Disappointing overall. My expectations are low for any Groupon deal and they managed to still disappoint. Got the upholstery steam cleaning/deodorizing for sofa/love seat. If I wanted a mediocre job, I would have rented a machine and did it myself. I would try to get them to come back out but their hours are awful. You only get one chance to make a first impression. Curious to see what the owner says because it looks like he responds to reviews. Not readily available. Their website says Sun-Thurs 8-6, Fri 8-3, closed sat. Guy I spoke with on the phone says they don't work weekends and nor after 3pm. So zero availability for anyone who works a normal 9-5 job. When I did speak with them, they repeatedly tried up-sell/bait and switch. I guess ordering the cleaning/deodorizing package doesn't include actually vacuuming the couch. You would mop without sweeping the floor right? Had to set my sofa/loveseat on tarps in the back yard and leave a key in a lockbox just so I could actually figure out a way so they could come out because their hours are so awful. They got dirt all over my love seat. It was immediately visible and looks like a footprint on one of the cushions. Only cleaned portions of the back cushions. Check out the pictures. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE BY THE BUSINESS I am pretty sure that not many if any will read this, the review was long enough. That's OK. Feel free to just look at the photos if you even think about hiring them. Like all my reviews, and others on Yelp, it is my honest perception - good or bad. I read them to be better informed, I hope you do also. I can't speak for other reviewers, only myself. Let me take the start with the person writing it. I never to my knowledge met or spoke to this person. The first time, I called, I thought the "owner" said his name was Joe. He said he would be on the job, but the person in charge introduced himself as Michel. I have no idea who GE is, although his writing sounds like some of the emails that I addressed to Michel. I certainly was never corrected. I will say, that neither my review nor my hiring them was a scam. I would never try to do something to a small business (unless they deserve it), I used to own a small business myself for close to 25 years....so as they said on "The Wizard of Oz" pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" or in this case hiding behind the internet. There is also an old legal saying that goes something like "If you have the truth on your side speak slowly and clearly, if you don't have the truth on your side, yell and scream and pound the table." Seems like "GE" is yelling and screaming and pounding the table a lot. I actually wrote a very long response only to find that Yelp decided it was too long. It probably was. I have taken most out and just say that nothing in "GE" comment is true. Nothing. If you want to know for sure, go to his website and you will absolutely see the statements that I quoted and more. The only Joke here is this guy and this company who clearly don't know what they are doing, and I wouldn't want coming to my home again. Sometimes things are just too much for someone. Just say so and move on. Hope this helps someone else. This problem will get resolved in court. Meanwhile, anyone who wants to read the whole post that I wrote - feel free to write a direct message. I HIGHLY recommend Hydro Services! The communication was great, they gave me a call within 30 minutes to let me know when they were on their way. I had them clean 2 living rooms & 4 bedrooms. They were quick and efficient. I thought it was going to be hours. They gave me insight on my carpet that it was okay but since I was moving in, it was a good idea to get the carpets done. My tile was not as clean as I anticipated. When he looked over the job, he said I will get your tile clean. I should have thought it out more that my excessive dirty tile was way past what he could accomplish. Do not spend the 350.00 to restore your very dirty tile to somewhat reasonable clean. It won't happen. Let someone come in and give you an estimate. Owner of hydrocare, please tell your customers that those dirty tiles will never come clean and that you need a full strip.
