Highly Recommended: Price & Services! I spoke with the owner, Marius, and a gameplan was created. I was now on the schedule to have my ducts and dryer vent cleaned and sanitized. Xavier and Gabe were the scheduled technicians. They arrived on time, were polite, and very professional! They laid out the process (and included the time frame), made sure to cover the areas they were working on with plastic, took before and after pictures with each one, and cleaned up afterwards. In addition, if you have any questions for them, they are welcomed by both and answered in such a polite manner. I am SO happy with the end result; it was immaculate! Highly Recommended! After reading other duct companys reviews i was really worried, but I was very impress from the start with HG. MARIO was very open and up front about the process and the price. Not having someone clean ducts for me before, I asked many questions to make sure i understood the process and what to expect. MARIO was able to answer all my question and they way he answered made me realize they were up to the task and i felt real good about choosing them to do it. I was able to give MARIO a count of the number of ducts openings and the size of the each opening, and he was able to give me a price for the complete job. I ask him that many other company and on charges once they were there and he said that since I was able to tell him number and size of opening that his price was firm base on the info provided. So i made the appointment. XAVIER the tech assigned to my job showed up within the agreed on arrival time which made me happy. As I was doing other task at the property XAVIER stayed busy the whole time. He didnt rush and took his time on each vent. He spend more time on cleaning each vent then i was expecting. Its hard to put in words exactly but he did a profession job, and not just i am here to get paid job. NICE WORK. I posted before and after pics of the worst floor vent in the kitchen area. Now the after to some may still look bad, but that is more from a filthy tenant (as they left the rest of the house the same way) neglectfullness of cleaning and it damage the surface. read more

Honest Guys Duct Cleaning - FLoor vent. Tenants were dirty. The after was the best because the tenants never clean in the 3 years of living in the home. - Air Duct Cleaning Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

Came in and explained everything and did a good job. Provided before and after photos throughout the cleaning. Was on time and done when he said he would be. Maybe a little more than others but did a thorough job and better cleaning than most companies explained. Professional and courteous and no mess afterwards. read more

Xavier was on time for designated appointment. Very courteous and professional in mannerism and appearance. Cleared the line showing me the debris removed and extent of the cleaning to the roof area. Based on this work would consider this company for next the next duct cleaning as well. Reasonable charge for work performed. read more

I would like to start off by how professional & communicative Marius was. He had his crew out to my house and did an absolute perfect job on my duct system. I highly recommend this company & will be using them again in the future. Thank you Marius! read more

I wasn't sure if I was occasionally imagining a smokey/ dirty smell in our home. We decided to have the air ducts cleaned in an attempt to rid our home of that "occasional odor". Honest guys showed up and went to work immediately. Close to 4 hours later I learned that my air ducts were FILTHY... full of dirt and construction debris. ( I believe I might be in the lead for the number of bags of dirt removed!) Who knew???? If you have moved into a new home, smell a weird odor occasionally or have allergies ... this company will CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER! Don't wait to clean the air in your home! These wonderful and super nice guys will not disappoint! I cannot believe I waited so long to breath wonderfully clean air!! I will recommend them HIGHLY read more

AWESOME is not enough for them. I reached out with inquiries via online and Marius got back to me promptly. He explained every details. I had some issue with the first scheduled day and Marius offered some discounts which I did not expect :) So we rescheduled. Gabriel was our tech. He arrived on time, took his time to check everything and explained what he will do. He power cleaned our filthy vent covers as well. Gabriel took pictures and sent them to me while he was working in them. Oh and he even replaced our dryer vent cover! After he spent 4 hours and now our AC and dryer are quiet than before and air smells so clean. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. read more

The day I had my heat pump replaced, I was getting so much "junk" blowing out of the vents. I called Honest Guys and was able to get an appointment to clean the ducts for the next morning. And the price was reasonable. Xavier was on-time and did a great job, taking before and after pictures of every duct he cleaned. He covered the floor and other items that might get dirty and vacuumed the rug in every room. If you're planning to have a A/C or heat pump unit replaced it's a great time to clean the ducts. read more

