get my house back on track after some family tragedies. Brian was easy to coordinate with and gave timely and accurate responses. The cleaner, Bryan, did an excellent job with the parts of the house I requested to be cleaned and was very considerate. I would definitely request him again. This company was middle in pricing compared to the others that I got quotes from, but the value of having someone not judge me for my mess while taking some of the labor off my plate was worth every penny. I'll definitely be a returning customer. read more

Hired this company for a move in clean for a large home. Was charged extra to clean toilets, fridge, and built in coffee maker. We paid over $1100. Not sure what they did for the whole time but it was NOT cleaning. The coffee maker wasn't even touched, one of the toilets was dirty and it wasn't stained (I was able to wipe it off with my finger) door jambs were not wiped down. There was a ball of nasty stuff on the sink, with a cut wire from the electrical company that came a week ago. (Tells me they didnt wipe behind sink) the drawers in the kitchen had crumbs. The oven had burnt bits in it still, the stove top had a white film from not wiping off the cleaner... so much more stuff. They did clean the fridge, but thats all I could see. When I complained, I got a bunch of excuses, photos of the house to show it was "clean" but they were all far away so you couldn't see anything. The house wasn't that dirty to begin with. They sent me a photo of a dirty baseboard that doesnt even match the flooring in the home. I asked for an itemized bill and they wouldn't give me one. Said they would send them out to "fix" the issues, but why should I have to babysit cleaners who are supposed to be professionals. At that point, I had no confidence in them. I also hired them to have someone come out to clean grout on floors. They hired another company, who did a great job. We added on a sealant for $500, he then calls back and tells us it will be more since all the floors are travertine. 75% of the house is not but they still wanted to charge me the same price he quoted for the whole house. The guy doing the floor was great and stayed late to seal them. I had no issue paying for that, but I asked for an itemized bill for that and he said he couldn't do that. What legit business doesnt give you a bill? Told him id call him back since I needed to discuss with my mom about the cleaners. They then BLEW up my phone with calls and texts from 3 different numbers. Telling me im a bad person for not paying for the floors. I told them I would call them back. They continued to harass me. Told them I would pay $700 for what they did clean (not much, and that was being generous) and paid for the floor. He calls me back minutes later saying that he needed to charge me $200 more for the floors.....after I already paid. They are shady, don't know how to clean or run a business!!!! Worst decision I made was hiring them. I now have to hire someone else to do it, since they didnt do anything. Another day wasted and more money. Do yourself a favor and the headache and hire anyone else but this company. read more

Canceled on me twice before out of town guests, while promising they would come. I do not recommend.

Update: Second cleaning visit. Brian arranged our second cleaning. He was excellent in communicating with me the change of cleaner and the exact time frame of her arrival! I appreciate that! Today, we were assigned a young woman named Chase. She was on time, polite and a hard worker. I like the job she did and have booked another cleaning with her. read more

Brittany was amazing! She made sure to disinfect everything, since I am currently taking care of my son going through chemo. She asked me several times to check and make sure she was doing the cleaning to my satisfaction. Very personable, thorough (so if you're looking for fast, surface cleaning, don't ask for her lol) and came with a plethora of speciiized cleaning products for all my needs (computer and TV screens, wood furniture oil, leather, etc.). Highly recommend. read more

Gale did a great job in cleaning my home. She was incredibly thorough and made my home look brand new. I will be using this business again for my move out clean. read more

They canceled 2 times, last minute, during their 2 hour arrival window! I wanted to go with this company because of the price, but I can't deal with people that aren't dependable. This was to be my initial clean and then I was going to do monthly cleans thereafter. The first time it was my day off, but the second time I had to take half a day off for them to reschedule to come. Can't say if they do a good job or not because they never showed up...TWICE!!! read more

