The company was responsive, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. A home's vents should be cleaned regularly, we learned. They also provided us with multiple photos (and even a video illustrating how their equipment functioned) during the duct cleaning. It was amazing just how much buildup they removed! I got an appointment with them and got an estimate how much they would charge per vent. On the day of appointment there was this girl leading and a guy helping the girl. They enter the house and started counted all the openings very quickly. I asked her to slow down but she did not and came up with a very high number for which she quoted around 1400$. Then i had to count myself slowly and then the number of openings came in lower and price around 1000$. The reason she double counted some openings was i have a basement home and many vents were common and she double counted them. She knew it before but still she was in hurry. I was not happy with the behavior of running fast and over counting vents and charging more money from customers. If you are doing a 1000$ job atleast be polite and give some time to the customers and not rush. Then they started opening the vents and noticed black color and said it might be mold.they said for them to test it would take 250$ and so i asked them to stop and come back later once i figure out . They never called nor i called. I would never use this company given the rushing and not caring attitude for their customers. read more

We had new tile flooring installed and a fair bit of construction dust we hadn't been expecting. We set a date and time that were promptly met by Yoshio and Julius. They took photos of before and after, per our request and showed us what was coming out of our ducts. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I also had miscalculated how many vents I had and they were honest and told me I had counted too many and that the cost would be less than I had been anticipating! Value for work was worth it! Our ducts had not been cleaned in a long time, and it solved a definite fire hazard on the dryer vent as well as helping with allergies and dust. Wish there was a zero star. Placed an inquiry online never received a call. So I called two schedule service and the lady was too busy to take my call and had to return my call. Only to place me on the schedule to have me waiting at my house for no one to show. One would think that they would have the decency to call someone and tell them hey sorry for the inconvenience but we are unable to make it can we reschedule. No, instead I called again like an idiot to be told I was going to give you a call, but we are not coming today and will need to reschedule. Second time is a charm, waited around again today for a no call no show. Either they are entirely to busy for new business or they have the wrong people in place running the shit show. Besides cleaning the ducts, Ed and his assistant did a few extras. They tested for sewer gas, moved a heavy mirror to look for mold, and gave me tips on the kind of filters and registers to use. They found a register that had no duct and recommended some businesses that can rectify this. This company was recommended by our A/C supplier, Hobaica. We were very satisfied with their work cleaning our vents and dryer outlet. The technicians were very professional. As they moved equipment into our house, they were very careful not to bump into anything. They did a very good job and cleaned up after the work. I honestly don't even know where to begin. I got air duct cleaning from another company which turned out to be a nightmare. My kids were getting sick and I couldn't figure out why. Called this company and Sharon (the owner) came out and did air testing for us. She then had her husband Ed come out and do a video inspection of the work that was done. We found out the other company not only didn't do the correct work, but they tore the insulation and caused many more problems. Sharon took the time to write out a comprehensive report and even talked to the other company for us and helped us not only get our money back, but almost 300.00 on top of that. They then came out and did the work and did it the right way. Their service and integrity are top notch. I wish every business had honest people like this. We bought a house and wanted to have the air ducts cleaned before moving in. After researching many companies I decided to go with Air Quality Specialists, and am so happy I chose them. They came out to clean the air ducts, dryer vent and as part of the service seal any obvious leaks, and clean the coils on the air handler. They were on time, informative and did an excellent professional job. Then my ac unit did not seem to be cooling well. I called and had an HVAC tech sent out by the home warranty company and after an inspection he called me to the attic and showed me that the air ducts were leaking as they came off the air handler which was cooling the attic instead of my home. I called Air Quality Specialists and they sent some one out promptly who fixed the problem with absolutely no hassel at all. It is so refreshing to get good customer service as it doesn't seem to exist in many places these days. I will refer all I know to this company and have them out to inspect my air ducts on a yearly basis. read more