Had my ducts cleaned by Honest guys at a new property that I bought. Arrived on time, were very polite and respectful and also very thorough. Laid out their suggested cleaning plan and were extremely clear as to what was needed versus what was nice to have. I would recommend them any day of the week. Good people! read more

This guy, Marius, was so cool. He showed up the same day when I was in a panic about my tenant's water heater not being turned on because of what I thought was a clogged vent issue. Turns out it didn't necessarily need a cleaning, but some new duct work where it was damaged. Marius went in the attic, took photos for me since I'm out of state, and didn't even charge me. I gave him a tip and paid him for coming out of course, but this guy was A+. Honest Air for sure. Thanks. I'll certainly use him when it's time to clean the ducts! read more

I highly recommend Marius and his company, Honest Guys Duct Cleaning. He came by this summer to give an estimate and, per my request, followed up with me this fall. On the day of the appointment (11/13/15), he contacted me prior to his arrival to confirm our time and even accommodated to a last minute change in schedule due to my work priorities. Marius owns his own equipment and takes pride in his business. I appreciated the before/after photos and his attention to detail. I gave him 5 stars because he even cleaned our floors to make sure there wasn't any leftover debris. read more

I found Honest Guys Duct Cleaning on Yelp. The owner, Marius, returned my call & text promptly, and was able to schedule me for the same week. Marius and his staff, Greg, are on time, very thorough, courteous and polite. They did a great job on the air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Marius had to take a door down in order to get to the dryer vent, and he went above & beyond to make sure the door was put back the same way as it was (he had to come back the next morning with a part for the door)! Marius really is honest - hands down I wish all companies are like "Honest Guys"! I would recommend Honest Guys Duct Cleaning, and their prices are reasonable. read more

Great service and work! Decided to call them after seeing the great reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I was always informed about pricing and the work being done. The work was done while we were out of town and we never felt out of the loop. When we came home the house sounded different because of the air flow that was much improved in our house. Very pleased with the work and would recommend them to anyone! read more

Some companies should be awarded a 6th star! Marius and Nichole did a phenomenal job cleaning out our air system. The house we purchased had sat for almost nine months. The filters...unreal the amount of dirt/dust in them. Marius discovered a very large pile of dead desert bees in the return, we were breathing that... gross. The air system is nice and clean and we can't thank this team enough for the job they did. Get your duct work / air system cleaned... it's well worth the money. We look forward to working with you again in the future. Thank you Marius and Nichole...great job! read more

One of the easiest decision I have ever made in life was to have Honest Guys Duct Cleaning come out and clean our air ducts. After months of breathing bad air and experiencing higher than normal allergy issues with my kids, I made the decision to have a specialist come out. The gentleman that came out to give us a quote was friendly and very professional. He went above and beyond in showing us the air that we were breathing in and let me just say.. GROSS! Who knew air ducts got that dirty. We ended up agreeing right on the spot to have him service our air ducts. He had the time and was more than willing. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. Not only does our air smell better, but the air quality is, to this day, much better then it was. An added bonus is the decrease in our electric bill. He did everything manually, took no short cuts and the pride and quality in his work showed. I have recommended this company to family and friends and will continue to do so! Thank you Honest Guys! I was referred to this company by a contractor that I work with. I've been using Honest Guys for air duct cleaning for over a year now and I have to say that Marius(the owner) is very consistent, meticulous, and treats his customers like family. I own and run a carpet cleaning company and I have more then a handful of customers inquire about air duct cleaning and I always hear five star feedback from them after dealing with Honest Guys. They also specialize in order homes and metal duct work. If you need your air ducts cleaned, give them a call. You'll like how they do business. read more