The worst cleaning company I have ever used. Hired for a deep cleaning and apparently to them that means to lightly dust with a swiffer and leave the oven full of cleaner that turned into a gross mess once she left. Contacted Brian to get it fixed and he sent another cleaner who said he didn't tell her anything about the oven and she complained about how annoying Brian was and didn't fix it. Once again reached out to him to fix it and he told me he was out of the office and then never responded. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY especially when there is so many other better cleaning companies. This one is a joke. Brian the owner will continue to harass you and ask that you take reviews down just because his company is terrible!!! He deserves half a star.... Clown. read more

I reached out to Carole's House Cleaning on Sept. 15th and spoke with Brian. He was very professional and helpful, setting me up with an appointment for today, Sept. 19th at 1pm. I can't remember the name of the girl who came to clean (so sorry!), but she was SO nice, friendly, thorough, and professional. I let her know which rooms/areas needed cleaning - since the whole house didn't need to be cleaned, just a few spaces that needed some TLC - and she did a great job! We had a friendly chat about where we grew up, how we love animals, and that we've both had bunnies. I've never used a cleaning service before, but I wanted my dad's house to look good for when he comes home from vacation. I was a bit nervous about pricing because I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable it was. I would definitely use Carole's House Cleaning again and have left their contact information with my dad in case he wants to start using them regularly! Thanks so much for the help, my dad's place looks and feels so much better now :) read more

I was helping my friend clear out her apartment and realized she had more to do than I thought so needed a cleaner last minute. I used yelp to find a cleaner for same day service. Brian responded quickly with a quote and was able to help me schedule within an hour. They were flexible with the later arrival time we needed. Monique showed up on time and was WONDERFUL. She was extremely thorough, nice, and did a great job. I would definitely use her service again. read more

Updating my review after there was complete resolution by management. I was sent a new cleaner, free of charge to do a re clean two days after my first appointment. The second cleaner, Madison, really was great. She was personable, and motivated. I was contacted via text more than once and asked to update my review to five stars. While I am happy with the end result, it was a ton of time and trouble on my part to get here and I'm not sure I can fairly say that this was a five star experience. Good communication, strong customer service efforts, and varying quality of services is what you can get with this company. read more

Had a very bumpy start with this company for a move out deep clean. Had to contact the company due to the fact that the first cleaner did very little cleaning for $560 price tag. They did send Kiona, and she did a very throw job and made up for our first experience. The company did work hard to resolve the issue. Would recommend them to others. read more

Had never utilized a cleaning service before, and with a baby on the way my wife and I decided to reach out for quotes on Yelp. Carole's House Cleaning reached out with clear, professional communication to set up the appointment. Hailey arrived right on time and hustled through cleaning our whole house. She spent the time on the couple "priority" spots we discussed as well and had the place looking great. Very pleased with the value and job done. Thanks Hailey and thanks Carole's House Cleaning. So originally I asked for quoting on doing a bi-monthly cleaning. I was quoted prices and set up a date to start. After discussing this with my gf we decided that all we really needed was just a good deep cleaning. I contacted the business through Yelp! And explained the new situation. They replied that it could still be done for the same initial price. Then they even offered to do the job sooner than the original date and said they would do it on the following Tuesday. I arrived home a little early from work because they said the window time was 1-3pm. Around 4pm I got a text message from the company stating that they wanted to verify my appointment for TOMORROW. I verified it but replied to the text my concern that it was set for today and nobody called to reschedule for tomorrow. I got no reply. Wednesday came and again I left work early to be home for them. The girl (I never got her name) arrived just after 1pm. She asked what she was supposed to clean. I explained the "deep cleaning" that was requested and she said ok and went to work. 3 hours later I was working on projects in my garage for my business and she approached me saying she was done. I should have inspected the house and questioned things but I was in the middle of a project and trusted that what was supposed to be done was in fact done. It was not! I even gave her a tip before she left. About an hour or two later I went in the house and checked a few things like dust on shelves, windows and sills not cleaned kitchen chairs not wiped down, baseboards not cleaned, cabinets not wiped down. A little while later I got a call from the company wanting payment which I paid. They asked my opinion of the service and I explained my dissatisfaction. They offered to send somebody back out for an hour to get what was missed and also stated that if I used their service again there is a $50 credit to my account. I appreciate their effort and recognizing the issue but I think I will just go back to cleaning my own house when I have time read more

