Michel performed carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning at our home in Arcadia today. He was available within a few days of booking which was awesome! He was way more thorough than our previous cleaners and took time to talk me through his process. I would 100% recommend him! read more

I highly recommend Michel, the owner of Hydrocare Services. He was efficient and very knowledgeable about the services. My couch looks amazing. Not only that, as soon as I reached out to him about his services, he got right back to me and texted me continuously with updates of when he would be at my house. He did a great job. Please use his services. You will not be disappointed. read more

Michael and HyrdoCare Services are an excellent company to work with. We had our couch and rug cleaned, and everything came out looking fresh. They were able to get rid of stains, including food, dust, and markers (kids). They were easy to communicate with, on time, and gave us a great price. We will continue to hire them for future cleanings. read more

My dogs did a number on my white carpets in my rental home. Michel was able to nearly restore them back to new! I am so impressed with his work. He was on time, respectful, and checked in the day before to confirm appointment. As a teacher, I really appreciate that HydroCare Services was able to come on a Sunday to clean my carpets for move out. I highly recommend this company for any professional carpet cleaning services. read more

Michel did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and sectional couch. I had a few small stains on the couch that I tried cleaning myself and made it worse and was left with big hard water stains I couldn't get out. Michel was able to make it look good as new with 1 quick cleaning. He was thorough and had great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and will be using him for tile and grout cleaning next! read more

Our carpets were in need of a cleaning.. I saw that they had a lot of good reviews so I asked for a quote and they answered promptly and were able to come the next day. The price was very reasonable compared to the other quotes I received. They did the work quickly and helped move some things around and I was given some recommendations to replace my rug. I would hire them again! read more

My family and I moved into our current home about 2-1/2 years ago and never had the air ducts cleaned or inspected. I had HyrdoCare Services come out to check out the situation. They were in and out within an hour and they let me see all the junk their machine sucked out. If you're looking for air duct cleaning in Mesa, I would definitely give them a call! read more

The quality of their work was worth every dollar, they were on time, quick and very kind. I leased a space with horrible high traffic carpet, dark with specs of tan paint on it, we can't afford new flooring right now, so we decided to have a professional company to steam clean it. HYDROCARE did a excellent job and it smelled so good! No one pays attention to the carpet anymore, just the decor and fresh smell. Hire these men, they won't disappoint you- MYCHAELTODD read more

It is the 2nd time I called the company for air duct cleaning for 2 different houses. They were able to remove the molding smell in the 1st house. For the 2nd house, we did some major renovation so it was extremely dusty in the air vents. Daniel got it done in a couple of hours. He also found a tile that I left there a while ago to adjust the air flow and forgot about it LOL. I will definitely call them again for the next house. read more

Michel did such a wonderful job. He is very professional. Doesn't upsell. Arrives on time. My tile was never professionally cleaned in the 17 years since it was installed. It looks brand new, even the grout. read more

