They overcharged me an extra fee likely hoping I wouldn't notice. I noticed in the statement and quickly complained and the charge was taken off. They apologized but it felt insincere. Also, I asked for my ceiling fans be cleaned and paid the extra fee- that wasn't completed and I didn't notice in time and just decided to let it go.