Our air ducts were overdue for a good cleaning anyways but after catching the flu during the holidays with a bad lingering cough, we needed to find a good one ASAP with immediate availability. Saw the great reviews for Honest Guys on Yelp and requested a quote based on our home size/ HVAC systems, etc. Marius responded within 1/2 hour, explained how he worked, what cleaning method he used and why along with pricing. He fit us into his schedule for a whole home cleaning (2 HVAC systems, umpteen returns + dryer) that same week and maintained great communication throughout. He and Nicole were on time, courteous and did a great job. Would definitely recommend and use again. read more

Thank you Marius for giving me clean air to breathe! This is a great local company. They were able to accommodate me on short notice and quote me an estimate over the phone. There are no hidden fees or charges. I paid what I was quoted. Marius is very meticulous and it shows in his work. He shared his story of how he started his business and I'm all for supporting people who build their business themselves from the ground up. I highly recommend using Honest Guys Duct Cleaning. Went with Honest Guys Duct Cleaning as a result of Yelp reviews. When I called them about an air quality problem they referred me to the proper source to begin addressing the problem. They were not in a rush to "get the job" and did the right and honest thing. When it came time for me to have my ducts cleaned I called them and they were punctual and professional. They cleaned and sealed all my ducts and vents. They worked steadily and cleaned up after themselves. All in all, very professional and would not hesitate to use them again. read more

Excellent work by Marius! He worked on two of my properties and both came out awesome.

I needed to have my entire house's air duct system and dryer vent cleaned out. I had called 4 other companies besides Marius from Honest Guys Duct Cleaning. By far, he was the clear pick right off the bat for several reasons. First, I talked to Marius directly. I liked talking to the one who would be personally coming to my house to do the work (versus my being forwarded to a secretary or another tech who would not be doing the work). Secondly, he was also the most clear and frank about the cost, the type of work (what it would entail), the duration of the job, and his insistence on thoroughness and meticulousness. Finally, I appreciated his assurance and emphasis that there would be no debris left behind in any of the rooms. He was very easy to talk to and I just felt he would be the right choice. On the scheduled day, he and his work partner (his dad) arrived right on time. True to his word, he did a fantastic job. Understand that my house had never had the ducts cleaned since its original build (2006). He took the time needed to be thorough. He cleaned everything up, left each room spotless, and removed gobs of lint and a bird's nest from the dryer vent. All in all, Marius and his dad were an absolute delight to work with. They were courteous, polite, and professional. I would recommend Honest Guys Duct Cleaning without any hesitation and look forward to rehiring Marius in the future. read more

If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I called a few places this AM for duct cleaning and almost all of them only did roto brush service. Honest guys was the only one who offered manual cleaning and rotobrush for hard to reach areas. Yes, there are a couple companies who were cheaper but I guarantee you don't get the service that Honest Guys delivers. This guy named Marius showed up looking clean as a whistle and left looking like he rolled around in soot for 5 hours. That means alot to me....it means he worked hard and earned every penny. He explained the entire job to me step by step..even went to home Depot to buy screws that my vents were missing! He even pointed out a problem unrelated to my ducts...a spider infestation in my attic that needed addressed! My ducts were so filthy that it was making my family sick. The moldy smell was awful. Now, everything is awesome. The air is noticeably cleaner. I can't say enough good things about Honest Guys. You can't go wrong with this company. BTW...I'm not a friend of the company or biased towards them in any way. I'm just a guy who appreciates great service because it's so hard to find these days. read more

Excellent service and very thorough in their work. They not only did an excellent job, you would never know they were there... except for my house smelled clean and they cleaned up after work. I can already tell how much this is going make a difference in my air quality. I think they were very reason in price as well! read more

Amazing work and friendly professional guys. They know what they are doing. Will continue to use them in the future!

Great service, quoted me over the phone and pricing was exactly as described. Very good job.

I had called around to a few different places and was not very impressed with the way most companies came across... until I called Honest Guys and spoke to Marius. He explained what he would do for me and how and had a bit of passion in his voice. So, I went ahead and scheduled with him. He came out and gave a final quote which was very reasonable and started the job right away. He took his time and went through everything thoroughly and recommended some optional things that made sense to me. Bottom line, the job turned out very good and I will call on Honest Guys again! read more