Disappointing overall. My expectations are low for any Groupon deal and they managed to still disappoint. Got the upholstery steam cleaning/deodorizing for sofa/love seat. If I wanted a mediocre job, I would have rented a machine and did it myself. I would try to get them to come back out but their hours are awful. You only get one chance to make a first impression. Curious to see what the owner says because it looks like he responds to reviews. Not readily available. Their website says Sun-Thurs 8-6, Fri 8-3, closed sat. Guy I spoke with on the phone says they don't work weekends and nor after 3pm. So zero availability for anyone who works a normal 9-5 job. When I did speak with them, they repeatedly tried up-sell/bait and switch. I guess ordering the cleaning/deodorizing package doesn't include actually vacuuming the couch. You would mop without sweeping the floor right? Had to set my sofa/loveseat on tarps in the back yard and leave a key in a lockbox just so I could actually figure out a way so they could come out because their hours are so awful. They got dirt all over my love seat. It was immediately visible and looks like a footprint on one of the cushions. Only cleaned portions of the back cushions. Check out the pictures. UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE BY THE BUSINESS I am pretty sure that not many if any will read this, the review was long enough. That's OK. Feel free to just look at the photos if you even think about hiring them. Like all my reviews, and others on Yelp, it is my honest perception - good or bad. I read them to be better informed, I hope you do also. I can't speak for other reviewers, only myself. Let me take the start with the person writing it. I never to my knowledge met or spoke to this person. The first time, I called, I thought the "owner" said his name was Joe. He said he would be on the job, but the person in charge introduced himself as Michel. I have no idea who GE is, although his writing sounds like some of the emails that I addressed to Michel. I certainly was never corrected. I will say, that neither my review nor my hiring them was a scam. I would never try to do something to a small business (unless they deserve it), I used to own a small business myself for close to 25 years....so as they said on "The Wizard of Oz" pay no attention to the man behind the curtain" or in this case hiding behind the internet. There is also an old legal saying that goes something like "If you have the truth on your side speak slowly and clearly, if you don't have the truth on your side, yell and scream and pound the table." Seems like "GE" is yelling and screaming and pounding the table a lot. I actually wrote a very long response only to find that Yelp decided it was too long. It probably was. I have taken most out and just say that nothing in "GE" comment is true. Nothing. If you want to know for sure, go to his website and you will absolutely see the statements that I quoted and more. The only Joke here is this guy and this company who clearly don't know what they are doing, and I wouldn't want coming to my home again. Sometimes things are just too much for someone. Just say so and move on. Hope this helps someone else. This problem will get resolved in court. Meanwhile, anyone who wants to read the whole post that I wrote - feel free to write a direct message. Make the wise choice, and hiring "The Professionals" is the wrong one. read more

I HIGHLY recommend Hydro Services! The communication was great, they gave me a call within 30 minutes to let me know when they were on their way. I had them clean 2 living rooms & 4 bedrooms. They were quick and efficient. I thought it was going to be hours. They gave me insight on my carpet that it was okay but since I was moving in, it was a good idea to get the carpets done. In the beginning of scheduling I asked a quote on how much it would be and they said $225 flat which was great! They came out here in Laveen, AZ. I'll definitely be using them again in 6 months because I have pets! Thank you guys. read more

Michelle C. and his company HydroCare is amazing. I had a water leak in my home and he came that day to help rescue my carpet. Michelle returned several times and monitored the situation via text as well. Once the problem had been remedied he deep cleaned the carpets throughout my home. We booked an appointment with Hydrocare services for our dryer vent cleaning. Daniel was here right on time and was very courteous and professional. My tile was not as clean as I anticipated. When he looked over the job, he said I will get your tile clean. I should have thought it out more that my excessive dirty tile was way past what he could accomplish. Do not spend the 350.00 to restore your very dirty tile to somewhat reasonable clean. It won't happen. Let someone come in and give you an estimate. Owner of hydrocare, please tell your customers that those dirty tiles will never come clean and that you need a full strip. I guess you have to learn the hard way. Thank you read more

I contacted HydroCare Services through Yelp for a quote to clean my dryer vent after my dryer began stopping mid cycle and not drying bulky item all the way. I got a swift reply with a flat rate quote and was scheduled for two days later. The technician messaged me while he was en route to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was courteous, friendly and explained what was involved prior to getting started. The service was very efficient and thorough. He explained that we should maintain with a cleaning every two years or so, and the cost was as expected per the quote...no hidden fees etc. Thank you HydroCare Services! I'm sure we will be seeing you again. read more

I saw their AD on Facebook and was hesitant for a few weeks to contact them. Sometimes these ads are too good to be true. And I am obsessed with detailed cleaning videos. So their AD kept popping up. And i am so happy to have contacted them. The response was fast and easy. They booked my appointment within a week. They txted me the day before with a helpful list of things to have done before technician arrived. They texted me when they were on their way and I really appreciate it that. i was ready when they came in. It only took 2 guys and they were in and out in less than 1hr, which is perfect I thought I was going to need to stay longer. The carpet looks light again. With 2 little girls and a puppy its hard to keep a carpet clean. Im so happy with the results. I will definitely be using them again when we move out. Thank you so much for the excellent service and customer attention. Great work and quality! read more

Quick response time. Had 2 rugs deep cleaned. The price was fair. The rugs feel brand new. Would definitely recommend.