I was looking around for house cleaning services and Carole's House Cleaning responded quickly and transparently. Booking the services was easy and I received a first time discount. We requested a deep clean for our 4 bdrm 31/2 bath 2400 sq ft home. We were rescheduled 3 times before finally getting 1 cleaner when we were expecting 2, and she spent 2 hours in one bathroom, 1 hour in another and then told me her time was up. We were told it would be a 3hr job with 2 cleaners for $600. I had to pay 600 to get two bathrooms cleaned, and by cleaned, I mean it took 3 hours and a deep clean was not the result. I found hair on the counters and in shower, as well as soap residue still visible. My husband spoke to 3 different people about the same thing and their is certainly a gap in professional. Don't call Carole's! read more

Admittedly, this is my first time hiring a cleaner for my house. Recently however, between work and everything else, I haven't kept up on the cleaning as well as I would like. I have company coming over this weekend and yeah, it was time to hire a cleaner. I found Carole's House Cleaning as a stroke of luck while searching for local cleaners. The website could use a bit of work (for example, no option to pay online yet), but the booking process was still very easy. I was able to schedule a cleaning for the very next morning (with less than 24 hours notice!) If for any reason you decide to call about your booking (I had a few questions since I'm new to this), know that the Customer Service operator(s) were very responsive and transparent. Isabella showed up to my house on time, was very polite and friendly, and took great care to walk me through what she would be doing in each area. After a quick tour of the cleaning areas she jumped right into it! When it was done, Isabella showed me each of the areas she worked on, the difference was night and day! I will be working with this team to book routine cleanings for the future! Thanks again Isabella, I really appreciated it! read more

Did a great job. Let them know what we needed and everything done perfectly. Nice to have a clean house

Gail had cleaned my condo today and my tenants raved about her cleaning and thoroughness! Can't wait to have her back for a future cleaning!

Today was my first time with Carole's house cleaning. I had a woman named Lisa who did a stellar job. I would give her 10 stars if I could. I didn't have to tell her to do certain things, she did them on her own. I would definitely ask to have her back the next time I call in for housekeeping. Thank you from a very happy customer! read more

Bryan was great! Did what I needed in the 3 hours provided - did pay extra for windowsills, baseboards, ceiling vents, and tile flooring (which was comically all I had requested be cleaned) but was told that they don't do the grout upon arrival read more

Alexis cleaned my house today and she was so nice and professional. It feels so good to have a fresh, clean house!

Thankfully, the company sent out someone to redo the deep cleaning I originally had. Madison came and was wonderful! She really made my bathrooms sparkle! She was amazing, and I really appreciate them sending a superstar. The only issue is that I received a message from Brian the manager when the time was almost up. I just said things were looking good. Then Madison ran out of time and had to leave. She did finish mopping the floor, but my downstairs did not get the same attention at the upstairs. When mentioned to Brian, he said that they could have added time. This was never mentioned to me before my review. If that was told then the review would have 5 stars instead of 4 and I wouldn't have the manager Brian texting me asking for a review update. We really shouldn't have to give a list of all the things that we want cleaned but it seems that is the case. So if you do hire them make sure you have list of exactly what you want cleaned ESPECIALLY if you hire them for a deep clean. The ladies that cleaned are nice and Madison really did an amazing job. I appreciate the communication and the redo, if I do use them again I will only use Madison UPDATE: Just went in my downstairs bathroom to find it was not cleaned at all the 2nd time around. There was actually a piece of trash on the floor in there too lol. Now I'm going to finish the ACTUAL deep cleaning I requested. Been on my hands and knees scrubbing the floor. Brian DO NOT ask me to change the rating read more
